The location was perfect. It was overlooking the beach and immediately beside the beach club/pool and the gate to restaurant row. I woke up each morning and drank coffee while watching the surfers. The place was beautiful and spacious. But the jewel in the crown was Candy. She was so sweet and friendly. She cooked the best mahi tacos that I have ever had and she made flan special for the kids. I hope to get back there soon!

This was the most beautiful property! Everything about it was exceptional. The location cannot be beat for proximity to town and incredible views. The condo is beautiful with an incredible kitchen, comfortable beds, beautiful furniture, and an outdoor living area that can't be beat. Candy was the icing on the cake - she is an incredible cook and so warm and friendly. She made us feel so welcome and cooked unbelievable meals for us. Kids loved using the paddle boards and it was fun to be able to watch them from the patio. It was a stress free vacation in a beautiful, safe place and we felt so luck to get to stay here!! It is a treat. Thank you for hosting us!

I have visited Punta Mita more than a dozen times over the years and have deep knowledge of what is required to manage a property there. This one is top of the list. From initial contact, to check-in, daily cleaning/help/support to our departure, everything was flawless. And while the home is fantastic and highly recommended, it is many times the people that put it just a bit more over the top. Candy was not only courteous and proactively attentive in predicting and delivering, She was an absolute delight to see each day, offering a joke, many smiles, delicious food, and a warm heart. 5 out of 5 stars for Casa Ola Bonita!!

We just returned from our first trip to Punta Mita and it certainly won’t be our last! Our stay in Vicky’s unit at Hacienda de Mita went well beyond our expectations! The pre-arrival concierge helped coordinate all aspects of the trip but Candy was what made it above and beyond! Her friendly welcome and amazing cooking were the highlights of the trip! Vickie has done an amazing job of remodeling this spacious unit with drop-dead gorgeous views. Seven of us never felt congested. A perfect place for several couples or a family. Candy, (Innocencia) the housekeeper/cook is a rare gift. She made some wonderful meals and looked after us the entire trip. She's one-of-a-kind. Punta Mita is super easy to get around in with golf cart (supplied) and the restaurants are fabulous....Mina, just in town was the winner of all. Thank you Vickie!

Everything about our stay was fabulous! HDM 106 is gorgeous, beyond comfortable and convenient! Vicky was so helpful and beyond hospitable. The concierge was spot on and always there to help. However, if I could have taken Candy home with us, I would have done that in a heartbeat! She is an amazing cook, keeps the condo spotless, but even more then that, she was a ray of light and without a doubt, made our trip so much extra special.

We loved everything about the property. The pictures of the condo are just as it is in person and Candy was one of the best parts. As a mom having her there to cook and clean for us was so nice, it was better than staying at the four seasons. The only thing I could recommend is for the concierge to have a newer car service. The driver was amazing but the cars were old.

Everything was perfect!!! This was our 3rd Punta De Mita trip in the last 3 years. All trips have been great, but this was by far the best. The owner Vicky was great at communicating all the details. Candie the onsite, daily housekeeper was amazing! Candie cooked breakfast, lunch and made snacks. Highest recommendation to stay at HDM #106. Brand new 6 seat golf cart, Premier Golf Membership gets you into all the beach clubs.

Hacienda Punta Mita is amazing! Everything was perfect--from booking, to check-in, and all communication during our stay. Everyone is professional and inviting. The condo is absolutely gorgeous and comfortable, and in the perfect location! Inocensia (aka Candy) is the best cook and the nicest person! She took such good care of us! We paddle boarded, surfed, swam, went to all the beach clubs, played pickleball, zip lined, and went out to dinner in town. I can't recommend this place enough! We look forward to coming back!

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Ola Bonita. Truly one of our best family vacations ever. The condo was perfect. The location could not have been better. Candy was a wonderful Cook/Housecleaner. We are grateful for all of the wonderful family memories!

This was our third time staying in this condo and everything was spectacular as always. Candy, the housekeeper and cook is amazing and took excellent care of us for the week. Her food is the best! We have stayed at three other properties in Punta de Mita and this one is by far our favorite. Love the updates that have been made. It is truly an incredibly special place and we will be back!

Lovely Condo...wish Breakfast could be served earlier as we didn't get to the Beach Clubs until 11:00 and there were Very Limited chairs for Renters (disappointing as many member section chairs sat empty)

Location of 106 is perfect, right on the pool and beach. The golf cart is awesome and allows you to hit all the beach clubs in style. The restaurants outside the gat are beautiful and really comfortable.

Everything is 5 stars as advertised. From check-in to service and amenities the entire experience is top notch. Will stay again

This was my third time to Punta de Mita and it was definitely my best stay. What I love about this location is that it is conveniently located to the town -- HDM has its own gate which makes it very convenient. Candy was our chef and her food was superb. She was delightful. The linens were great and the condo was equipped with everything you could need. Highly recommend! I will be back.

This is just a great place, the condo itself and Punta Mita. The photos are very accurate and Vicky is very easy to deal with leading up to the stay. The condo itself is great. Its very clean, well decorated, and comfortable. It's location is great facing the beach and with a quick walk through the gate into town. The golf cart and beach club memberships are wonderful, you will want this if you stay in Punta Mita. The concierge is very helpful in arranging transportation, groceries or any reservations for restaurants/golf/excursions. Candy my be the best part of this condo. She is a joy to be around and an amazing cook. Everything she made was excellent whether it was breakfast or authentic mexican for lunch. No matter your pallete (even cheese quesadilla's for picky kids) she will happily make you an amazing meal. I can't recommend this place enough. I look forward to my next trip here and hope this unit is available.

