Family enjoyed the stay

The unit had great views. And it was clean. Easy to get hold of owners. Only problem we had was almost every time we went to back deck someone near us was smoking pot for the whole week. It was hard to stay out there and smell skunk. Which was a shame because it had a nice view.

The listing was exactly as pictured. Very clean and good location. Communication with the hostess was perfect. Thanks so much!

Amazing view and amazing location!

Everything was just as shown and stated in the listing. This was our 2nd stay at Long Beach Resort. Last year was a 2 bedroom from another owner, and although it was nice, it was not the cleanest. But we loved the resort itself and took another chance. This 3 BDRM that we rented this year from Katie was exactly what it says it was and was extremely clean and well kept. Katie was a pleasure to work with and made our stay incredible. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation.

This was by far the nicest condo we have stayed in. The photos of the condo/property are very accurate. It was very clean and had all the comforts of home. Even though it's on the 11th floor, the beach access was only steps away from the elevator. No check- in at front desk and parking passes and arm bands were in the room. Now on to the host....Katie was excellent! She checked in on us several times to see how our stay was going and if we needed anything. She was always a text away. Thank you Katie : ) We will definitely be back!

The family had a great time! Close proximity to a lot of fun activities as well as great restaurants. The view from the condo balcony was gorgeous, and the 3 bedrooms gave us all plenty of space. The owner was so helpful! She checked in on us several times throughout the week to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this condo.

We have been to long Beach resorts several times now and have always been happy. But this time was different. The room has been upgraded recently and was very nice. Had a great selection of games for the kids and plenty of plates and dishes for all of us. The property manager Katie contacted us before our trip to see if we needed anything before our arrival and kept invoice the day of our arrival and checked in several times during our stay. We would definitely rent this condo again

The owner was a delight to work with. She checked in with us periodically to make sure we had everything we needed. The condo was beautiful and spacious. I would definitely rent this condo again the next time we visit PCB.

Our family of 8 just returned from a week at Katie’s beautiful condo. It was our first time to FL all together. The condo is a 3min drive to Walmart from the security-gated parking lot and we piled up on food since Storm Fred was coming in. The condo was a perfect and comfortable way to have easy meals and to cook, play games, and get good rest after long beach days and late nights. Our favorite parts were having coffee on the shaded balcony and watching the sunsets at night, and the proximity to the beach. We went back & forth multiple times a day to boogie board, walk, and look for crabs, and the access was right off of the elevator. During our stay, we enjoyed parasailing, the dolphin tour at Shell Island, deep sea fishing, eating at Paparazzis (the Land Lover pizza and Italian desserts were delicious and John and his staff are so personable!), and mostly playing at the beach and pools. We didn’t realize how convenient it was to have such a well-stocked kitchen, 3 full bathrooms, and a washer & dryer (especially for wet suits & towels). It was an incredible vacation for our family, both restful and busy. Thank you, Katie for being so hospitable and making it easy to communicate with you. God bless you!

The property manager was absolutely amazing, she was easy to contact, always available for questions and made sure our stay was wonderful. The condo was amazing. So much room and the view was gorgeous! All the walk in showers were so nice and the bedrooms were beautiful. Me and my family had an amazing stay and we will be back. Plus the pools, the tiki bar has amazing food and drinks and you are close to everything! We will return !

We had a great time at the beach and the condo was clean and the location was great. We did have a few small issues but Katie was on top of it and responded exactly the way you would want.

We loved this place! Beautifully decorated. Beds slept great too! Two baseball families and two teens….was perfect. Boys each had a queen bed. We loved it had two Master bedrooms! One had the bigger bathroom/big tub and beautiful bed with great beach view. The other had its own bar/mini fridge and private balcony, and code for entry to room/air conditioning controls….both masters had king beds. Very nice as our families split the cost of the condo and both parents were happy getting a true Master bedroom. Elevators were so fast. Beach wasn’t as crowded as the other condos to the right and left of Long Beach. Not too far to walk to Pineapple Willy’s either! Pool was very nice and not crowded. Loved being able to get food and drinks at the Hangout at the pool. The owner, Katie, was excellent communicating with me throughout the trip. Found out we are from the same hometown too! Easy check in/out. Would love to come back here again some time!!! Absolutely loved this condo!!!

