The property was beautiful and better than expected. Mr. Perry was super responsive and very accommodating with all of my family's last minute flight cancellations. We truly enjoyed the trip, and would definitely stay there again.

Our family had such a great time. Everything was top notch. The villa was beyond expectations as well as the friendly staff who was anxious to provide anything we needed. The owner, Perry was abundantly helpful and happy to answer any questions, (and I had many). His responses were prompt, he was available and he was extremely informative. This was a wonderful vacation for our family and I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again. Thank you so much!

My stay was awesome and Perry was very helpful from beginning to end. There we minor issues with communication between the staff but overall everyone was impressed with the property. Looking forward to working with Perry again in the near future.

Beautiful villa with phenomenal service!

My family and I had a blast! The place was amazing and that might be an understatement. The house is even more beautiful in person. Everything surpassed our expectations. Perry was so informative and made sure everything was to our liking and more. Such a wonderful experience!

I cannot complain about anything except the internet connection was horrible. But when I say everything else was on point and perfect in every way from: our living quarters our community our food our staff assigned to us and mostly our super host Perry Schneider who ensured every part of our trip from beginning to end was perfect without stress and trauma. We cannot thank him enough for his kindness, consideration and thoughtfulness, he was very concerned from the beginning to the end. We cannot wait to book again!!!! Our excursions were great and we received a discount for each one , we did 3 whoot whoot I can go on and on but just wanted to tell about the greatness of our trip!!! Dominican Republic don’t owe us a thing!!!!

Staff was very professional and accommodating. The food was plenty and very good, especially the BBQ that was cooked at our Villa. Only negative, golf carts didn’t work, property sales plenty of wine but no corkscrews lol. Plus better communication between concierge/property managers to staff.,some things weren’t relayed. Overall great stay with amazing villas and great food

Terrific owner. The villa is beautiful, enormous, and we’ll maintained. the pictures did not do it justice! The stay included golf carts, breakfast at the villa every morning, and limo service to the airport. Owners organized everything and were very responsive and organized a 2nd airport pickup when one flight was missed. The resort is focused on relaxing with limited activities but restaurants were good and BBQ dinner at the villa was excellent, probably the highlight meal of the trip. Be sure to respond to the owner to reserve restaurant seating early to get preferred dinner times.

Perry was a great host and provided a lot of information prior to our stay. The villa is lovely and was perfect for our family and friends. We loved the privacy, accommodations, and having our own pool. Our housekeeper and chef were nice daily visitors and took good care of us. The lifestyles resort was exceptionally busy over the holiday which impacted a few parts of our vacation. The high volume meant a lack of responsiveness to customer concerns and that we were limited for our dinner reservations. I suspect that would not be the case if we visited at another time.

It is huge, clean and extremely nice. Well managed and staffed with golf carts inside an all inclusive resort that is on top of everything you want or need. The owner, Perry and his wife are great people who are extremely helpful and accessible. I have stayed in over 50 VRBO's all over the world and I have never ran across a better deal with competent people and every possible amenity you might want or need. Very well done!! We stayed for a week. The villa is gorgeous, the pictures did not do it justice! The staff were amazing, took great care of us and made us all feel like a family. We stayed entertained and relaxed our entire stay. Everything was arranged for us, even our excursions so we did not have to worry about anything! The owners were very responsive whenever I asked a questIon they answered it right away. We would highly recommend this property.

Great accommodations with a great staff. There is some wear and tear in the villa but nothing to complain about. Breakfast was prepared at the villa every morning and we had a bbq diner prepared on the grill by the pool one night. Our last night we ate at the Italian restaurant, all the nights we went off the resort for dinner. We were assigned a golf cart to get around the resort so everything was very accessible. I can’t wait to return.

The villa was excellent. The process was easy and simple to check in. The golf carts came so much in handy. Easy access to the resort. Mind you I came out there for my brother bachelor party and we all had the best time of our lives! Can't wait to go back again

What an amazing trip! Perry made sure we had everything! Our concierge Wasker was available and made sure all our requests were met. We got 2 golf carts that fit our party of 10. The house was absolutely amazing! Huge rooms, big pool area, morning chef for breakfast, BBQ celebration, great restaurants! If you want to rest and be pampered this is the place! Best massage, ask for Albany for your therapist! Will be coming back!

