10/10 would stay again! The condo is in a wonderful location on the end of the building. All 3 balconies had unhindered ocean views and one balcony also overlooks the pool area. The underground parking/elevator access is the best and never had an issue with parking underneath (though spots are tight for SUVs). The condo complex was very quiet in the evening and the new pools are nice. The condo was clean and had plenty of utensils for cooking and towels for bathrooms. The owner provided beach chairs which were very nice. The Kroger is right out of the main gate for easy ClickList access. The owner was very helpful and answered all questions. The only disappointment was the weather, chilly and windy, but won’t put that on the rental :)

We can't say enough about Mara's condo in Palmetto Dunes. Spacious bedrooms with gorgeous ocean views from each of the three bedrooms' balconies and floor to ceiling windows in the living area. Easy ocean access via a boardwalk or a sand path. The kitchen was very well supplied as were the bathrooms. The large pool has just been redone with a fantastic sundeck. Great space for little ones with a zero entry area. And, there's a second outdoor pool with hot tub (3 hot tubs available) plus an indoor pool and exercise facility, as well. We used the beach chairs which were light weight and comfortable and enjoywed both beach walks and walks within Palmetto Dunes on the great paved walking paths. This location is so central. Directly across from Shelter Cove and easy access to the rest of the island. We can't wait to stay here again!

We love Villamare and this is our 3rd time staying at Mike and Mara's unit. We love the location, the access to the beach and the unit itself has everything that we need. We also love the 3rd bedroom having multiple beds for kids. This unit will always be our first choice if it's available! We can't wait to see the pool renovations!

Wonderful condo! Location can’t be beat. So nice to have beach chairs available. Well stocked kitchen and beds and linens were super comfortable Views were beautiful! Ate breakfast on balcony every day watching the beach and pool wake up. Hope to return next year. Went to Coast, Crazy Crab and Dockside. Enjoyed all. To Harbor town to take grandkids to Greg Russel. So many memories of taking my kids to see him. Putt Putt. Commander Zodiac cruise to see the Dolphins. South beach for Salty Dog t shirts. This unit is beautiful and very well maintained! Each of the 3 bedrooms were comfortable and spacious with their own private bathrooms and balconies with beautiful ocean views. Each balcony had comfortable outdoor furniture for enjoying a book, coffee, or just peaceful relaxation. This unit’s proximity to the beach and pool, in my opinion, couldn’t have been better. The kitchen was well stocked, and everything in the unit was in good working condition. I most appreciated the ease of communication with the owner, and the thorough/detailed instructions ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out and stay. They truly thought of everything, so we could just relax and enjoy our vacation!

Awesome property!

The place was perfect and just as listed. The kitchen was well stocked with platters and bowls for entertainment. It also had beaters and two coffee makers; it was well-appointed. The bed/sleeping space was just as advertised and comfortable.

The property is as advertised. There are three balconies facing the ocean with unobstructed view and it was wonderful to be able to watch the sunset and and sunrise. Access to theb each was very easy as was access to the the tennis courts and pickle ball courts. The bathrooms are all large with two sinks each. The kitchen was nice and fully stocked. I was easily able to reach the owners regarding a couple of questions that I had and they were very prompt and clear with their responses.

We always enjoy our stays in Palmetto Dunes at Villamare. Mara’s condo is everything that our family needs. It’s always a pleasure

This is our third year staying at the property and we couldn't have been happier. The property is well maintained inside and out and the location is awesome. We look forward to going back.

We were impressed with the property overall. Bedding was comfortable, all three bathrooms were well appointed. The views from multiple balconies were perfect. Short walk to the beach and pool. Great communications prior ,during, and after our stay. Would definitely rent again!

We’ve stayed in Palmetto Dunes multiple times over the years and decided to get into Villamare this year. Out of all of our stays, Mara and Mike’s place is the best one yet. We loved the location and the home is outstanding. Great views from the balcony, very clean, and very well decorated. There was nothing missing and we’ll definitely come back, and hope to rent from them again. Thanks again!!

The host and villa were great. Very clean, welcoming, and not a bad view in the place, no matter which room your in. Truly one of the better stays we’ve had in a decade of visiting the island. Thank you to the host for sharing your property with all of us! Look forward to returning again soon!

Our week is everything we hoped for and more. The property was clean and looked exactly as it did in the listing. The views from each balcony were spectacular. The unit had everything needed for a family filled beach vacation!

