The house was well appointed and very easy and comfortable. We loved our little pool and access to the great beach clubs and ability to use the golf cart. We made some wonderful memories in Punta Mita and hope to be back soon!

Lovely penthouse unit is very well maintained and beautifully furnished. Jorge, our concierge went above and beyond to help us with many last minute requests. We took advantage of all the different beach clubs and the golf cart made getting around the grounds and town so easy! We will definitely return.

The space was casual and luxurious with tons of room to relax, cook, and enjoy the views! The penthouse was close to all of the beaches and amenities, as well as next to, but not directly in, the small town of Coraral de Risco (often called “Punta Mita Town”). This rendered access to groceries and services, outside the gates of Punta Mita, accessible in a few minutes. We went for surfing and thought ahead to bring a soft cartop (actually “cart top”) rack for the provided golf cart. This made our trip even better. I highly recommend the property, which was well managed and scrupulously maintained.

Punta Mita is the perfect location for a post-pandemic family vacation. This property is absolutely gorgeous, pristine and exquisitely decorated. The service was also professional, courteous and very responsive. We enjoyed not only this property and the beach clubs, but also the surrounding nature including an amazing trip to Islas Marietas, an absolute must-see. We are grateful with Sherri & her team and look forward to coming back soon. Our experience was extraordinary so we highly recommend this location and property. Enjoy!

Finding Sherri’s property was a stroke of great luck. All arrangements went very smoothly. Jorge the concierge could not have been more helpful. He arranged golf, fishing and trip to nearby town as well as delivering food and services in the condo. The condo is extremely well maintained and has everything you could want. Maid service was top notch. It is well located within the Punta de Mita complex and you have access to all of the beach clubs and facilities which is a real plus. I highly recommend Sherri’s place and will definitely be returning.

A great getaway! Accommodations were nice, loved the oversized deck. Access to all the beach clubs and the golf cart were key to the experience. TV and Sonos were not working, contacted the concierge. After spending some time, he determined that it was the dish and said they couldn't prune the necessary shrub. Seems like an easy fix. Overall, we had a lovely week and enjoyed Hacienda de Mita.

We love staying at Hacienda de Mita and this time was no exception. The condo itself was very nice, clean and the pictures were very accurate. We had some trouble getting the concierge to respond and did not get final itinerary until late evening the night before we were headed there. we had trouble with the hot water and the internet was down for the last 2 days of our trip. we were told these were all issues that effected the entire building/area so it may not have been just our unit. overall, a lovely stay!

We can’t say enough about how much we love Punta Mita bad this beautiful property. Sherri was wonderful to work with and our concierge Tiny took care of our every need. We will be back next year for sure.

We had a FABULOUS stay. Sheri (the owner) was wonderful and responsive, the concierge (Karla) was fantastic, and the unit is absolutely beautiful. Everything you need is there (from kitchen amenities to beach/pool needs, to the daily maid service I honestly didn't think we needed but ended up being so thankful for as it added extra relaxation to our trip). You're steps away from the pool and a short, golf cart ride away from multiple beaches. You have gorgeous views of the bay and both sunrise and sunset, which was a nice surprise. We had multiple units rented for an extended family trip, and I have to say this was the most beautiful and relaxing of them all. Having access to all the beach clubs, a short ride/walk to town, and multiple options for daily activities made the trip fly by (the snorkeling trip was a highlight). Everyone, from age 2-66, had a great time and we are already planning out next trip!

This was our second time to punta mita. First time in this condo. Condo was as advertised and very clean. Location great. Centrally located and near town. Property manager very helpful with dinner reservations, transfers, etc. Only issue was check in was slightly late . They had to go back out for some of the groceries on the list as well. Owner offered us her two free golf rounds because she hadn't used them and they were about to expire which was very nice. We love kumpuri beach club and the st Regis beach club. St Regis said there would be a minimum but they did not hold us to that. Our favorite restaurants were casa Theresa , Sufi and mita mary.