We had such a great time! The room was extremely nice.. TVs didn’t work great but who watches TV on vacation any way? Owner was amazing and easy to get a hold of. Will definitely be renting again!

We enjoyed our stay! We do not typically go for condos and prefer houses, but our late planning led us here. I would absolutely go back! Very spacious and great views from every room. I also didn’t feel like we were all on top of each other which was great for when I wanted a little space.

This condo was perfect for my husband & I along with our young adult kids with their significant others. Everyone had their privacy. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need to cook meals. A cabinet full of seasonings & spices came in very handy. The view from the balcony was amazing! Highly recommend this place. It did not disappoint.

We always stay at Long Beach, just love it. This was our first time in this condo and we loved it! It was clean, updated, and well stocked! We will be staying in this unit again!

Staff at longbeach very friendly. Condo manager super nice and helpful. Longbeach resort our favorite yet. Awesome pools for kids and hot tubs for adults. Stayed in tower three, elevators very quick. Will stay here again.

We had a wonderful time the food there in the pool is delicious probably some of the best we ate by we were there and we did a lot of fine dining. My only suggestion would be to add another couch inInstead of the two chairs for sitting and watching TV. Had a wonderful time would rent from her again

Our family enjoyed the final spring break our middle school aged kids would have together. Three other families rented other also lovely condos at Long Beach and we enjoyed the gorgeous beachfront property with plenty of space and privacy all within one unit. Katie is ideal to work with and we will certainly stay in the well stocked family friendly place again! Our beach remained private and void of any excessive partying that history may have shown to be classic PCB. You’ll never see a more beautiful beach and ocean front place!

This was our first experience renting a vacation home and it was amazing! Renting was easy from start to finish and check in/check out was seamless! Double thumbs up for this one! We were 4 adults and 4 kids and right on day one the feeling of the place was truly home away from home. It had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation and it exceeded our expectations! The cozy setting of the place, the tasteful decor, furnished thoughtfully with little details, lamps creates very warm, comfortable feeling for relaxation. Clean and well laid out. We loved how very comfortable and convenient the keyless entry to the property/beach/pool was! Condo is spacious and extremly well equipped. We were impressed how well the kitchen was stocked. Had more conveniences then we expected! The oceanfront location is awesome and very relaxing! The adults as well as the kids loved the large selection of game and books! Large and comfortable bedrooms and large bathroom with plenty of towels! Additionally, the fact that there was a gate security guard checking who came in and out by checking car parking tags and beach/pool access bracelet was a huge huge plus!! The communication with Katie was super easy, quick and helpful! Overall a great stay for our family of 8.Thank you Katie for taking care of us so we'll and thank you for the great memories!

First and foremost the owner is amazing! Katie checked in several times to make sure our stay was going perfect. The view from this condo is breathtaking. We were able to see dolphins from the bedroom windows several mornings. Elevators are super speedy to the 11th floor. There’s a great nook/space to leave your sandy stuff before entering the unit. The unit is beautifully furnished and decorated. Beds and linens are all clean and comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked. WalMart is just down the road for quick grocery trips. Pools, hot-tubs and beach were very nice as well. Security was present and checking for wrist bands often as well. Fabulous beach vacation. 10/10 would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful week at this amazing condo! Plenty of room for the 5 of us and having 3 full bathrooms was wonderful! Well stocked kitchen, beds were comfortable and linens and towels were very nice. We enjoyed coffee every morning on the spacious balcony, the view is heavenly and the sunset is absolutely breathtaking! The large indoor table was terrific for playing games in the evening. We never waited for the elevator for more than one minute. Katie was terrific to deal with, we highly recommend staying here, you will love it!
