Perfect location to visit family in Cincinnati. House is classic Hyde Park home. It is well furnished and clean. It was a great place for our two adult children and partners to join us to visit Cincinnati family as we have all moved from our home town.

Beautiful house in Hyde Park, conveniently located to many things and central to the city. Communication with the owner was outstanding and the home is exactly as advertised. Our entire group (5 adults) was very happy with this property and we highly recommend.

Our family of six had a very comfortable stay at Connie's home over the Thanksgiving weekend. The house was roomy and we found the living area a great place to congregate, visit and watch football games on the wide screen TV. The kitchen was well equipped even though we didn't cook the Thanksgiving dinner, but ate at a relative's a couple of miles away. There was plenty of parking and we were close to restaurants and a well used walking trail. The day we arrived, we heard a smoke alarm chirping and Connie came over right away and fixed the problem. The noise was coming from an alarm on the third floor! The backyard looked inviting although it wasn't the season for sitting on the deck. If you come in the winter, pack a sweater. All the big windows let in a lot of light, but are also hard to insulate.We visit Cincinnati twice a year and would certainly return for a stay at Connie's.

Connie is a wonderful host and was very responsive. I definitely would recommend this property for a stay in Cincinnati.

This is a great house in a great location. Easy walk to Rookwood and Hyde Park Square. Nice front and rear porches, comfortable beds. We had a great stay and hope to be back.

Fabulous house! Everything just as described. The location is perfectly situated for touring Cincinnati and enjoying its museums and conservatory. And it's a delightful neighborhood. We took an evening stroll past shops, and enjoyed hearing the neighborhood's history from the friendly local fire station attendants. At the house, we thoroughly enjoyed our host's thoughtfulness -- from a stash of items you invariably forget to pack in the upstairs hallway to the well-equipped kitchen, which made cooking a breeze. We also enjoyed the privacy of the back porch and appreciated having a full set of outdoor furniture and grill too. We'll readily return and recommend to friends!

Great location for Xavier Graduation weekend. We really enjoyed the front porch and charming neighborhood!
