We had a wonderful stay in Orange Beach. The corner unit at Phoenix West II was beautiful. We initially had some issues with cleanliness of the unit but the owner responded right away and had everything taken care of immediately. We can’t wait until our next trip!

This stunning corner unit was perfect for our annual family beach trip. The views on all sides are amazing from the ocean to the state park! Each bedroom has its own private patio. The furnishing are beautiful and comfortable. We had 7 adults and a toddler and we were all extremely spaced out and comfy. The kitchen is the best well stocked kitchen of any vacation home we have ever stayed in. Beds were all comfortable! The property came with amazing amenities from the lazy river and water slide to shuffleboard, putting green and ping pong!! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Just as the pictures and listing describe. Had a fantastic week with family. There were 10 of us and it never felt crowded. The elevators were only an issue on check in day. Every other day they were quick. Can’t say enough about Rebecca and the communication. My sister and her husband were with us and they are planning on renting in the spring!

Only negative is elevator service. Especially on change over day. However, with a little planning and patience, that too can be handled.

The condo was awesome and was the most well-equipped rental we've ever stayed in. We had everything we needed and more! It was perfect for our siblings and spouses getaway. Whenever I had questions or needed to reach Rebecca, she was always very responsive. We would love to return!

This 17th floor end unit was amazing! Fantastic views and so many fun amenities! We had the best week, enjoyed Orange Beach and had his property!

Spent a fantastic week at beautiful Orange Beach with our kids and grandkids. This is our 5th year and we all look forward to quality time together. The lazy river and water slide was a hit with our 3 1/2 year old grandson. Our condo was huge and beautifully decorated. Our host Rebecca was very attentive to any needs we had but we had none! Would recommend this location to everyone. We went in May so crowds were a minimum.

What a beautiful place! Pictures don't lie. Perfect corner location on 17th floor. Clean w/ lots of amenities. Huge outdoor patio with lots of seating. We cooked numerous meals in the kitchen and it was well equipped with all we needed. Loved having a blender also to make smoothies for breakfast as well as an ice maker. The kids loved the bunks. Well managed condo building. Beautiful pool, lazy river, splash pad and tennis courts. You can check out gear from front desk for tennis, ping pong, basketball and shuffle board. We did all these things with the kids. The beach access was easy with lots of space to spread out. There is even a donut/ice cream shop (Pete's) across the street (we loved the donuts so much we went twice! All homemade) and a restaurant (Flying Harpoon) which had decent food (great shrimp po boy!) that we walked to. Gulf State Park is right down the road for some hiking and checking out the Pier. We did a dolphin cruise with the kids (highly recommend Surf's Up for this. We saw an entire pod of dolphins including 2 babies!) and tried out some of the local restaurants (loved Tacky Jack's and Lulu's). Condo is super close to Adventure Island Arcade/mini gulf for rainy afternoons. Mostly, we just enjoyed out family time by the beach and pool. I am already dreaming of a return trip and would not hesitate to stay at this property again. Highly recommend.

The descriptions and photos only hint at the quality of this listing. Everything was comfortable and worked as intended. The location is convenient to everything in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, so there is no reason to book anywhere else.

Everthing was very nice. We all loved the outside areas as well.

The condo was nice. Very cool and windy everyday. Many unfriendly tenants. The gal working at the desk where you get the parking passes was down right rude.

Beautiful Condo. Everything was as stated. The sunsets from the balcony were gorgeous! The picture of the bedroom with the bunkbeds was a little deceiving. There was no way we could open door to balcony as beds covered the whole wall except for about a foot on one end. No way would that deter us from staying here again. Check in and out was smooth. The place could not have been cleaner and had everything we needed. Would definitely return!

This is an amazing place. The huge patio and all the windows in the living room are great. Plenty of space with 4 big bedrooms all with their own bathroom. And the host was always very helpful.

Lovely place

The condo absolutely exceeded all expectations! Beautiful views from all areas of the condo but especially from the huge balcony. There were 4 couples in our group and there was plenty of room. Never felt crowded. The communication was exceptional from check-in to check out. Would highly recommend. Will definitely return.

Overall experience was very good. The positive things were the amenities. Lots of things to keep us busy. Unit was very clean and everything worked the way they are supposed to. The negative thing’s are: 1. Elevators were terrible during prime times. Only 3-4 working most of the week. Especially bad during 4pm check in. Sometimes took 15-20 minutes to get an elevator. 2. I have rented properties for 40 years and this was the first time I ever had to pay for parking. When you pay over $5000 for a weeks stay you shouldn’t get fleeced on parking. I would add the parking cost to the rental fee. Nobody would complain about another $100. 3.Beach was too crowded 4. Complex is better suited for people with young children. Probably will not return

This condo unit has amazing views! Sipping coffee and watching the dolphins play every morning from the balcony was magical. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy. I enjoyed every minute of my vacation in Orange Beach. A huge “thank you” to our host Rebecca for ensuring everything was ready for our stay and keeping the lines of communication open.

Condo was nice and clean. Had all appropriate utensils, etc. The grounds of the condo are decent. The pool is quite small and pretty dirty as the day goes on… Elevators can take a bit but it wasn’t awful. It also has the factor that people don’t want to share the elevator…I have no idea why

The owner, Rebecca, was very responsive and helpful. My family had plenty of room to move around and had the best time together. Exactly as described in the description and pictures. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Everything you need to have a weekly stay. We would certainly stay in this rental again if the need arises. I would say to housekeeping though, clean the microwave please. The elevators in the building, however, were horrible.

The condo is gorgeous and just as described. Property owner could not have been nicer. The kids loved the lazy river and slides!
