The house is a nice place and convenient to lots of things in the area. The owners are pretty responsive if you need help with something. There is plenty of room in the house for everyone. One of the bathrooms was unusable due to a previous renter causing damage. My biggest "complaint" is the cleaning company used to "clean" the house between renters. They do not do a good job. There were visible "dust bunnies" beneath the couches and in the master bedroom, there was so much dust on the tv stand, we could write DUSTY on it with our fingers. Hopefully, it will be cleaned before the next renter shows up. It also smelled a little musty on initial entry. Lots of "little" maintenance issues in the house. Several of the dining room chairs had loose legs and some were just plain broken. The garage is small and you'll need to park sideways. Unless everyone has a super small car, 4 cars is all you can fit. There were lots of insects in the house, despite lots of traps being put under furniture and behind things. There is a security camera overlooking the driveway. The place needs a refresher coat of paint. I 100% understand that with lots of people hauling luggage up and down the stairs, kids, etc... things will happen. But at some point, you have to take the time to freshen things up if your going to rent it out. I think it's reached that point. The golf course right next to the house prevents any real privacy on the back deck. Despite these little issues, we had a good time.

This is the third time we've stayed here and there is a reason for that. The house is huge, enough to easily accommodate our 14 high school tennis players and the 2 coaches. Plenty of space to hang out, enjoy ourselves and had a great weekend. They loved the tennis courts and basketball court were so close. Owners are so easy to work with and get back to you right away. Will be staying here again next year if we can make it down for the same weekend!

We had a 3 day multi generational family get together and had a wonderful time.

Celebrating 85 years called for a large space that would meet the needs of a multi-generational gathering for a long-weekend. We chose this lovely rental for its spaciousness and family-friendly accompaniments. It delivered on both fronts! Two bedrooms on the main floor allowed the senior members of our family to avoid stairs. The family-friendly game rooms enabled the youthful members of our family to enjoy their time, as well. The extra large dining room, back porch, and family room afforded ample seating for everyone when the entire gang relaxed and socialized together. It’s a rarity to fine a rental with a dining table that comfortably seats 10! Not to go unmentioned is how well this house is stocked. The kitchen has every conceivable item any cook could need, including staples. We wanted for nothing! This rental is situated in a LOVELY community. All members of our large family felt safe and comfortable walking the neighborhood. Everyone agreed that we would definitely visit again! The owners were responsive and the rental process was a snap. Sometimes you can plan everything ... except the weather! Thank you Hurricane Ian for a weekend full of rain. The Silver Lining was this property!!! It had plenty of room for 6 couples and add'l family members to spread out, the game room was a life saver as was the gorgeous and enormous deck!!! I wanted to stay longer and will definitely return. I use VRBOs all the time and this was my all time fav!!!

Our first time to bethany beach, all of us enjoyed the beautiful area. The house was very accommodating for our family. Plenty of room and loved the enclosed porch. To sum up great vacation.

This home was perfect for our family of 15! The screened back deck was a big plus….especially with ceiling fans since weather was quite warm. Large dining room table seated most of us comfortably and both the porch table and dining room table were perfect for all our game playing. We loved the short walk to the pool, tennis courts, and golf courses and just a bike ride or short car ride to the beach. House was well supplied with everything we needed to make our vacation perfect.

The house and property were in the absolute best location in the entire Bethany Bay resort. Not sure if the owners realize they are under selling it. The house has virtually everything anyone could possibly need to enjoy a week there. Kitchen is very well stocked which again may not come thru on their listing. The golf course on property is a very well maintained par 3 course and the pool area is so close to the house you can walk to it in less than a minute. They have the house that is closest to all the resort amenities and yet nicely buffered by the pond in the back. Couldn't be happier with the way the week went. I guess if your into the beach as a daily event, the drive to Bethany Beach was a little further than expected, but still not that bad (if you want Beach front this isn't it). We went 3 times during the week and that was more than enough as there's only two things there to do (sun bathe and jump in the Ocean, which by the way was really nice when we were there).

Wonderful place to stay. Close to beach. Community has pool, tennis court and 9 hole golf course. The house fit a multi-generational family perfectly.

My dad lives in nearby Dagsboro so we wanted to rent close enough that he could come visit every night and have dinner with 14 to 20 family members (4 grown children and their families). House was perfect for us and the back screened in porch was perfect for afternoon and evening gatherings. House is very well stocked and the 2nd refrigerator and upstairs washer/dryer were added bonuses. Great communication with the owner. My family said it was their favorite house so far and we have been in at least 5 other rentals in the area.

My family had such a Great Time. We were close to everything, beaches, boardwalk’s and fishing. This house was big enough that we could all eat together then hangout on the decks or just watch TV. Such a Great House, we will definitely return!!!

We had a great time staying here with family and friends. We loved the home and the open floor plan. We have a big family and we all fit perfectly. The deck with the view of the pond was very relaxing. Loved having the extra fridge in the garage. We're definitely coming back and have already scheduled our Summer family vacation next year. The owners were very responsive and easy to work with. Great communication. Highly recommend this home.
