Paul was great with communication and very accommodating. It is extremely close to the beach, downtown, restaurants, and shops. I would highly recommend

We had such a wonderful week at this house! The house was so clean and perfect layout for our family. My kids had the best time playing in the giant front yard. We walked to the beach almost every day and had many lovely meals on the deck. Paul was so responsive to any question or issue we had. Wonderful vacation house. We would definitely return.

This was an absolutely perfect house for our annual family trip to Montauk. The location couldn't be better - right outside the town center, but with private beach access. So you feel close to all the action, but like you have your own escape. The house has a big, beautiful lawn, a huge kitchen, and two spacious decks with views where you can get a peek of the ocean, while you have cocktails, or do some grilling. Paul, the host, couldn't be more accommodating. If you have any questions, he's always quick to reply via text, and really makes you feel at home. Highly recommend!

Our experience was outstanding...our stay was too short. We did not want to leave. Paul (owner) was great. We definitely plan to return.

The house was fantastic as were the owners which made for a wonderful week. Proximity to town, access to the beach, and the house itself makes this an ideal place to spend a vacation in Montauk. Kids loved the large yard just as much as the beach! Everything was better than advertised and communication with the owner was easy and effective.

This is a great property in a great location. Private Beach access is fantastic . The house & property are meticulous! House could not be cleaner or more comfortable. Hosts are lovely. They were there if you needed them but also invisible. Very private space & we enjoyed it immensely.

My family recently stayed at this Montauk beach house and cannot recommend it strongly enough. The home is warm, spacious, and has everything you could want. It is conveniently located a five minute walk to a beautiful stretch of private beach and a five minute drive to town. The owner lives downstairs and is very friendly and accommodating. He even set up a child safety gate for us at the top of the stairs.

We stayed here as a family (my family of four with two kids under 5 and my father) and loved our stay here and hope to be back. The location is amazing - walking distance to the beach, which is fairly secluded in this part of Montauk since the parking lots are private - and the lawn was awesome for the kids to play in. Paul was fantastic and dealt with any issues quickly, courteously, and very professionally. We would definitely recommend this house and would love to stay here again.

The homeowner, Paul, is a great host. The house was spotless upon arrival and Paul provided several ways to communicate with him; he responded immediately to our few questions during the week. The house itself is very spacious, modern, and comfortable. The kitchen has virtually any appliance or gadget you might need for meal prep, and beach chairs and umbrellas are available to borrow. You will find other small touches that reflect Paul's interest in making sure you have a wonderful stay. The house is located on a quiet neighborhood road 4 minutes walk from a section of beach that has private parking access for the guest, but does not have parking for the general public. The proximity makes it easy to take short, impromptu trips to the beach at any hour, and the private parking access results in a sparsely populated beach even during the hot days of August. At the same time, the town of Montauk is only a 5-minute drive away and is therefore easy to access for groceries, restaurants, parks, etc. If you might enjoy a quiet location but with good access to Montauk and the Hamptons, this is a great choice.

We had a great vacation at Paul & Venus’ property. Location was great, property beautiful & they thought of every detail. Super convenient to the beach. Great communication before and during our stay. The house was clean and comfortable for 6 people. We look forward to returning to this property.

Property was exactly as advertised. Paul was very attentive and communicative but as he notes, as visible or invisible as you want him to be. We saw him fleetingly on our walk back from the beach, but that was it. But we knew he was near if we needed anything. Multiple decks and access to the beach were huge perks. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

What a beautiful setting to celebrate our daughter’s 21st birthday. There is not one thing we would change. A wonderful place to make memories !

Really enjoyed our stay. Property was beautiful and well furnished. Only saw our host a couple times otherwise wouldn’t have known they also lived on property. Beach was so close and private parking pass was so nice. Downtown also very close - quick drive. ideal location for us in quiet neighborhood. Provided beach chairs and umbrellas added bonus. Outdoor balconies also very nice.

I’ve been fishing out here for 30 years staying at hotels. Paul’s house was fantastic. It was clean,comfortable,quiet and spacious. Paul the owner couldent be more helpful as well.. highly recommend this property..

Great location. Very green, quiet and pleasant surroundings. Quite a private feeling, many a times providing pin-drop silence. The owner, Paul, was very friendly, attentive and helpful. The town center is just 2 miles away allowing easy access for essentials. Thanks again for everything, Paul!

We enjoyed our stay at Paul's house, it was very homey. The beach access across the street was the best advantage of staying here, however, parking at the house was a bit over crowded since the owners do live on site in the basement apartment as well. Overall, it was a great week away in Montauk!

Very clean house. Owner lives in attached apartment so they know your ins and outs.. Although no laundry facility they clean towels if you stay a week or longer.. thank goodness for that!! Great vacation overall
