This is the perfect condo. We loved the location, the beach view and the privacy of the deck. Very clean, responsive owners. Everything was just as described and pictured. Showers were amazing. Surprised at all the deer! Pool is very nice, grounds are gorgeous and there's the beach...incredible stay. So nice that you have chairs, umbrella and bikes for guests.

What a wonderful treat to spend a week in this great unit in Palmetto Dunes. The unit was super clean and when we had questions the owners were incredibly responsive. It was well appointed in the kitchen so we were able to cook for ourselves. Great bonus to have 2 bikes for our use - that was great fun! We could see the water from the balcony, so even when we weren't actually on the beach we could still sense it. Will definitely try to reserve this unit if we are lucky enough to head back to HHI. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This is our 4th year staying here and it never disappoints. The beach view is spectacular and the condo is updated and clean. We had an issue with the bikes, the owner got back to us within 15 minutes and remedied the problem. Highly recommend

We’ve stayed in the complex before and loved it! This unit did not disappoint!!! Clean, comfy, and had everything we needed for our stay-having the chairs and locker for beach/pool gear was fantastic!! There is not a cart, and the walk to the waters edge is quite far (the property is on the beach, but the beach is very wide), so might be a good idea to bring one. We had our toddler with us, so didn’t get use out of the bikes this trip, but hopefully by next year we will be able to-the property is beautiful and very bike friendly. The pool for this building and the one next to it is our little’s favorite part!!! 0-entry and perfect for the little ones just learning to swim, as well as adults!!! I reached out a couple of times with questions, and Dan was so wonderful and responsive!! It was the perfect stay!!! And even though peak season, our unit/pool/beach area wasn’t crowded!! (It does take a little patience getting in and out of Palmetto Dunes, as well as all over HH, during the holidays, but that is expected and not a deterrent in the least!!) Hope to be back next year! (Note: be sure if using gps, plug in Palmetto Dunes, and then only after you arrive, and collect your parking pass, enter the building address…it tends to take you to the resident only entrance otherwise-same when exiting…the other gates only open/close for residents…always use the main entrance…we learned this the hard way on our first trip to the complex, so this time it was smooth sailing…).

We have stayed in a couple different places on the island, and this location beats them all hands down. We were near everything yet it felt secluded. The beach wasn’t too crowded at all and the pool wasn’t either. The condo itself is in a fantastic location near the elevator. The only downside to our stay was that the direct beach access for the condo from the parking garage to the beach path was blocked off by scaffolding. We had to walk around the garage and in the grass to get to the path to the pool/beach, but I know that would just be temporary. Otherwise the ease of access to everything would be fantastic! We enjoyed the condo and views! We saw several deer each night with the beach in the background. Lovely!

Unit is clean and furnishings are very good. The location is excellent for beach access. The owner commented very clearly with necessary info for check in,etc. The only negative is the size of the shower. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Always enjoy the Windsor condos - this is the first time we rented a single bedroom. Very nice.

We enjoyed our stay. Loved having the bikes to ride down to the dunes for pickleball in the mornings. It was a nice location for all that we wanted to do. The building was quiet and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the unit had a nice view.

We are repeat HHI vacationers and have always stayed in another part of town. We opted to try Palmetto Dunes this time around, and will never stay anywhere else. The condo exceeded our expectations. Huge living room, king bedroom and the balcony was super comfortable. That lounge chair is unbeatable. Easy walk to the beach and pool everyday, and the locker was stocked with everything we needed for the week. Watching the sunrise and sunset from both the balcony and the beach were unforgettable. Thank you to the owners for their hospitality and responsiveness. We would love to stay again (and again!)

This villa is quite nice, within short drives to very good restaurants, grocery stores, kayaking, a wonderful church, and of course, the beach is beautiful. Planning to return!

My husband and I were able to enjoy this beautiful unit for an anniversary trip. I highly recommend staying here. The unit was impeccably clean, the view of the ocean is breathtaking and the unit is very well stocked. The plantation is gorgeous and beach access is steps away. Do not hesitate on this one. The property managers were responsive and very accommodating. If you rent this once, you will rent it again. Can’t wait to return.

Spacious for a 1 Br. Very clean. It was nice to have two bathrooms. Excellent location.

My wife asked me why would we ever want to come back to HHI in June or July. The weather was great and the condo perfect. So clean and exactly as advertised. Our favorite part was the balcony with the lounger. Many naps were taken out there. Dan was very responsive to questions and a pleasure to work with. We will be back!

The property was very clean, the view from the living room and balcony was beautiful. The entire process from booking, paying, getting all the codes for the door and pool, and the gate pass was so easy. We will definitely stay again in this unit. It was so relaxing I can’t wait to go back.

This was our 3rd stay at this location and we will be back! The view alone is worth the stay, but with the addition of a beach locker stocked with beach supplies and bikes, it’s unbeatable.

The property was very convenient to where we wanted to be, which is near the pickleball courts. I loved that we had bikes to use. The beach is very private and the pool was lovely. Great trip.

We loved our stay here! The neighborhood was lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach and pool. The condo fit our family of 3 perfectly, and communication with the owners was seamless!

This place was an awesome experience. First time in Hilton Head and the location of this place is great. Plenty of space, comfortable furniture and plenty of amenities. The complex is wonderful. I haven’t ridden a bike in years (without a motor -Harley. lol), but i biked all over that island with the provided bikes. You won’t go wrong renting this place. Great communication from Dean/owner. Everything is as advertised. My wife and I will certainly be back. Try Jessie’s Island food truck, best food on the island.

My wife and I enjoyed staying in this unit in Windsor 11. I think this was the first time staying in this building. The unit was very clean and well equipped in the kitchen. Plenty of towels. We did not spend a lot of time in the unit except for sleeping and changing clothes. Showers were nice. We enjoyed the views of the ocean from our unit. The weather during early spring can throw some curves at you so just be flexible and enjoy the island.

This is beautiful perfectly situated spacious condo steps from the beach in a lovely gated community with view of lush lawn and beach. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and paper products, soaps, lotions, etc available that lasted the week. Bikes were provided for use on the many paths around the community and on the beach which was a hit. The hosts could not have been more responsive and accommodating. We had a lovely week and look forward to returning in the future.

I can't say enough good things about My stay. The second I walked in I felt at home because it was so inviting. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. The view was relaxing and the walk to the beach just took a few minutes. Dan, the owner, communicated so well and I appreciated the information given so I knew exactly what to do. I will definitely stay here again.

Many afternoons we had beach close to being by ourselves. Great times all day to ride on beach & lounge with a good book. Condo had great beach views & away from pool side, so this time of year fairly quiet. ( balcony was always in shade) Loved that hosts had beach chairs & bikes available & to path to beach, which was a very easy walk. Another perk was parking pass was part of rental. Lovely unit, nicely decorated & relaxing. Highly recommend for a couple looking for a get-a-way.
