Codon was clean the 1 thing the bedspreads/comforters- should be changed after ever Person stays. They were not clean and had false nails stuck to them. Also looked like a pee stain had to wash before i slept in the bed. Can submit picture if needed.

Condo was very clean when we arrived! The location was great and it had everything we needed for our family of 4!

Everything we needed for a girlfriend getaway was in the condo. Including comfortable chairs on the balcony. Clean and comfortable.

The unit was comfortable, had a nice gulf view and had a convenient location to restaurants, groceries, shopping and other fun activities. Thanks to all that help a pleasant stay come true.

The condo was as advertised and very well appointed ! Clean, well-stocked kitchen, lots of books and puzzles as well as beach toys provided ! Would definitely recommend and will book again !

Tidewater 308 was the perfect place for me, my husband, and six month old baby. The pools are wonderful and you can’t beat the proximity to the beach. We also were close to some great restaurants and grocery stores. We had everything we needed and more for our stay.

It was our first trip away as a family so I was nervous. The check in process so easy and the property was clean and felt like home for the week we were there. We couldn’t have had a better time!

Absolutely adorable! Better than the pictures described! Any not perfect review I read before our stay was not an issue at all! So I assume they stay on top of the reviews and keep up on the place! I slept like a baby in the comfy king size bed and with the best pillows! The view was amazing and very close to beach just a short walk away! Definitely a good location if you have kids more family area on the beach! Each room had nice tvs with direct tv! All appliances worked great! But nothing better than doing dishes while staring out at the ocean! Also loved that there was tons of sand toys and chairs available for us to use!

Unit was exactly as shown. We had a small issue with a leaky faucet in master bath, and someone was there promptly to fix it. Great communication with property management. Very easy check-in and check-out process. Good quality towels and linens. Great water pressure! Convenient location for many restaurants, lovely state park, and grocery (Publix).

Condo could use some updates. Property listed a new mattress but it wasn’t. The couch and chair in living area were soiled. Toaster did not work . The bathrooms were clean and the overall unit was clean.

The building is no smoking but guests were smoking cigars on the balcony and the stick was all around

Everything was good except cleaning people where still in the room at 4 and didn’t leave until 430

The condo was clean, the property managers were very pleasant and helpful. It has easy access to elevators with no long waits. The view was amazing. The condo needs some updates with the kitchen and a dresser for clothing. Other than that, the actual condo was fine. The reason I gave my stay a 3 instead of a 4 or 5 was first, a safety issue. The rail on my balcony was deemed unsafe by the Tidewater Association so they hung a sign that said "Do Not Lean Against Rail, it is Unsafe". Who does this with a booking knowing small children are coming to the condo? I spent a lot of time making sure children didn't go near the railing. because it was loose. You could move the entire rail with your hands. Also, the Tidewater Association needs to invest in the pool area. The pool needs repairing. in several places. My biggest complaint besides the railing on our balcony, was it clearly states in our rental agreement "no events" yet a large church group with over 100 people rented condos, gathered in the parking lot, and consumed the entire pool for 3 days. The children piled into the elevator, got it stuck and the fire department had to come out putting the elevators out of commission for a while. I would stay here again, but I will ask about the railing before booking again.

We had a great time property was very clean

This property was so spacious and accommodating! There were 2 couples that stayed and we absolutely loved the convenience of everything! The walk to the beach was so easy! The indoor pool/ hot tub was nice as well! We had some minor issues with our lock on the door but management was so quick to get it fixed! Overall we loved our stay entirely!

Perfect condo for my husband and Me to get away for a week. Second bedroom allowed us to both work remotely and have an old friend visit us for a few days. Check in was a breeze and the unit was sparkling clean.

This was a great place to stay. The working space in the kitchen left a lot to be desired but other than that it was great. The view and the big patio were great. The beds were comfortable. The art was nice.

The property was exactly as was listed! Checkin was very smooth. The views from the deck were excellent! The indoor pool was a good option on the few days when it was too cold for the beach. The Wharf is a short drive away. Publix is close by if you need to make a quick stop for essentials. Overall a wonderful getaway. Will definitely visit again!
