I'll start by saying I'm not the sort to write reviews whether things are good or bad. When I read reviews, it's like sinking into a pit of wildly conflicting views. If you're anything like me, please keep reading. I am a busy New Yorker who regularly travels the world from Europe to South America to Australia and New Zealand, often staying in some very nice places. However, I have NEVER walked into a place and IMMEDIATELY felt like it was MY home. This place is unbelievably beautiful, warm and luxurious in all the best ways. Bridget is a gracious host who is eager to ensure the best stay for guests. And the neighborhood? Easily now my favorite in Miami with Michelin starred restaurants (plural!!), low-key coffee shops, lush blocks and waterfront access. I honestly don't think a visit to Miami is complete without a stay i Coconut Grove -- and this house is EVERYTHING!!

This was our second stay in this charming rental and it surely won't be our last. We really love this home and the quiet privacy it provides. It is in convenient walking distance to the heart of Coconut Grove and it is in quick driving distance to Coral Gables. It served as a perfect home base while we launched our daughter off to her first year of college at UMiami. We greatly appreciate Bridget's thoughtfulness and care as a host. She is so kind and helpful. We look forward to staying here again in the near future.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home which had everything we needed for our family of four. The house was immaculate and cheerfully furnished. Bridget was an attentive and thoughtful host. The location of the house is excellent -- it's tucked away in a friendly neighborhood and just a few blocks walk to the center of Coconut Grove. We had such a great stay that we have already booked another stay in a few months!

Lovely home within walking distance of all best aspects of Coconut Grove neighborhood. Bridget, the host, is incredibly warm and responsive, and goes to no small lengths (or in pandemic-induced inflation, costs) to furnish you with the basics for breakfast and cocktail hour. Would book again in a heartbeat.

As former residents of the neighborhood, we came with both past experience and high expectations. The home epitomizes Coconut Grove indoor/outdoor living. The location is the ideal spot for walking to everything from the playground, to Bayshore or Cocowalk. Bridget was an amazing host, setting the house up specifically for our two year old and infant, and making sure we had some basic needs stocked so that we could wake up relaxed the first morning after a long day of travel. We’ve felt completely at home and cannot wait to come back.

This was the first time we rented a home with VRBO and the experience was wonderful. Our host Bridget was so accommodating not to mention delightful. Offering to help whenever she thought the need was there.The home had everything needed for us to settle right in for our stay. She even has welcome treats including our granddaughters favorite ice cream and, our daughter’s favorite tipple! The location could not be better. Very close to walking all Coconut Grove has to offer while being very private and serene. There are so many small touches it is obvious how much thought Bridget has put into this lovely home!

This wonderful home completely met our expectations and absolutely recommend it. The location was perfect and the hosts were absolutely great!

We have enjoyed an incredibly pleasant stay in this beautiful property. The house is decorated with exquisite style, it is incredibly comfortable and has all the amenities you could wish for either a short or a longer stay, from a nicely-sized and very functional kitchen to the spacious and welcoming living room and dining room to the very comfortable bedrooms. . We especially liked the tranquil, lush and spacious backyard with orchids and perfumed flowers, a perfect setting to sit out for a morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The location is ideal, a green and welcoming enclave just a few minutes’ walk from the restaurants and shops in the heart of Coconut Grove and from one of the best grocery stores. And above all, the owner Bridget is incredibly gracious and responsive; she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and that our stay was as comfortable as possible. We can’t recommend it highly enough.

Bridget, the property manager, is an absolute GEM. Before we arrived she asked us how we liked our coffee, and had the fridge stocked with all our favorite essentials (seltzer/chilled wine/the milk we prefer/filtered water/eggs/butter/cheese). She even left us fresh bread from the best bakery in Miami (we're locals, so we know ;). The location of the property is truly ideal (from both a safety and convenience perspective) - and it includes reserved parking for 2 cars (another big deal given the great location). The home is in mint-condition, and the attention to detail really impressed us (e.g., there are STUNNING orchids throughout the house and the private outdoor space). Bridget was super helpful and communicative throughout our 3-week stay - she's very knowledgeable about Coconut Grove and helped us pick places to eat/get groceries/etc. She even brought us fresh mangoes from the neighborhood! We loved the place so much that we wanted to extend our stay - but, of course, it was already booked. We'll definitely be coming back here. We loved it!

