Me gustó mucho mi estadía en el hotel, la habitación era privada y limpia, el personal muy atento y el dueño muy amable, me encantó q sea pet friendly , la perrita Tatiana divina!! Buena ubicación

Very good location and staff, quiet and convenient

Staff tried to be helpful and showed us the room before we committed to staying. Proprietor helped us find a person who spoke some English to help answer questions. Hotel was close to the main square and Taino Bay cruise port. There are several bars and restaurants around the square.

Only Spanish and French spoken by staff. No hot water in our room. Bare light bulb hangs from ceiling. There was no screen on bathroom window and one louvre was missing--the window was just covered by a curtain. Other guests using the pool table in the common area were VERY LOUD and inconsiderate until 2am.

Nice place for one night or so. Good staff. Location looks good.

the location was nice. on the rooftop is a pool and you can play billiard. the rooms were ok.

the owner was very pushy. we arrived and the staff couldn’t manage to gove us the right price and changed it 3 times. then they gave us a room and as soon as we settled in they came and gave us another one. both room were basically the same and were ok. the stuff seemed very confused. the next day the owner showed us two more rooms even though we said that our room was completely acceptable and nice. he still insisted to show us two other rooms which was weird. even though it was a bit weird he was nice and helpful.