First I will say that we had a wonderful week vacation! Perry was quick to contact me when I had questions and get answers if he didn’t know them. The home was just fabulous! It was so nice just having our own pool to be in yet enjoying all the amenities of the all inclusive resort! All the restaurants that we ate at were great! We ate at jazz, blue lagoon, Bellini ( best grouper we had ever had), moonlight, el pilon, and gourmet ( probably our least favorite but still flavorful meat). The bbq the last night at the house was to die for and way too much food for us. The breakfast prepared in the house each morning was also very good. Having the two golf carts for the eight of us was great! We did pay the $20 per person for the Covid testing at the clinic because we waited a little bit too long to get in line at the free site and there were around two hundred or more people in front of us and we didn’t want to waste our whole morning. The concierge was very helpful in getting anything we needed as well. Thank you Perry for a wonderful family trip!

The pictures do not do this place Justice. The property is great. No one wanted to leave the house. No hot water for the hot tub. This should be fixed. Breakfast and the bbq were great. My friends want to know when we will be coming back. The restaurant food was not that great.

This was easily the nicest vacation home we've ever rented. Sooo much space, for the group to gather or have privacy when needed. The pool and backyard are stunning and much larger than the photos can portray. The black bracelets that come with the home gave us access to everything on the resort. The only downside was on day 2 when an outing with our concierge that was presented as a tour of the property turned out to be a time share sales pitch. Fortunately i figured that out quickly and shut it down. I want to mention how amazing the service was. The staff is massive, attentive and genuinely friendly. It's a wonderful place to vacation!

Let's start first with Perry. An excellent host, all our needs were taken care of with no issues or hiccups. We had an amazing time from the moment we arrived. The house is beautiful, comfortable and very clean. The team that took care of us at the house, restaurants, beaches, etc... are warm, and very attentive. We will definitely be back. Thank you for such a great stay and beautiful memories.

My issues started early even before I got to the property. The owner seemed more interested in collecting the money for the extra things than answering my question. I had a group of different people that I needed answers before they fully paid their money and then would nt be able to get it back. All of the fees was not posted on the details of the house. The last day before arrival it was posted to be paid. It is extremely hard going back to a group and telling them that they have more fees when we told them everything was paid for. The house set up was very nice and the pool patio was beautiful. The second day that we was there it rained and it leaked 3 different locations of the house. No one came for 2 days to look at it. The maids didnt do a good job changing the linens out. The Chef was excellent. Most of the resturants was closed. We were given a choice of 5 to seven resturants but tha list was not accurate because most was closed. The golf cars that we were giving only 1 worked the whole time we were there. The beaches were very nice and very beautiful. The resort was very nice. This could be a perfect location if changes are made.

We arrived at the real estate office and received a warm greeting from Starlin. We had such an easy check/-in with just some hiccups with our reservations for restaurants on the resort. It was easily taken care by Starlin. Then we were driven to our beautiful villa at RV16. The villa was just amazing and beautiful. The rooms were large and bathrooms were very modern. The whole property was breathtaking. We went immediately to beach after settling and enjoyed the amenities at Harmony Beach! From Saturday to Saturday we received the most incredible service from our morning chef Robles and the wonderful maids. They felt like our family visiting us every morning. Robles was so gracious and cooked some delicious Dominican breakfast which I will sorely miss. Especially his mangu, fried salami, fried cheese, pancakes, French toast and I can’t forget the bacon strips. He was able to make some Mofongo with shrimp one morning as a surprise and have avocados for my wife. The fridge was packed with Presidentes, sodas, waters and pineapple/orange juices. We were spoiled for a whole week and were really living the luxurious life on Lifestyles resorts. The golf cart was so helpful and fun. We drove all over to Tropical, ConFresi Palm Beach, Pilon, etc.. daily struggles for who will be the chauffeur was the only proble if you can say it was one. We loved the buffet food from CasaBlanca, Pilon’s authentic Dominican food. You must have the sancocho if you make a reservation there. We had a family of close to 30 people from DR and the US celebrating my mother’s 80th birthday and they all would agree that very one treated us like royalty. Thank you for providing memories that with last a lifetime!