This is our second stay in this absolutely fabulous luxury property with amazing panoramic vistas of Banderas Bay and the Jack Nicklaus Golf course. The Punta Mita resort and beach clubs are inviting, enjoyable and very relaxing. This was our 5th visit to this tropical paradise. We shall return!

We had a wonderful time in Punta Mita- the condo was beautiful- everyone was so nice and helpful. The beach clubs were great - clean, good food, great staff. Our concierge Aurora was fantastic and super helpful- our daily cleaning lady Adrianna couldn’t have been nicer. Would totally recommend to friends and family. The village of Punta Mita was charming - some great restaurants like Tuna Blanca, Los Agaves, Casa Teresa, Blue Shrimp, cafe Mercedes - kids had a blast fishing, snorkeling, surfing, paddle boarding, pickleball and golf.🙂🌞🇲🇽❤️👍

Behind the gates is the ONLY way to go! We loved the access to all of the beach clubs and appreciated the close access to downtown. The villa we very well stocked with towels, plenty of linens, and the best stocked kitchen we have ever seen. It was a pleasant surprise to see the large NeW grill on the patio. Would look to stay here again if traveling with a group this size. Sherri was awesome to work with and very quick with her responses.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in 12-2. Beautiful views, a great location and spacious accommodations. Daily maid service, a golf cart and premium access make your stay even more enjoyable. Easy entry to the small town and your own private beach club set Hacienda de Mita apart. We can't wait to go back.

I love the hacienda property, having the hacienda beach club right next to town on the surf break is such a great option! Overall the house is bright, sunny - could use better water pressure and would love to see filtered water available in the apartment but it definitely has more than enough room for everyone and the deck is such a beautiful hang out zone

My family and I stayed in this beautiful Condo over the Christmas Holiday. We were not disappointed. This property is located on the top floor and we had views of the sunrise and sunset each day. The concierge arranged all baby rentals that we needed and it worked out perfectly. Our cook Daniel, was outstanding and added to our whole experience. We enjoyed using both the Residence and Kapuri Beach Clubs . We can't wait to come back again and stay in this Condo. The owner was wonderful in communicating with me and letting me know what was in the unit. Some fabulous memories were created for my family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Punta Mita. This condo is very well appointed and located close to the town of Punta de Mita, which has some amazing restaurants. Our housekeeper, Christina, was phenomenal! We truly loved our experience! Highly recommend this spot!

Our family of 4 (including two girls aged 6 and 8) had a great time in Punta Mita. The apartment had everything you could ask for - and the location was excellent. The beach clubs were perfect for the kids and the golf cart an essential (and fun) mode of transport around the community. We will be returning!

The condo is beautiful with amazing views. We loved going to the beach club and we used the golf cart daily. This was a wonderful family vacation but would also be fun with couples. We can't wait to go back!

We have spent a lot of time in Punta Mita and really enjoyed our stay in this Penthouse. The golf cart gets you anywhere you need to go from the beach clubs to restaurants. If you are a surfer there is always a break that is working and easy access (5 Minutes max) by boat to the breaks. The Owner and concierge both were super helpful and very responsive to all our needs. Really enjoyed our time and can not wait to return.

This was our 2nd year in a row staying in this unit and again it was great. Clean, well furnished, the kitchen is well equipped and the views can’t be beat!!! Our only issue was the hot water in the master shower did not work. Maintenance came and fixed it temporarily but later that day there was no hot water again. Since there are 4 showers in the unit it was no big deal just a little frustrating. We told the concierge about the issue at departure and they were going to address it. We would absolutely book this unit again despite this small issue.

We absolutely loved being back in Punta Mita and staying in Hacienda de Mita. Another great trip! The condo was perfect - very spacious and well appointed. Very quiet and lovely views. There was plenty of room for us all and we enjoyed taking advantage of all of the amenities (all of the beach clubs, which is a plus! and the golf cart - 6 seater - so nice to have). Sherri, the owner, is super responsive and delightful to work with. The concierge service was nice to utilize to help with dinner reservations. There is nothing bad to say about our stay! We only wished we could have stayed longer!
