What a lovely home in a great location! We stayed for three nights, and the house was a lovely place to start and end each day at the park. It is very comfortable and impeccably clean, and the location is ideal. Highly recommended. We hope to have the chance to stay again someday!!

We had a lovely stay here in Yosemite West. We have always stayed in Wawona, so being this close to the valley was a bonus. The house is beautiful. The great big windows make it so light in the house. Very comfy beds and the most coffee maker types I have ever scene. I wish we were staying longer so I could try one a day. We would definitely stay here again. Hosts were super responsive and nice.

This house is gorgeous and immaculate! We loved staying right in Yosemite. This is our first visit here and everything was perfect! Keep in mind there are a few steps down to the house. We were all so impressed by this house! Exactly as described.

Five adults stayed for a few days of hiking and exploring. The home is very comfortable and easy to find with beautiful surroundings and nice furnishings. Owners responded quickly and helpfully to any questions. We will definitely stay again.

You can’t go wrong with this house and owner. Yosemite isn’t simple to navigate since it takes so long to get from place to place up and down the mountains, but this place in Yosemite West is a great location. The house is spotless. Nicely furnished and decorated. Beds are super comfortable. Plenty of blankets and linens. Kitchen has all of the equipment you need. Grill is nice and works great. All hardwood floors so slippers are recommended. The property is on a mountainside so there realistically is no place to hang in a yard but deck is really large and side porch gets nice late day sun. As Barb the owner will advise, you should get all that you need grocery/spices/PAM etc at a full service grocer on way in. The Park grocery (40 min away) is ok but limited and it’s at least an hour if not more to the nearest full serve grocer in a town. No close restaurants except lodge vendor places. It was nice to grill a burger or have some pasta at home after a day on the trails. We loved this place. We cooked breakfast then went off for the day and came back to a comfortable space to sit on the deck or by the fireplace, have a beer and reflect on our adventures. Owners were fantastic in every way. Tech worked reliably though we really didn’t use it much except for Wi-Fi. Sonos speaker was great while we played games. We were too tired to peruse the nice collection of books relating to Yosemite on hand. Again great experience and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

Everything went as we have planned. We drove up through Mariposa, arriving 10am to the south gate and toured through the Mariposa Grove as a starter. We did hikes to see the valley and El Capitan from the opposite top before we checked in in the evening. The accommodation was great with big tub and outside deck to relax. We met Beth as we were checking out, and she was so welcoming! This was my Birthday week and it was a fantastic way to spend our days in Yosemite with the whole family!

This house was great and was as advertised. Everything was very clean, updated, and comfortable. It was so nice to have space to relax after long days exploring the Park. The location in Yosemite West was perfect for access to the Valley and Glacier Point for hikes and activities (we even drove Tioga Rd. to Tenaya Lake and Tuolumne Meadows from here with no problems). The owner was quick to answer all of my questions and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again - we had a great time.

This house is perfect for any family. You are within a 30 minute drive to the Yosemite Valley or Glacier Point. The house is exactly as listed, if not better. The owner is extremely responsive and helpful. We have done dozens of mountain vacations, this is among the best.

We found Tree Tops to be a beautiful, clean, spacious property conveniently located inside Yosemite National Park. Our family of four enjoyed the comfortable beds after long days of hiking, as well as the lovely great room, kitchen, deck. We look forward to coming back the next time we are in Yosemite.

This was a fabulous stay - location, amenities, deck, and open living room/kitchen were all fantastic. It’s a quiet neighborhood, and the location gives you a head start to Yosemite Valley on busy park days. If we’re back in the area, we’d definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect for our family. The beds are super comfortable which was great after hiking all day. We enjoyed the grill on the deck and the well equipped kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable with all the necessary amenities and more. Great location in the park. More seating (loungers) out on the deck would have been nice. Shower in master bath is quite small. Overall a very nice home and would stay there again.

Very comfortable, clean and close to the Yosemite Valley!

Beth was quick to answer any correspondence we sent. The house was very clean, just as described. They had every kitchen appliance and gadget you could want. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans, mugs and glasses. Our family of six stayed there comfortably and had a wonderful time! We were 30 minutes from Yosemite Valley and 30 minutes from Mariposa Grove. Though it had snowed the week before, the parking pad, steps, and balcony were clear - which was a nice to see as the road into the Yosemite West neighborhood was a bit snow covered and icy. I would definitely recommend this renter to anyone planning to visit Yosemite.

The homeowner Beth was very helpful, available and responsive. The home was as good as the photos. Location within the park was perfect - we could avoid the park reservation process and it is between the Valley and the Mariposa grove which was ideal for us. The internet was fast enough to stream (I noted that other house options in the area were without internet or had satellite). For what our group wanted this was perfect. The area was very quiet which we liked very much. Kitchen had all the pans and utensils we needed to cook which we took advantage of. We would happily stay again. Thanks Beth!

Great quiet location in the park. Far from touristy noise and traffic, but close enough to amenities for convenience.

The house is perfectly located inside the park and is equidistant from both “The Valley” and “The Grove”. Which makes it perfect to see and experience so much! Our visit to Yosemite was a special family reunion, and this house was perfect for that get together. The spacious, fully equipped, kitchen allowed us all to share in fun meal preparation. The back deck perfect for after hike relaxation and later stargazing. The house impeccably clean. The open layout created a comfortable space for everyone. Communication with Beth was prompt and accommodating. Overall a truly wonderful stay and wonderful memories made there. We highly recommend and would definitely return. Great stay in Yosemite. This truly was the best location for seeing the park. The park was not crowded and the waterfalls were really flowing. The house was well appointed, comfortable and in a beautiful setting. Loved our stay. The only thing we'd have done different, is bring more groceries!!
