The location couldn't have been better – right in the heart of the city. We loved being able to walk to the local cafes shops and Trevi fountain. Fidia was a wonderful host, responsive and accommodating from the moment we booked until we checked out. She arranged for us all transportation to and from airport, cruise port, and train station. Allan was super helpful too. Upon our check in, Allen was there to greet us and explained all information we needed for the apartment, from using keypad for door to operating washer and dryer. Allan also promptly brought us extra sheets, soap and shampoo when we asked. Overall, our experience at Macelli apartment was exceptional.

Great communication and property was very clean. Our two families really enjoyed our stay. We were able to walk to all the attractions from the property.

This apartment in the heart of Rome was excellent! Everything about the apartment was exactly as described. Fidia and the apartment manager, Allan, were so helpful with suggestions for our stay in Rome with my adult family of 5, and were also a great connection with drives to assist our inbound and outbound travel to and from Rome. We would definitely stay in this apartment again

The location was perfect for Rome and had nice views from the small balconies. The apartment was clean and very nicely decorated. The elevator was small but worked well to get all our luggage up to the 6th floor. Our host was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

We had a family vacation of 8 members and we loved the apt . The location was superb and the apt was so clean. The house manager Alan was absolutely wonderful and responsive to any questions and needs. We cannot say enough about our stay. I would only recommend some more towels and blankets.

After my son's wedding in Tuscany, my family and I spent three days in Rome before heading home. We had a late arrival, and Fidia accommodated our changes in schedule. This property is in the center of great sites, restaurants and shopping, so we walked to all our destinations. Every morning we prepared breakfast in the well-appointed kitchen, and then relaxed in the evenings in the comfortable living room and bedrooms. Only one evening did one of the four showers run out of hot water when we were all getting ready for our night out. I highly recommend this property.

The location of this apartment is great! Just steps from so much. The living/kitchen open floor plan area is spacious. And, the step out balconies make it special. Also, the host and property manager were fabulous.

Location was central to the main sites to see and Fidia was very supportive and helpful in booking vehicle-travel.

We stayed 5 nights in Rome doing one day trip to Pompei and Positano. The apartment was comfortable and in good condition. Only thing u would suggest is more and better towels and some extra blankets for cool evenings. We found the space really perfect for our family of 6

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Rome. We were a group of four couples, so having four bathrooms was a huge bonus! The space in the living room and dining room area was very comfortable for us to all relax together after long days of sightseeing. The location is perfect; a short walk to the Spanish Steps or Trevi fountain and very convenient to the metro. There are coffee shops, a grocery store, and several great restaurants nearby. Check-in was easy. We arranged a driver from the airport through the host, and he coordinated the timing of our arrival with the point of contact for check-in. Washer and dryer were a huge bonus!

Everything was amazing…. Location, cleanliness, communication with owner. Absolutely perfect!! Would stay here again!!!!

So many excellent things about this apartment! The location couldn't be any better -- just minutes away from several key sites, stores, restaurants and subway. You can walk everywhere! Communications with management were easy and quick. They arranged transportation to and from airport for the eight of us, and it worked perfectly. Alan met us at the apartment and couldn't have been more helpful during our stay. When the washer wasn't working, he had a new one delivered the next day. When we had trouble using the 'European' coffee maker, he went out and bought us a different one the same day! Unfortunately, we had a medical issue during our stay, and Alan even helped us contact an ambulance. Bedrooms are big and comfortable, views are incredible. Only negatives would be that the bathrooms are outdated, the floors could use a good scrubbing, and the ice box in the refrigerator freezes up. But we still give it five stars for the location, wonderful customer service, and overall experience.

The apartment is ideally located for sightseeing. The appt needs to be updated. The walls are in need of paint. The bathrooms need to be updated. The cleaning company that is used needs to do a more thorough job.

Amazing location! Kitchen and living room were the highlight of the apartment. Bedrooms and beds very comfortable. Bathrooms could use an update but were sufficient. Property manager very helpful and responsive. All in all, a great place for a family trip to Rome!

This apartment is beautiful and spacious, easily accommodated our two families celebrating a milestone birthday with ages 9-60! Fantastic location, clean, fully stocked towels and kitchen with an amazing view! Fidia couldn’t have been nicer answering our many questions with a quick response time. Additionally, we forgot a passport and Allan was incredible, meeting us the following day to return it for us. Highly recommend-five star all the way!

One word summarizes our stay - perfect. The apartment was more than spacious enough for 7 of us. The location was also perfect. And the property management and associated staff were incredibly helpful, accomodating and responsive. Just book it!

My travel group of 6 women chose this place based on location, space in the apartment and the pictures online. First the positives- it was very clean, the view from all the balconies was great. The elevator, though small was really appreciated. Check-in and communication with the property owner was great. She arranged pick up and drop off to and from the airport- the driver was on time. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of clean bathrooms. There was a nice bottle of wine welcoming us. The main negatives were that the place really needs some attention. The long white dining table had a tablecloth because former guests have stained the table. The sofa is tan (pics show white) and the love seat has a cover on it. We didn't take the cover off to investigate. Both the sofa and loveseat were of good quality. The place needs to be repainted (especially the halls connecting all the rooms)- it is not too bad, but for the price I was expecting ultra modern- slick white all over like the pics show. The last minor disappointment was there were no coffee pods to get us started. The machine was an Illy- and the only place that sells these pods is the Illy store down the street- which was closed (opens at 9 am)- so no coffee as we got ready. EVERY high end place I have ever rented has 2-4 pods for EACH bedroom they rent. So as you can see the positives outweigh the negatives, so I kept with a 5 star rating , but really it should be a 4.5 star rating.

We could walk to everything. Hosts were incredible! Could not be more accommodating! Apartment had everything!

Family of 6 adults stayed in this beautiful spacious apartment. Located within walking distance of great restaurants, Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. Hostess Fidia could not have been nicer made all my transportation arrangements. Allain greeted us and welcomed us.

Perfect location! Met All of our needs.

This property was fantastic! Very comfortable, clean and convenient to all the Rome sights. Just a few blocks up the street to the Spanish Steps and a few blocks over on the cross street to Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and Piazza Navona. The bedding was comfortable, the A/C worked great even as hot as it was during our visit and the property manager was very quick to respond when we had a question. I would definitely book this place again when we return.

We stayed at the beautiful property after a cruise to Greece. The location was ideal and the space was perfect. The air conditioning was such a welcome treat during some very hot days. We would highly recommend to anyone trying to take in the sights of Rome. Thank you!

Property was gorgeous, clean with great views and AC. Location was excellent, 20 min walk or less to Trevi, Spanish steps, Collasseum, Borghese! Communication with managers couldnt be better. Stayed with family and nxt time hope to stay with friends!

As others have said, the location was great and the apartment was spacious. Fidia and Allan could not have been more helpful! They really made our stay easy and enjoyable.

This was such a find! The apartment is much bigger than you would think- 8 of us, and we all had our own space with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It had lovely balconies, where we took lots of pictures. The check in process was flawless and we were able to pay an extra fee to secure an early check in, which after flying over night and landing at 9am local time, we certainly appreciated being able to get right in. They had someone meet us at the apartment to show us around, and how everything worked, and they even had a nice bottle of wine and espresso pods waiting for us- score! Air conditioning worked great (Very important in Rome in June!) Perfect location- 5 min walk to spanish steps, 10 min walk to trevi fountain, tons of wonderful restaurants, etc... we will absolutely stay here again next time we are in Rome.
