My wife and I have been staying at the nautical watch for several years. Love the size of the complex. Thomas drive offers many places to eat without having a long drive to get there. We can’t wait until next year!

We went down part of the week of the 4th. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or accommodations! Ms. Sharon was super friendly and so kind to my family and I. We LOVED nautical Watch and how close it was to the beach. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony and eating while watching the ocean. I couldn’t have asked for a better trip. Will have to try booking with her now on out. Book the condo! You won’t regret it.

My family has been staying at Nautical Watch for over 20 years. B9 is one of the condos that we’ve had the pleasure of staying. It is our absolute favorite. We will definitely be booking again for next year. Communication with owner was top-notch and everything was as expected and then some. Can’t wait to go back and stay in this beautiful condo.

We stayed here for dance comp nationals, and it was the perfect location. Communication with Sharon was amazing and check in/out was seamless. The condo was super clean and there was ample parking. There was a lot of construction happening on the property, so napping was not possible. This didn’t hugely affect us, but I would get an update if bringing littles before booking. Overall, it was a lovely stay!

My sister and I had the most relaxing time at B9 Nautical Watch. The proximity to the beach was amazing, and the view was a million dollar view. The condo had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying here again!

It was our 4th time renting B9. We’ve loved it since the first stay. It’s clean, furnished well! It’s just all around great! It’ll always be our go to rental. I also LOVE that it’s not a high rise!!!

Always a wonderful Mother's Day weekend. Perfect view of the beach and close to everything we needed. Being a little further down from the crowd its super quiet. I suggest driving 7mins up the road to Parlour donuts for breakfast. Sharon is always so fast at answering any questions you may have, which everything on the listing and in the condo is listed. Perfect for a family of 4 but its always my mom and I. Everything including the towels are there for the beach.

As advertized, amazing ocean front view. The condo was super clean and well appointed. Definately perfer the over all personal feel and convenience of the low rise condo building versus the larger high rise resorts. Sharon, the owner, was quick to respond to my questions and great to work with. Will definately stay there again and highly recommend.

We had a wonderful visit. This is our 3rd time staying in this condo. It had everything we needed, was extremely clean, and is located close to Frank Brown and Conservation parks, which have very nice biking trails. We love Buddy Fish Market for fresh fish, and we can’t say enough good things about the host. Sharon is always available if needed, is a wonderful person, and has become a friend in the 3 years that we’ve stayed here. I highly recommend this condo.

We had a wonderful time. The location is fantastic and allows you to go back and forth between beach and condo easily, especially wonderful when you have young children. Even if we couldn’t be on the beach we didn’t feel like we were missing anything with the wonderful porch. Loved that the owner provided chairs and towels!

Everything was great, just as described. View and access to beach was perfect. Host was easy to get a hold of and very responsive. Sunsets were amazing!

The ocean view and access was great. The beds and furniture were very uncomfortable. The layout of the unit specifically the kitchen and eating area is not functional. You cannot fully open the fridge due to the island being so close. The carpet is probably near the end of its life and the pull out sofa and the pillows were very uncomfortable. This unit is great if you are not planning on spending much time cooking or hanging out inside. The owner was very nice to give us a military discount and We enjoyed our stay but sleeping was not the best.

Property nice and its a good location. I paid and extra hundred for cleaning fee but i had to do all the cleaning and i only had a day and a half at the beach not worth almost 7 for the time i was there.i didn't
mind taking my trash out but doing dishes and laundry why did i have to pay for cleaning of i had to do most of the cleaning

Best view and location. Its away from the party scene. Quiet location but close enough to everything. We loved waking up and having our coffee watching the dolphins swim by. It was comfortable and big enough for us but a family of 4 could stay. We got in a couple hours before check in which is always helpful but you can park there and beach/pool if it's not ready. We will definitely continue to book her again!

We loved our stay at this property. The condo is beautifully decorated, clean and has an outstanding view of the beach and ocean. Sharon was kind and extremely accommodating. We felt right at home the minute walked through the front door. If our travels take us back to Panama City, we will not hesitate to book Nautical Watch B9 again.

We traveled to PCB for my sister’s wedding and chose to stay at Nautical Watch. What a great choice. Sharon was so responsive and got us in earlier than the time listed. The condo was cute and cozy!!