This is my third stay at HDM in Punta Mita. I am NEVER disappointed and this was no exception. The villa was lovely and perfect. Our cook was Alma (Candy the usual cook was on vacation) and she was lovely and made delicious meals. Super relaxing. We just LOVE PM and plan to come back in April with couples.

Every single thing was perfect. Vicky was great to work with during booking, then her concierge service on-site in Mexico took over with all arrangements from airport transportation, advance grocery shopping, menu options for the cook to prepare and all assistance we needed all week. We arrived to a spotless condo and were greeted by concierge staff, as well as freshly made salsa, chips and guacamole on the counter! The beds were heavenly...we could lazily watch the sunrise from bed in the primary suite or close the shutters for total darkness. The furniture was comfortable both inside and out. Location-wise, this condo was quite ideal. It was close to the town outside the gates, but quiet. We enjoyed watching the fishing boats nearby come and go, as well as using the paddle boards in the ocean and the pool right in front of the condo. Having the golf cart to enjoy cruising around the gated resort area and town was amazing. And visiting the premiere beach clubs made this rental stand out vs. anything outside of the resort gates. The club beaches, pools and service to eat and drink right in front of the ocean was divine. And best of all was Inocencia (Candy), our cook and maid. I wasn't sure how I would feel about this part...new to me to have that sort of service. But let me tell you, as a mom, it MADE my vacation. Every time we left to go explore an activity, we returned to a perfectly cleaned condo AND prepared meals. I barely touched a dirty dish the whole time. She even did our laundry! When I felt uncomfortable accepting that, Inocencia told me, "I enjoy my work here. It's ok. Let me take care of you!". Her happiness, warmth, solid work ethic and talent in the kitchen were outstanding! We will return to Punta Mita resort again and schedule around this particular unit's availability because it was perfection.

Our stay at Casa Ola Bonita was perfect! The condo was tasteful, comfortable, and very clean. Sitting on the patio or at the kitchen table to watch the ocean and the sunrise and listen to the waves was priceless. Innocenzia (Candy) was gracious, helpful, and an amazing cook! Access to all the clubs, amenities, and restaurants on property and in town was very simple with the concierge service. We absolutely loved our first visit to Punta Mida and can’t wait to go back. The condo was amazing, couldn’t have asked for anything more, really perfect. And can’t say enough about Candy, she’s so sweet and helpful, she was like part of the family.

This vacation was absolutely amazing and my kids all rated it a 10/10. The condo itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and immaculate. The service was top notch, from the housekeeping, to the meals, to the concierge. Candy accommodated all our meal requests, and with 4 kids, the money we saved from not eating out for every meal, really went a long way. The food was delicious and the portions were very generous (we’re big foodies and we were very satisfied). Candy made our vacation very stress free. We went with two other families and we had so much fun getting to the different beach clubs on the golf carts together, and taking little trips to the town. A big plus for us is that the beaches were never packed, unlike other popular vacation spots. There are also a lot of great activities to choose from, and the concierge makes it easy to get set up with everything. Another thing is we always felt completely safe, which is obviously a big deal to us when we travel with our kids. Rest assured, you will not be disappointed with this condo!

Fabulous 5 star experience from start to finish! The condo is beautifully appointed and beachfront. We have previously stayed at the Four Seasons and Los Veneros and this condo is superior in every way. The access to the various beach clubs made for fun adventures. The icing on the cake is Candy, the charming house keeper and cook, who made our stay extra special. Her AMAZING breakfast brought my busy family together every morning around a lovely set table.

This is an awesome place to stay and we really enjoyed our 5 day family vacation here. It was our second time renting in Hacienda de Mita, and first time in this unit and Vicky's place is wonderful. Our housekeeper/cook Candy (real name Innocenzia) was awesome and made the trip really special with her ceviche and daily fresh salsa. Beds were comfortable, showers were great, and we loved sitting on the balcony looking out at the water. We also loved the access to all the beach clubs, loved the use of the 6 passenger golf cart, and had drinks up at the Four Seasons hotel to cap off one night. I would highly recommend this place and will likely return again!

Positives: Decor/bathrooms/balcony view. Comfy beds and place is very clean. Candie is accommodating and sweet and a terrific cook. Best spot in Hacienda de Mita, within walking access to town and on the beach. Definitely would stay here again and again. Negatives: 4th "bedroom" has no A/C and no window shade when we stayed. Kids luckily could sleep with adults, but an unwelcome surprise. Every service required cash only. I've never seen this and maybe this is unique to Punta Mita during the pandemic? You will need over $1,000/week U.S. currency likely and that doesn't seem safe to me. Everywhere else I've stayed during my travels, credit cards are welcome. Just an fyi. I'm only speaking of services associated with this condo such as food purchase, airport transport, etc. Surrounding restaurants and stores all take credit.

This beautiful condo inside the double gates of Punta De Mita was outstanding .The pictures do not even do this unit justice Vicki’s decor is above and beyond beautiful stylish comfortable spotless and just everything you could ever want in a Mexican get away. We felt super safe and secure . Additionally Candi the cook and housekeeper was a true doll . Never did we ever feel like someone was invading our space and the breakfast and lunches she prepared were OUSTANDING - delicious thoughtful and wonderful presentation .. I highly recommend this particular unit 106 situated RIGHT ON THE BEACH WITH FABULOUS VIEWS ...several beach clubs to satisfy different types of waves and experiences All behind not 1 but 2 gates .Do not hesitate in booking Vickys unit with Candi !!
