This was the perfect spot for a quiet location on a beautiful beach! This was just the right amount of space for my daughter and I. We were able to walk to lots of things. The Art deco district is so beautiful and unique!

This was an amazing place right next to south beach. I loved being able to walk to the beach at any time of day. The hosts also left a list of good places to eat and visit in the area. Stay here for a great Miami experience!

We enjoyed our short stay. We walked down the beach and was able to walk to down ocean drive where there were so many delicious looking restaurants. This was perfect right after our Caribbean cruise. Thank you!

This is a small condo at a great Location backing onto South Beach with beach beds included. Parking was also a massive plus and inexpensive. It is fit for two people only for a few days that are happy to self cater. Accessible to all local amenities. Good value for what is available at South Beach. Bargain!!

This property is very well situated for beach fun, walks to the southern part of the island and the Ocean Drive hotels and restaurants. It is very small but has all the kitchen amenities as well as a nice shower/bathroom. A couple things that irritated me a bit (hence, 3 stars): 1) there was constant noise from the neighbor's unit because their fire alarm was on low battery and no one could enter that property and fix the situation, 2) I couldn't get the bed to pull out and widen. Twin bed is OK but queen is much better - the instructions I was given I wasn't able to follow (maybe a YouTube video link can help for future guests unless I'm the only one unfamiliar with pull-out beds).

Given the price range in South Beach, this apartment offers considerable value. The host stands out for their friendliness and willingness to assist. A notable example of their helpfulness is the provision for guests to park their car at a minimal cost nearby, which we found to be extremely beneficial. However, the apartment itself, along with the provided guest information, is in dire need of updates. Several items, including the bed, were found to be broken, and although the air conditioning was functional, it emitted a strong and unpleasant odor. Consequently, we chose to depart from the apartment two days earlier than planned. As first-time visitors to South Beach and Florida, our frame of reference is limited, which may affect our assessment of the apartment's overall value. Yet, it's clear that with little investment in time and money, the quality of this accommodation could be significantly improved. Despite these issues, the apartment's location is excellent, and the hosts are exceptionally accommodating.

Stayed here for a couple nights before our cruise and it was perfect. Quiet and great location to everything! Would recommend

Perfect spot! Small studio that is VERY clean, has everything you need, great access. Bed was comfortable and accommodated my 6’2” husband easily. Communication with hosts was great. Highly recommend

Apartment was cousy and nice. Air inside the building could have been better and pool was quite dirty looking so we didnt use it. Location was fantastic and Gary and his wife so nice and flexible. Thank you !

Very nice studio. Equipped with kitchen essentials for 3 night stay. Loved the location south of 5th. Walkable to restaurants and large Walgreens. Enjoyed happy hour at Santorini by Georgios few minutes walk down boardwalk behind apartment. Beautiful beach behind building so no need to cross busy street. Complimentary beach umbrella and chairs are big plus. Gary and Elena provide app to get reduced parking another big plus. $3.21 per day. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely time in South Beach. The unit was as described and the property manager was very attentive. It was definitly all about the Location!! Would definitly stay at this property again.

The hosts were great. My husband left a few items of clothing in a drawer and Maria washed and mailed them to us! Only downside was the construction in the building next door was loud and the pool was cold and not particularly clean so we didn't use the pool - but with the beach so close we ended up not needing the pool anyway. I would recommend this property.

Great stay just as advertised. Walking distance to everything

We stayed here before our cruise and it was perfect. The location is great. The only things that I would say need to be looked at is the overall smell (even though it is an older building) and we didnt have hot water in our shower for the two nights. It didnt bother us much so we didnt feel the need to compalin. The host Gary is wonderful. He responded promptly and accommodated our needs that we requested before the stay. Thank you so much. We will be back and have already referred your place to others.

Perfect for my husband and I for a 2 night stay prior to a cruise. Clean, cozy and walking distance to everything you need. Ocean Drive is gorgeous during the day and even better at night!

Very nice place to stay. We stayed pre cruise and found it to be perfect for us!

The location was great. The building was old, but clean. The building was a little noisy at times just because the floors are not carpeted and you can hear people in the hallway. No fault to the host just a symptom of an older building access to the beach was great. Parking was an added perk

It was all about the location. Everything you want is within walking distance. The hosts were very responsive. Its a small place but right next to the beach (literally ⛱️) and the main strip.

Everything about our stay here was good. Small unit but clean with everything we needed. Beach, walking, buses, bars and restaurants close by to enjoy. Spent five nights ore-cruise enjoying Miami’s sights and culture. Check in and out was easy. Thank you for a wonderful stay without breaking the budget!

Perfect location in Art Deco district. Near beach and so many great restaurants --Call Me Cuban was the best!
