The apartment was absolutely awesome! Just steps from the lifts at Deer Valley and very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. And the property manager was great and very responsive. We hope to be back!

Great communication and easy to get in touch with. Fantastic location right across the street from Deer Valley Snowpark Lodge and on to the slopes. There’s a free overnight ski storage for Deer Valley at the base there, which is also convenient. Hot tub was enjoyed by kids and adults after a full day on the slopes. Hopefully will be back! Property was really nicely decorated and well appointed.

We have been coming to Deer Valley for Spring Break and Christmas/New Year for 6-years now and this was our favorite place we have stayed. Location is great, the condo perfect and the views are amazing. The owner was very helpful. Looking forward to our next stay there.

This property gave us everything our family of 5 needed for a super-easy ski trip to Deer Valley - proximity to the slopes, and all the amenities we needed in the unit for the trip. The trip felt great because of how nice the property was!

We stayed in the summer. Great location next to the St Regis where you could have dinner and breakfast. Also walking distance to one of the best downhill mountain bike parks in all of Utah. Great view of the mountains and plenty of room for a family of 4. We would stay here again. Love Deer valley.

Wonderful 3 weeks in Park City with my wife and 9 & 6 yr old boys. Steve's (the owner/host) condo was beautiful, clean, and a completely first class experience! The condo (and the views) are even better in person than in the pictures. Very few Deer Valley condo owners ever take the time/energy/expense of updating and renovating their units - most units are a hodgepodge of whatever leftover fruniture the owner has, old towels and sheets, dingy flooring/carpeting, maybe with the idea that a rental unit isn't worth investing time and money in? But not this unit! This unit is one of the very few exceptions! Steve clearly put a lot of time and thought and money into renovating the unit - it's very modern, warm and comfortable. All appliances are brand new and excellent, towels and bedding looked brand new, everything was clean and perfect! Steve was very welcoming and readily available to answer questions. He took the time to reach out and message me just hours after I booked the unit, gave me his cell number, and even took the time to forward a list of Deer Valley summer activities shortly before we arrived. Loved staying, didn't want to leave, would stay again in a second! Thanks Steve!

Condo is as convenient as you can imagine to Deer Valley base, ski school and even St. Regis Funicular. Perfect spot for a family ski vacation with owner responsive throughout stay. Would love to book again.

My family of 5 stayed in Deer Valley, Powder Run A-24 this past week. The condo is exactly as pictured, very clean, and the property owner Steve is excellent and responds quickly. He emailed detailed notes & door codes in advance. We were able to enjoy early check in. The location of the unit is very close to lifts. (Walkable in ski boots). There is complimentary ski storage at the base of the mountain and a private ski locker in the condo hallway. The hot tub was always hot and clean. The washer and drier worked well. All the appliances are Thermador. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace each evening while watching the skiers ski down the mountain. There is plenty of wood stacked on the balcony. There is public bus transportation that runs every 15 min. The RED bus will stop at The Market at Park City grocery & state run liquor store. Plan on an hour round trip. (Next time we will rent a car). The condo has a full kitchen with new appliances, & we cooked every morning & evening. I do not have any cons for the condo or owner. I would 100% recommend this unit. The beds were comfortable & we had plenty of blankets/bedding/towels. The showers were hot. We also had a great experience with Peak Transportation to/from SLC airport. Thank you Steve for sharing your great condo with our family.

We had a great stay at Powder Run property! I’m just a few steps we were skiing; a short drive and we were in town! Steve made the whole experience easy and enjoyable and we hope to stay again next year!!

The condo was exactly as advertised. We really enjoyed the location, fireplace, and hot tub. The condo was so close to the base that our 4 kids(6-12 y.o.) were able to walk in their ski boots to the lift and back each day. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo is as close as you can get to Snow Park Lodge and has been nicely modernized.

A beautiful condo with high quality finishes and amazing proximity to the mountain. Strongly encourage you to leverage the valet check of your skis vs storing them in the condo locker. It’s free and super convenient. Had a couple quick questions for the manager and he was quick to reply with helpful guidance. Would encourage anyone to consider this unit - you won’t be disappointed.

Wow! What an amazing condo! Our family of 4 had such an amazing time here. The pictures and description looked nice online, but this place blows away the pictures in every way. First of all, the location is about as good as it gets and the views from both inside and out are breathtaking. We would sit and eat breakfast each morning and watch the early bird skiers coming down the slopes. The kitchen appliances are all state of the art, as are the bathrooms, where the showers have multiple heads and a control panel to customize everything to your liking! The beds were about the most comfortable bed I have slept in, other than my own. Not too soft and not too firm, just right with warm plush comforters and sheets. TVs were big and all had great pictures with a huge selection of channels. We rarely stay in a place that meets our expectations going in, but this place exceeded them. We hope to stay there again next year!

Condo is very comfortable and exactly as shown. Loved being across the street from the lifts and a short walk to town. The heated floors in the bathrooms was a very nice touch!

This condo is immaculate. Recently remodeled with high furnishings, appliances and fixtures. One of the closest condos to Deer Valleys base mountain that isn’t ski in./ ski out, yet with an amazing view of the resort and mountain. It’s literally 200 yards from the base mountain and you can comfortably walk to the lodge in ski boots. But since its not slope side, its very reasonably price, 1/2 to 1/3 the cost of being in a high end on slope condo, but all the amenities and location of those higher end properties. Oh yeah, and there’s a hot tub on the deck with a great view of the mountain for winding down apres ski. Everything worked great, super easy access with security garage parking and elevator, no trudging your gear through the snow or up stairs. The unit has Gourmet kitchen appliances, we cooked and ate in several nights, and had everything we needed to prepare any meal, including gas bbq on the covered deck. The owner was very responsive and helpful. It’s such a great place to stay if you want a modern comfortable condo with quick resort access. We will be back.

Condo was the BEST location and very nice! Beautiful interior with tons of space, the best views, and top of the line appliances throughout. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need. Beds were super comfortable. Private hot tub with breathtaking views can't be beat! Great communication from Steve also. Would definitely love to stay here again!

I have been to Park City multiple times and this is by far the best place I have stayed. The views are incredible, the condo was very well stocked, the location is great, and you can easily walk down to Main street or use public transportation. The recently renovated apartment is great! The owner stayed in contact and answered all our questions. If you can book here do so. You will enjoy a fabulous place!

Steve called me the day prior to our stay to make sure we did not have any questions. This condo is very new and updated. Appliances are high end. The location of the condo relative to the others makes this unit highly desireable and very private.
