location: walking distance from every tourist attraction in Miami Beach and the buses to Downtown Miami are just around the corner. and the shower.

it felt dirty. they change the towels and empty the trash everyday but that’s all.

It hotel has a great location for everything around.

Per advertised on Booking.com, it was not beachfront. They have no parking or anywhere to park overnight close by within 5 blocks. The carpet is stained from the side entry / up the steps / down the hallway. The king room did not smell clean but stale(needed sanitizing with Lysol spray). The fabric furniture was circa 1990 including night stands / lamp shades. Walls were patched / touched up / not matching and dirty. Floors were gritty. Room had wifi but over-air TV, no cable or satellite TV. Wife killed roach outside bathroom with the kiddie toilet. There was one dead in kitchen drawer. You need more........?

Location is amazing, directly close to the central point of Ocean drive and close to the beach. Supermarket and a lot of restaurants around,easy reachable by walking. The room was big, like a small apartment with everything you need. The people from the reception and the staff were really friendly. Really beautiful stay, we are definetely coming back next year.

Not much, only the coffee machine was a bit old and couldn't be used because it was a bit calcified. Would be great in the next visit to have it working, to be able to drink a coffee directly after waking up ;)

Very convenient to the beach and restaurants in South beach, all just one street away. Check in was a breeze, the gentleman was very polite and helpful. (Feb 21 to 24)

Construction next door, all day long and early start. Quite loud at night, but that is South Beach.

Location ok - though it is very noisy in this area. The room, while small and not a great layout, was clean.

I had jackhammers working outside my window and the club across the road plays extremely loud music day and night. In the end, I chose to stay elsewhere and the manager was uninterested in compromising on any refund. Of course he's within his rights to keep the 3-night minimum as part of the booking, but I had to follow up several times and even turn back up at the hotel to ensure the 4th night was refunded. Since I was at the hotel anyway, I went to check the room (still my room, as I'd paid for it) and I am 99.9% sure the room I'd paid for had been rented out again to someone else - I could see the room number on the cleaner's list at the reception (why would they need clean if nobody was staying there?) and when I went to see the room, the cleaner was cleaning the room across from it. I asked her if someone had stayed in my room the previous night and she confirmed that yes, someone was there and she had just finished cleaning it. Very disappointing if true. I asked the receptionist over and over if someone was staying there that night, but she was evasive and never answered my question. She seemed nice - probably just covering for the boss.

The room was surprisingly quiet for a very busy neighborhood. The service was exceptional. The location was perfect for beach walking!

nice artdeco building, location was perfect just next to the beach. Reception was super friendly and helpful.

i personally like artdeco building and vintage- old style from time to time, but if you are looking for something modern taste this hotel might be a bit old-fashioned.

Tired and noisy and expensive

Louis really made our stay special with all the attention and care about our questions and last minute extension of our stay. Location is really great. I'm happy we stayed at this hotel.

On our room there was a noise above from the roof, probably some equipment that was a bit annoying at times.

the room was ugly with old furniture, air conditioning was really noisy, no breakfast, no water in the room

it was amazing hospitality, very friendly workers, great location, great services. Specially Louis is very good man, kind and always doing helpful. If i visit next time miami definetly i choose this hotel because of Mr.Louis! Thank you so much.

Location is great🤩 Very close to beach,restaurants, cafes. Luis Fernandez is a great person, very friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay at this hotel next time too.
