We found this residence to be exactly as advertised. Clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable, in fact. The building itself is also quite nice, and check-in was very smooth. We had absolutely no issues during our stay. Would definitely recommend, especially as it is close to a number of popular destinations downtown. Tip: take the light rail from the airport to the University St. Station, and you are basically there. Could not be easier.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, in a great building, had an amazing view, and was in the perfect location. Many restaurants and coffee shops were less than a block away. The Pike Market Place was only a block or two away, and the Space Needle was an easy walk. (Maybe a mile away?) I totally recommend this apartment if you are traveling to Seattle and want to stay downtown.

This property is close to all downtown Seattle has to offer. Walk or scooter anywhere. Our party was four adults and there was plenty of room and privacy for all. Would stay again.

Excellent ocean view with quiet two bedroom! The owner prepared many kitchen tools and bowls, it’s convenient for a family staying.
There are enough towels in bathroom, and many storage space.
The property is located in downtown, near pike place, cross street is Art Museum, one block distance to piers, and city link station, anyway, it’s great location!
I would like book this property again if I visit Seattle future!

This apartment is in a perfect location if you want to visit the outstanding new shows at the Seattle Art Museum -- Calder and Hokusai. We could actually see the Hammering Man in front of the art museum from our balcony. We also took in a Shakespeare play at the Seattle Center and had an outstanding meal at Maximilien in the market. We saw an amazing sunset on our first night in the apartment. It's not fancy, but it was ideal for our visit, especially since all the hotels were booked on the days we wanted to be there. The only downside is that it is very expensive -- with the added fees and taxes it ended up costing us $900 for two nights!

Close to everything…across from SAM, 2 blocks from Pike Place, walkable to space Needle, pacific science center, aquarium, Starbucks original shop, gelato, as well as all the restaurants you could want.
Place has awesome water views as advertised! Very clean. Comfy beds.

This property is at a great location and we thoroughly enjoy sitting on the balcony watching the sunset. The unit was surprisingly quiet, Check-in was a nightmare and check-out was not much better. The directions from the property manager were lengthy and accurate. Debra was always very prompt in answering texts and very helpful. The apartment itself is a bit run down and could use an update.

Great location and space was perfect size for 4 adults for a 3 day stay. A little small for 5 and the entire stay was overshadowed by the fact that there was no air conditioning.The owner may want to consider with climate change. Could also use an upgrade on the dying blinds

This condo is in a great location to enjoy areas of Seattle, including great restaurants within walking distance! The condo is clean and has beautiful views of Elliot's Bay. It's the perfect home away from home.

The location of this property cannot be beat, near the market and across the street from the Art Museum. The flat was large and comfortable and very clean. We found the fans to help the first day, but the rest of the holiday was cool, so the lack of air conditioning was a non-issue. We plan to stay here again on our next visit!!

What a wonderful stay! Host was very responsive! We loved being so close to Pikes Place Market and wonderful food. We ran along the waterfront each morning and loved strolling downtown. Great stay! Safe place with amazing views of Puget Sound!!!! I would choose this location again!

The perfect location in Seattle to do what you want to do. Literally steps from the Harbor, Post Alley and the infamous Gum Wall entrance to Pike Place Market are less than a block away, a variety of restaurants withing walking distance, the Seattle Art Museum on one corner, the wonderful Diller Room Bar on the other and a fantastic view of Elliott Bay from the apartment balcony. It was a short walk to the monorail for a trip to experience the iconic Space Needle and beautiful Chihuly Garden and Glass exhibit. The apartment was comfortable and secure and a great stay. Our mornings were spent on the balcony enjoying Seattle coffee and watching the ferries traveling to and from Bainbridge Island and all the boats sailing the harbor. Highly recommended.

Overall great view of the water. Lots of space to move around. Building felt very secure/safe. The apartment was SUPER clean. The two bedrooms and bathrooms allow for multiple people to stay and be comfortable. One suggestion is that a hair dryer be added to the second bathroom.
Only "negative" is the street noise. There seemed to be a a lot of street racing or the need for people to drive very loud cars late at night in the downtown area. This would not prevent me from staying there again. Would bring ear plugs next time.

It would be hard to pick one thing that made this the best stay ever. We were impressed with the location, the apartment and the stunning view. There was nothing we were missing. We would highly recommend this rental and would book it again if we come back. Really loved everything and Debra was very kind.

This condo was amazing! The views were amazing, it was very comfortable, there was a kitchen with everything we needed. My only complaint was the dirty fans - they were so thick in dust I had to take them apart and wash them all in the bathtub. It was very obvious and I would hope in the future the cleaning staff would check them for the next guests to ensure they are not ingesting all that dust when the fans are on. Everything else in the condo was clean and amazing though!

Wonderful location with access to the downtown area and the waterfront. Nicely furnished and easy to use the parking, even though I was on crutches. Went in first week of July. Yes, AC would be nice, since this unit faces SW, and would be warm by evening. The fans helped, but need to be cleaned. Reminder: This is a city setting, so the urban noises will creep in at 4 AM if you leave the windows open at night.

Beautiful view in ideal location!
We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful apartment. The location could not be better. We were steps from the harbor, public market and Seattle Art Museum. The owner was very helpful, and the building was very well maintained. We had plenty of room and the view was stunning. We would definitely recommend this property.

Had a lovely time until we left and discovered car window had been broken out and car ransacked. Building staff was absolutely amazing helping to get us patched back together for our travel home. Over all loved Seattle, loved location of this building, super helpful staff. Security for parking was a 2 star!!

I loved the location, view and balcony of this home. The beds were comfy too. I probably wouldn't stay again though for the following reasons. Check in and out is really challenging. There is no on-street parking nearby to go into the building to get your keys and parking pass. Also you have to wait for an attendant, who isn't always at the desk. For me that's isn't the biggest issue. The biggest issue is that there isn't AC and when it's hot you have to leave th windows open and it is loud!! People were racing in the streets at night as well as drinking and yelling in the courtyard. The other big challenge there are not curtains in the master bedroom to block the sun. The blinds just don't do the trick. The property manager is amazing though and that's worth 4 stars!
