We had a very nice time at the little house. Great location between Ocean and Bay beaches. Our son loved the playground on the Bay side. The owner was informative and quick to respond. Overall the house was cute and redone, a little shopworn here and there. Could have been a little cleaner in the bathroom.

We rented Theresa’s cottage for a 3 day girl vacation, we all found it very comfortable and clean, the neighborhood was quiet and the people we saw were very friendly. When we had a question, Theresa was quick to respond. The beach was close enough to walk to . We walked down there just for a few hours when we got there as we spent most of our trip down at seaside which was a short trip down the road. I do recommend this place to anyone who would like a nice quiet place to stay!

We were very pleased with our experience in this adorable beach cottage. The home was clean and well stocked for our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the outdoor shower made coming in from playing in the sand easy clean up. The home is only about a block away from the bay beach which has a wonderful park and water access that our daughter enjoyed each day. The neighborhood was beautiful and friendly. We would highly recommend this home for any small family. We hope to visit again in the future!

We had such a wonderful week staying st Theresa and Dans cottage by the sea. It was just adorable and perfect for our family of 4. The updated amenities and things they thought of - from puzzles and books inside the house to a trunk full of beach toys outside, was so convenient and made us feel like the house was really "ours" for the week. The location cannot be beat - a block and a half to the bay/playground and 2 1/2 short blocks to the beach. We walked to the seafood market, the bakery and our to dinner both nights we went out. The nights at home, we had dinner on the side deck and enjoyed watching people ride bikes, skateboard and walk past the house. We definitely plan to rent this property againa dn highly recommend!

It was perfect for what we needed. A very well equipped kitchen. Would not hesitate to stay there again. Had not been to the Jersey Shore in years. Made it very enjoyable and was close to everything.

It was perfect for our needs as we were visiting family in tri state region Everything was clean me totally comfortable One negative would be the TV awhile I understand movie channels cost a lot having more than local channels was not good at least the news channels or ESPN

This is our second time staying at Theresa's cottage in Lavallette. It is a great place - small but laid out well with all the amenities! The boys enjoy the bunk beds in the second bedroom and we love that there is a nice kitchen and a washer and dryer. The location is wonderful - close to the beach and within striking distance of all the different attractions the area has to offer. This place is definitely on our favorites list.

This upgraded beach cottage has everything we needed- clean, well appointed, plenty of room, very close to the beach and only a few minutes north of the main strip. Brand new kitchen appliances plus a fabulous washer and dryer. Highly recommended!

This is a cute little cottage and was perfect for our stay. We were down "off season" for a family wedding. My husband and I wanted someplace close to wedding venue and reception - and this fit the bill. Very well equipped (although we did not cook except to boil some water) this kitchen had it all. Plenty of room for sleeping with 2 bedrooms (we only used "the master"). Bathroom, living room and table to dine at round out the cottage. My husband took a walk in the morning - on and off the beach - and then sat out on the patio of the cottage. Sun, comfortable temps, and slight breeze made for a happy guy. I will remember this cottage if we're down to see family again! Thank you for your lovely home!

This perfect little vacation home exudes charm that accentuates this upscale section of the Jersey Shore. The location is central to everything but is quiet and peaceful. This home is very clean and lovingly cared for. All amenities are included and everything is high quality. Theresa is very caring and accommodating.
