Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Extremely clean and well furnished. Location was close to downtown and the view from the front deck was exceptional.

So very happy with our rental!!! One of the cleanest rentals I believe we've ever rented, and very very spacious. The pics don't do it justice. The location is great with a great view of the train depot and all of downtown Hill City! There was nothing we were lacking - owner even provided a pack-n-play for our infant grandson. So very kind of her!! Communication with the owner was perfect. She was always available and quick to answer my questions and was very patient. If we are ever in the area and need a rental that size, there's no doubt we will try to rent this one! You can't go wrong!!!

Beautiful house with an amazing view. The property was very clean and Julie was very accommodating making sure we were able to get in okay and to let her know if we had any problems. Will be staying here again in the future!

Everything was great with this rental. Downstairs is two rooms, a bathroom, living area and kitchen. Upstairs (entry level) is a master, master bath, a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, laundry, and living room. Perfect size for families

This was a fantastic home away from home. It was a perfect location for the things we planned, it was clean and comfy, and Julie checked in on us a few times to see if we needed anything. It was our first time to rent a home and it was a super easy and positive experience!! THANKS!!

The home was great. A wonderful place to come back to at the end of our busy day exploring the fun times in Hill City and Keystone.

Hill City is close to the middle of the Black Hills and this house is in a quiet part of town that has a great view of the town and great access to the rest of the HIlls. We have stayed at this place numerous times and will try to stay there in the future.

This house is great! It is very conveniently located in downtown Hill City -- perfect for day trips and for simply exploring town. It was also a great place for us to relax and enjoy the wonderful view. This is an excellent place to stay when you’re visiting the area.

The property was fantastic! It was spacious and comfortable. The convenient location enabled us to leave at a reasonable time each morning to enjoy day trips to Sylvan Lake, Mt. Rushmore, Deerfield Reservoir and Spearfish Canyon. We'd return mid-afternoon to relax on the deck and enjoy the view of Hill City and its surroundings. This property will be choice #1 for our next trip to the Black Hills!

Great location in the cute town of Hill City. Close to everything!

Had a great visit. House was very clean and spacious. Location was excellent. Lots to see and do. Rented E bikes in town and rode the Mickelson trail (the original railway that connected deadwood to Custer) to an old town called Rocheford and had a wonderful lunch before riding back to Hill City. Also riding ATV’s in Custer park was a blast. PS be sure to visit Deadwood and Sturgis.

My family and I were in town for the Mount Rushmore half Marathon and this rental could not have been more perfect. Julie was an absolute perfect host and the property was so beautiful. Lives up to its name with a perfect view of Hill City! Spacious, well equipped, and indoor parking was a bonus. Nice set up for our group of 3 couples.

This property is exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay in Hill City as it is centrally located to all the major attractions. Julie was quick to respond to all of our needs and easy to work with. We would highly recommend staying here when visiting the Black Hills.

We had 4 adults, 4 teens, and 2 elementary-aged kiddos with us to take in all that the Black Hills has to offer. The location of the house in Hill City was perfect - walking distance to Main Street and the grocery store and a beautiful view of Hill City. The house had plenty of space for our large group so we could all spread out and sleep comfortably. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Julie was quick to respond to questions and checked in with us a couple of times during our stay. We were worried about the lack of central air given we were there in July, but the house was plenty cool with the ACs they have on site and several fans. I highly recommend this house!

Large, clean and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay in this house. We ate meals on the deck with a beautiful view - played games at night in the upstairs living room- had movie night in the downstairs living room. The kids loved the bunk room. All the beds were comfortable- bathrooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen was efficient with plenty of cookware and eating utensils and dishwater. We would highly recommend this rental.

Our family enjoyed this location, as it was centrally located to Mt Rushmore, Deadwood, Lead, etc. The house was decorated cute, very clean and had comfortable mattresses with the benefit of a garage. Julie was a great hostess with tons of information via text on restaurants! Loved it, and we will be back!

My father and step-mom wanted to see Mt. Rushmore and surrounding sites. This vrbo was the perfect location to see a lot of things within 2 hours. We loved the spacious accommodations and view of Hill City! We will definatley visit again :)

This was a great location, cozy home, and plenty of space. We stopped at the local grocery store (very close) so we could cook breakfast each morning, make sandwiches for lunch, and head out on our daily adventure. We had a group of 6 (3 adults and 3 kids). The kids were happy to have their own beds. The beds were all comfortable and the furniture both upstairs and downstairs was cozy. We ended up with several inches of snow our last day, so we came back to the house early to grill steaks and watch the snow fall over the great view. I would recommend this property to friends and stay here again if we decide to tour the black hills again. We went to Mount Rushmore (morning and evening since it was so close), Custer, Bear Country, and the Mammoth site. There were still many activities that we did not have time (or proper weather) for. We traveled 610 miles in one vehicle, so we packed light and took advantage of onsite laundry as well. A+ vacation!
