Thank you giving ua a niice welcome to Seaside Clean, refreshing decor. Organized nicely. Lovely backyard. Heater in bathroom had debris and was in questionable shape. Also"air filter" in bedroom had a really dusty fan. Couch in LR was not conformable, spring were very wore.

The villa was a perfect for a beach getaway. The property is a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was perfect for cooking breakfast. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit as well.

Fantastic home with very close proximity to the beach! The communication and check in process was seamless and all descriptions of the place were accurate. The fire pit added a nice touch on these chilly early spring nights, and the dog friendly yards were exactly what we needed for the pups. Overall great experience 5⭐️

This property had everything we needed for our beach getaway. Everything was clean and well stocked. The hot tub was a wonderful addition. The owner does a great job anticipating everything you will need for yourself and your furry friend!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The fenced front yard was perfect for the yappers. The walk to the beach was not insignificant, but it was great for getting the blood flowing and our bodies moving--one should only worry about it if one has physical challenges. The space was perfect for our family, though there is no washer and dryer--so beware using too many towels or getting too many clothes dirty/wet at the beach. Between a hot tub and the beach and having children & dogs, many towels tend to get used and, although we managed, I would have preferred several more beach-worthy/rag-like towels *or* a washer & dryer. Owners did a great job providing for guests--love that they had beach bags, dog "kits," and plenty of bathroom extras for all those little things one tends to forget on a trip. A quick recommendation for the owners, however: replace a few of the outlets with USB outlets--cords and plugs tend to be another of those items left behind and, these days, the number of electronics that require charging is astonishing. We definitely recommend this space and are likely to return. Thank you!

Clean and comfortable and very close to the beach. We needed a place that accepted dogs and this property filled the ticket. The fenced front yard worked out very well. All in all it was a very comfortable stay.

Great place to stay! Quick access to the beach, the sand toys were essential and so appreciated!! Very clean and very cozy! Would absolutely stay again!!

The house was perfect for a family vacation. Two comfy beds. Room for the dogs to play in the front fenced yard. 20 min walk to the ocean. 20 min walk to the carousel. Enough kitchen supplies to make dinners. And the fire pit for s’mores outback was great.

Hassle free check in and great communication with property manager. Wonderful access to the beach, shopping and exploring. House amenities were exceptional! Loved the neighborhood canine greeters!

My sister and I loved staying here, we walked from the rental to the end of the prom and back along the beach. Nice and close to downtown seaside as well as the shopping mall. The beds were comfy and the rooms cozy. We also enjoyed the hot tub and having a kitchen for meals. Just a great stay overall!

Nice cute little place. The couch is pretty hard, and small. Tv was small. The cooking are was great, share of the hot tub was not my favorite. The teenager used it but not what we expected. Sharing of the fire pit and hot tub was the biggest downfall, while we were having dinner the people up stairs were using the fire pit so we could see and hear them and that’s not what we were looking for when we rented a privet house. Overall a cute place.

A wonderful place to stay! Not to far from the beach, ita honestly a nice walk from the house straight down the road to a more private part of the beach or you can go down a couple of blocks to get to the beach that will have other people. The house was cozy , nice little fire place inside with plenty of pillows and blankets. Nice and quite neighborhood with friendly faces all around. About the only thing you can hear in the villa is the upstairs people footsteps. Nice fenced off yard for puppos. Hot tub is amazing. Highly recommend. It's a cozy place to come back after spending all day exploring all seaside has to offer.

Great location! Very close to the beach. Kids enjoyed the variety of beach toys available. We liked the hot tub and the fire pit in the backyard. House was well stocked. Host was very responsive.

Loved the location and property. Great shot walk to the beach and right next to the riverfront. Perfect for our small dog and kiddos.

Lovely stay, had all the essentials but unfortunately the place smelled of animal urine and there was pet hair everywhere.

The owners have done a great job decorating the home with a beach theme. The house was very comfortable and had almost everything you could possibly need. The drawers and cupboards were labeled so no frustrating searching. There were unexpected amenities such as toothbrushes. The only thing we missed were a couple of larger towels for the hot tub use. Easy walk to the beach with our dogs for morning walks. Close to the promenade, though this was not our thing, traveling with not so people friendly pups. We loved the home and would definitely rent it again! The price was quite reasonable and we all had a great time.