The property and the view of the ocean was beautiful! Condo has 3 master suites with 3 bathrooms with 3 daughters - priceless! Great location. Love Palmetto Dunes. Lots to do. Rented bikes for the week and used them a lot. Convenient. Mara was prompt and very helpful. Would love to come back.

While we were there the weather was unexpectedly cold however the property more than made up for it with its access to the beach when it was warm enough, access to indoor sauna, pool and gym. The unit was very clean while the kitchen was stocked with everything needed. Would like to come back when it's warmer to take full advantage of the property as well as golf which was a 5 minute walk away. Owner was also very helpful with any questions we had. I would recommend this unit.

This trip I stayed for two weeks and was totally comfortable the entire time. Views are amazing from every room & entire unit is well equip with everything we needed. Love the location as well. Communication with owners is outstanding. Def will stay again!

We all enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for 6 adults. The ocean views were terrific and we even saw some dolphins from the condo. I would stay again.

This was the perfect property for a holiday getaway with great views. Location to beach and the resort amenities were all very nice.

Stayed at the Villamare on several trips to Hilton Head, and this condo was amazing. Loved the 3 balconies with views of the ocean. Great to awaken to the sounds of the ocean and see the sun rise and set! Amazing! The condo was clean , updated and the kitchen was completely stocked. Mara the owner was great , answer all are concerns, and went out of her way to ensure all our needs were meet. Will love to return soon! Thanks Mara

We were 3 couples vacationing together; this was a perfect villa for us, as we each had our own bedroom and bathroom with ocean views. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom showers had perfect water pressure. Even though the elevator closest to us was not working, the staircase gave us easy access to both pool and ocean and kept us in shape this week. The owner, Mara, was very hospitable and answered my questions almost immediately. Beautiful, well-stocked villa! With rates increasing, not sure if we’ll afford it next year, but would love to stay here again same time next year!

You can’t beat this condos location. Corner unit which definitely was a plus especially with elevator not in service. Views were amazing from every window throughout. Being right on the beach was so awesome. Just steps from the pool was nice as well. Would definitely stay here again

We have been going to Hilton Head for 39 years and have stayed at many different properties. This property is one of the best! Besides being oceanfront and having incredible ocean views, the villa is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. There was plenty of space for the five adults and two small children. We loved spending time on the three balconies where you can watch the sunrise or sit outside in the evenings enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean. The beds were comfortable and all three bathrooms had nice, large showers. The kitchen was well-stocked and easy to use to prepare meals. We also appreciated the beach chairs and the sand toys that the little ones really enjoyed using. Mara is a very responsive owner. Because we were there while Hurricane Ian was passing through, we were in constant communication with each other throughout the week. She responded very quickly to any message I sent to her. We loved our time at this property and will definitely be coming back!

We enjoyed our stay and loved the close proximity to the beach and the ocean view from three balconies and large windows. The 3 bedroom & 3 bath condo fit our family of 5 adults and 2 children under 3 perfectly. The beach and pool were not crowded during our stay. The Palmetto Dunes community was quiet, safe and family oriented. The owners promptly replied for any question.

Nice condo but could use a good deep clean. Elevators were out of service all week. TV and Wi-Fi was terrible.

We just returned from this property - we also stayed here in 2021 and are EXTREMELY pleased with this choice. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. The view from each bedroom and the main room are impeccable, and the location in Palmetto Dunes is first-rate! Great pool and instant access to the beach are the icing on the cake - we would not have come a 2nd time if we did not love it! Mara (the host) is very professional and cordial - she is part of the reason this listing is a 5-star winner!

This property is in a great location. It’s beautifully updated. I appreciate the size of the bedrooms and number of beds. Our only problem was we couldn’t check in at 4:00. We only had to wait 45 minutes but that was not fun after being in the car for 12 hours!

We loved this condo! Our favorite in Villamare! Very nicely decorated and furnished with anything you need for your stay. Ocean front with amazing views too. We had 7 adults and had plenty of room. The owner was so responsive and helpful with any of our questions. I would highly recommend this unit!

We love this vacation property! We have stayed here twice now and both times have been fantastic!

This was a very nice updated unit right on the beach. Each room has a great view and one bedroom had 3 beds which is convenient. Bike rental is close by and I recommend riding on the beach.
