The house was clean and included everything we needed to enjoy a week in VA Beach! Just a few blocks from the beach.

We came to Virginia Beach with our family which included 4 teenage/young adult children. This property was as great as it was advertised and provided enough space for all of us to spread out or spend time together. It was also a perfect location to the beach and boardwalk as well as many stores and restaurants allowing everyone the freedom to come & go as they pleased. We thoroughly enjoyed our beach vacation!

Great location, close to the beach. I think other reviews complaining about traffic noise were a little exaggerated. It didn't bother us at all.

Our group really enjoyed our stay. We had all of the kitchen amenities, so we really didn’t have to go out to eat as much. The area was nice. There was a lot of stairs to get to the third-floor but we made it through and everything was nice. wish we had more TVs in the room, but the fellowship did us well I would stay at this property again when visiting Virginia.

We stayed here in December for four nights with a 7 y.o. child and pets and had elderly family who live in the area come over for visiting during the day. The house was very comfortable for all and had a luxury feel. The listing was accurate, property was very clean, and communication was prompt and helpful. Sound machines in the bedrooms at night help with any street noise. We had a wonderful time and hope to return again!

We have stayed in these properties before. They are very nice and accommodate my family of 5 comfortably. I like the location although, as other travelers have mentioned, the street noise at night is noticeable. However it has not impeded our sleep in any way. Very nice option.

The house was exactly what both families needed, plenty of space for everyone. Short walk to the beach only downside was the loud traffic from the master bedroom. Other than that the house is exactly what is listed.

Great location and amenities. However, the level of noises ( aircrafts and cars) was very very very loud. We even brought white noise machine but it didn’t help much. Strongly recommend ear plugs as well. That’s the only negative downfall.

The place was very nice & In a good location. It was beautiful & clean. There were very nice balconies & a patio to enjoy in our down time. We called the 2nd 3rd floor balcony the tanning balcony. The girls set up camp chairs on the other 3rd floor balcony. Our dog loved people watching with us from the 2nd floor balcony. We recommend taking fans for noise in the bedrooms as the street is busy. We liked everything about it except for the 1st floor didn't stay as cool as the other 2 floors. Everyone enjoyed the convenience of an outdoor shower after the beach. We were minutes away from outdoor concerts, the pier & countless things to eat, see & do. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The description of property is accurate: new, clean, well maintained and managed. Convenient to local attractions. Easy and prompt communication from property manager.

The house itself is nice and close to the beach with modern appliances, ease of navigation, cable, wifi, etc.. Somethings were left a bit dirty and dusty, but my main qualm was the noise level near the front of the house. That one aspect was horrendous. Otherwise pretty nice.

I recently stayed at this property with my sister and our families. We loved the house. It was very inviting and the space was perfect for us. The rooms were nice sizes and there was plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable. The house was very clean when we arrived and the information book was very helpful. I highly recommend this house.

I stayed with my three adult children and their significant others and my brother (ages 25-58). The accommodations were just as pictured. Four bedroom townhouse with lovely decor. Short walk to beach And boardwalk. Plenty of room for everyone! Would highly recommend Coastal Accommodations. Great communication from Sheppard and Caroline. Thanks for great stay!

We had such a great time at the house! It was big and had all the table space and seating we needed. We loved all the outdoor seating and balconies, too. The decor was nice and the leasing team was organized and really responsive. We would love to return!

This was a clean, welcoming place to stay. Decorated in a casual beachy decor. Walkable to the beach. Many good restaurants nearby. However, the noise level was a bit much. Many loud cars and motorcycles zipping down 22nd street. Also, utensils and cookware in the kitchen left something to be desired. Overall, it was a great house and we had a perfect time!

This property was a great fit for our girls weekend! It was so clean and we had enough space for everyone. Close to the beach, restaurants and shopping.

We were a group of 6 and had enough space! Everything you need was there. We did feel that sometimes hearing/cooling on the first floor wasn’t as set but we also didn’t call the property manager so may be some minor issues.

The entire family loved it our little vacation before my daughter leave. Will do this again in the near future..

A few suggestions:-coffee pot because it was very old/stained,.-inadequate supply of pots/pans -Sofa and chair definitely needs to be replaced.

I think that teachers should be done by your staff to make sure that it’s done properly because of Covid

We had a wonderful time. Beds were comfortable & the walk to the beach was under 10 minutes.

The house was perfect for my group of 3 couples. Each couple had their own room and bathroom. The house itself was clean, well decorated and comfortable. The location is just a short walk to the beach. We made the walk multiple times during our stay with beach chairs and had no issues. We also had 3 cars and had no issues with parking. The concierge service could have been more responsive but I will definitely look to book this property again in the future.

Overall, our experience was positive. Pros: Location - 2 blocks from the beach in the heart of the boardwalk and action. Quality - very nice townhouse and beautifully decorated with large rooms for everyone to spread out Convenience - walking distance to everything including a 7-Eleven for ice runs etc. Pet friendly - couch protector provided for animals who are use to being on the furniture. Cons: Cleanliness - shower curtains and master shower door had significant mold on them. Traffic noise - loud and constant most of the night (ex: 3:30 am) including lots of sirens. Bedding - very cheap sheets, pilled, rough, and none of the fitted sheets stayed on the beds. Location - 22nd street beach entrance is in the heart of the busiest part of the beach. Great if you want to party and don't mind being inches away from strangers while on the beach. Quieter beach is available but it's a drive from the townhouse rather than a walk. Recommendations: For the property managers - replace shower curtains frequently and thoroughly clean the master shower to remove mold. It's gross and easily taken care of. For renters - Bring your own sheets, and for the 2 bedrooms on the street side, bring something to drown out the street noise.