Let me first say that Perry is the GREATEST host! We stayed at his villa for my wife's surprise 30th Birthday celebration for 4 nights. Throughout the entire process Perry was WONDERFUL! We had a slight misunderstanding with the resort but Perry made it right without issue. The place is clean, spacious, beautiful and FUN! There were a total of 9 of us and there wasn't a single bad thing said by anyone. The breakfast provided every morning was phenomenal. The BBQ night was unforgettable. Everything about this place was perfect. Our travel is group is already planning a return! Thank you so much, Perry! God bless!

If you are looking for Puerto Plata and the Lifestyles resort - stop looking because this is the place. Perry is a gracious and attentive host and with the black bands on property, hardly anyone will tell you NO. For those researching, Jewelry is THE owner, white is guest of the owner when they are on property and black bands are friends of the owner. Doesn't get any better for access. The villa is nearly brand new with nice furnishing and a great pool area to hang out with after the beach. Daily breakfast and beverage service was great and our concierge was only a call or WhatsApp away from us. The golf carts provide a great way to get around the resort but honestly once you get the hang of things, many of the adults walked to the bars, beaches and restaurants. We were there during COVID and with that brings all the normal inconveniences (safeties?) like plastic screens from servers, limited seating at restaurants and of course masks. While they are still sorting out the VIP beaches, we had no problem at either NV or Deja Vu and the staffers were very happy to help us with food and beverage. While the resort is all inclusive, be aware that a $10 or $20 USD slide to the servers can make a difference on the beach, bar or dinner. This was our second trip to POP and Perry was by far the best host.

The home is spotless and beautiful! The staff were friendly, sweet and attentive. The food was delicious everywhere we ate. The BBQ dinner prepared at the house was probably our best meal...so relaxing! There were 6 couples and we can't wait to go back! There was so much we didn't get to take advantage of at the resort because we didn't want to leave the house! Mr Perry is awesome, answered every question and made sure we had everything we needed... so glad we were able to meet him and his grandson!! Thank you!!

Perry was a pleasure to work with. We spoke several times leading up to our stay. He was polite, punctual and extremely accommodating The villa is BEAUTIFUL! the black wristband and golf carts are a must. There were 8 of us and we thoroughly enjoyed the daily breakfast and Friday night BBQ. We hung out at the private beach and did a few excursions. We looooved the waterfalls...conquered some fears. The property is in a perfect location. We walked to many of the restaurants as well. Every staff member we encountered was kind and courteous. We met wonderful people and we will be back! I could write so many pages on how amazing this rental was and how wonderful Mr Schneider is so I’ll try to keep it as short as I possibly can. My family of 8 stayed in this villa from April 21-April 26 2021 to celebrate my son’s 6th birthday. Since the kids have been inside due to the pandemic we thought this would be a great and safe way for them to have some fun in the sun. Where do I begin? The pictures DO NOT do this villa justice. It’s even more beautiful in person and each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom which is perfect with 4 children (ages 5-10). From the beginning of our booking Perry was so helpful and meticulous in making sure that we had all the information that we needed prior to arrival. We had a small hiccup when we arrived in DR (nothing to do with Perry) but I made one call to him and he handled it immediately. Our housekeeper Erncinda was so wonderful and made us feel like family. She took excellent care of us daily and made sure that we had everything that we needed and much more! She was so amazing the kids were excited to see her smiling faces when they woke up. I suggest the BBQ at the villa as the food was AMAZING especially the pasta with shrimp! Perry and Linda were such gracious hosts that they paid for balloons and a beautiful cake on my sons birthday. We were so appreciative with their kind gesture and it made my sons face light up. If you ask the kids what the best part of this trip was they would say in a heartbeat that they loved the pool! It’s a lot bigger than it looks in the pictures and it is kept clean daily. We brought our own pool toys and just ended up leaving them there for the next guests to enjoy. Since you get black bands with this rental make sure you visit Dejaview beach the drinks and food are wonderful. COVID testing is done on the resort and results are given back same day just remember to get a printout when you check out. Perry & Linda thank you so much for everything and for making this a vacation for the kids to remember. The limo ride back to the airport was a wonderful way to end our vacation!