This Coconut Grove townhouse more than exceeded our expectations. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The immaculate rooms are beautifully decorated in a very cool artistic way. The outdoor patio and seating spaces are also beautifully landscaped with gorgeous planting and orchids. The location is so convenient as you’re within walking distance to all the wonderful shops and restaurants of Coconut Grove itself. You’re also very close to explore the city and other lovely spots like Key Biscayne and Coral Gables. I highly recommend this outstanding property and would give it six stars if I could.

The house and hosts are a delight, coconut grove is paradise, and the location is perfectly walkable to town (or also two different grocery stores). I stayed with my husband and our baby son, and the house fit us well. The kitchen is well equipped (and the dishwasher works great). The side yard is a great spot to hang out and we had family coming over often so it was perfect. The hosts even helped us with the setup to have a big holiday dinner with 9 of us outside. The house is filled with color and fun art - it is a joy! Exceeded all our expectations and then some!!

I feel so lucky to have found this gem of a house and the best Home owners! I am an interior designer and the house did not disappoint. It was perfectly decorated and yet it still had a nice casual ambiance to feel right at home. The little touches were plenty from the candles and orchids throughout to the trays and lots glasses for entertaining. They did not miss a thing! We loved the privacy of the back yard (which was beautifully landscaped) to sit in but also loved walking 10 minutes to town to get just about any type of food imaginable. Love the town and the people who live there too! Back to the house, we asked for very little but when we did (burnt out light bulbs) they were very quick to remedy the issue. They were so kind and lovely people. They brought over treats for Valentine’s Day and gave us a goodbye present. They went over and beyond to make us feel at home. We completely felt at home immediately which was a good thing since we lived there for 6 weeks! We miss our slice of heaven in Coconut Grove. If you have an opportunity I would highly recommend you stay here!

Our stay was excellent and the house was everything we were looking for. Cozy, comfortable, and beautiful. Our hostess was also excellent, very hospitable and always on top of every detail. I will highly recommend this house to our friends and would definitely stay again!

By far and away the best experience that we have ever had in our 15+ years of history renting from VRBO/HomeAway. The property is immaculate, stylish, and extremely functional. Every detail had the guest in mind. The decor, overall conditions, and amenities are even better than the photos and property description suggest. The indoor space is amazing only to be matched by the beautiful outdoor space allowing for a relaxing tropical experience. The owner is accessible, genuine, friendly, well-informed and guest-centric. Nothing, nothing about this property would raise an eyebrow. This property had the feeling of a home away from home and is undoubtedly our only choice when returning to the area. The surrounding Grove neighboorhood is quiet, upscale and within walking distance of exceptional restaurants and shopping. Congratulations to the owner for clearly differentiating the entire experience. A+, 10 out of 10.

In short, the property and experience was amazing. The place is even better in person than the pictures, redone from top to bottom with care and comfort in mind. The location is close to everything, yet still in a relaxing, walkable neighborhood. The host was extremely welcoming and accommodating, even providing a crib for our 4 month old. We have stayed at many shared properties traveling and this would rank at the top of that list for me. It made our vacation better, simply.

We travel extensively for sailing and on average, will rent one VRBO property per month in various locations in the US and around the world. In our 10+ years of renting through VRBO, this rental was the best experience we ever had. First, the property is great, renovated and well kept. The exchanges with the landlord as we prepared for our stay were very warm and thoughtful. The fridge was filled with special treats when we arrived and the landlord provided us with a very warm welcome. Finally, we had an accident which resulted in damaging the stove and the landlord was outstanding in understanding that it was in fact an accident and very quickly made us feel like it was OK and we would deal with the matter. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone and will personally look into renting it again for the years to come as we make our way back to Coconut Grove for sailing.
