Wi fi very weak

Very close to other properties and not much privacy. Further away from sites than we expected and no air con during summer weather was not good at all.

What did you do booking.con? It was very serious about reservation. Booking.com confirmed the booking but when I reached the Spring Wonderland , they had other group staying there. I had called the number shown in booking.com and someone answered and mailed to me a key code. After I saw orther group in the house I tried to call 2 phone numbers that gave in confirmation E-mail with key code but the answer was that number didn:t register. Then I called to number in the first confirmation then maid answered and came to help at the house by making a phone to the owner of the house. The owner told me that she didn't get booking from booking.com. Anyway she solved the problem by other house night by night. I wonder what was booking com do? If there wasn't any house, where did I stay?

great location, beds very comfortable, plenty of hot water

decor dated, needed good clean, cobwebs & flies on windowsills & ceilings, outside furniture broken & dirty , no WiFI for whole of stay, no gas in bbq

House was roomy and had good spaces for cooking, eating and relaxing. The hosts were responsive and accommodating once notified of access to amenities or something that wasn't working. Parking was easy and having a washer and dryer was nice for a longer stay.

Cleanliness in terms of details. Overall the house was clean, but on baseboards and on the blinds, there was a lot of dust and spiderwebs across the top of the kitchen cabinets. I had a cap from the previous renter's toothpaste in my drain, but could not fish it out. Some of the windows are not mounted well and are finicky to open. Note that the lights on the stairs outside from the parking to the house do not light up in the evenings or early morning so bring the flashlight from the stairs if you plan to do a sunrise or sunset hike. The walls are thin, particularly upstairs so you might have some noise if the other property does not respect quiet hours.

The place was extremely spacious and we loved how many bathrooms there were. Also very nice that all rooms have a king sized bed.

Not being able to use the AC was a real disappointment. My friends slept upstairs and couldn’t sleep because it was so hot. The fans were not enough.

I just wanted to pass you on my disappointment about the spring wonderland house we rented for the night. >> It was 7 of us and we paid a lot of money for just the night. And I was really surprised that paying $90 for the cleaning and arriving to a house where 2 of the bed were not made, bathroom not made bed sheets used and towels used and then having to move to a way smaller house because they did not know we were coming. Then the next house Had 1 floor less. The other house was a big disappointment too. The second house lower cascades was not better, when we arrived in the house it was smelling of fast food really bad and did not seems to have been thoroughly clean. When I called the woman to tell her she laughed and told me that it was an air freshener if needed and all underneath bed seems that they never been hoovered. >> Two of us slept in the two sofas but the sheets were not clean, like they have been there for a while. >> Then they were not comfortable at all and the sofa next to the door had no curtains on the door so woke my friend really early. >> Overall it was annoying when you are staying only for one night in beautiful Yosemite and not having at all what you expected for the money.
