Our favorite place

We are vacation owners of a home in Tucson and understand what it takes to maintain a vacation home in pristine condition with necessary comforts. This property definitely offers the same. We exclusively book 5 star reviewed properties for a reason, The property fits the bill with cleanliness, location, environmental impact and amenities. The owners are clearly interested in maintaining the property in excellent condition while providing comfort. Nicely done! Would not hesitate to book again.

We have never had the opportunity to stay in Paso Robles or visit the Mid-State Fair. Our trip was to get a chance for both, and for creating a bit of a getaway on our 30th Anniversary. The Treetop Cottage got us all we wanted! Sitting on the deck as the sun went down behind us, we enjoyed the treetop views and the breeze on a truly HOT weekend. Iced tea tastes better in a cushioned chair outdoors. And when it was too much, the cottage was so cool and comfy. We also were able to hear the headliner concerts over at the fairgrounds, if we wanted to sit outside and listen. All the amenities we needed were available. Check in was easy. It was clean and cozy. The layout of the cottage is so ingenious, and our early riser and late sleeper were both happy. The bed was clean and comfortable. The shower is beautiful, though the water pressure was not great (kind of like at home…). The cottage is positioned so perfectly for getting to all the things the area has to offer. We drove through wine country in a couple different directions, made a quick trip to Cambria, headed east of Paso Robles, then drove to Lake Nacimiento on our way out of town. This was a great trip, a wonderful place to stay, and the hosts were so helpful in making this a “home base” for us!

Second visit and it was just as expected: clean and comfortable with amazing insulation and temperature controls, lovely deck to rest and enjoy the view from, convenient location, nice and quiet, great shower, comfy seating. Thank you Craig for dropping off some apricots from your tree. Ate them all and were so good! Perfect stay.

This was my second time staying here, and it was lovely as always, with a beautiful view. The owners are easy to communicate with, the property is lovely. I hope to be back soon!

Very clean. Lovely views, Nicely decorated. Close to activities. Quiet neighborhood. All in all, very comfortable. Friends stayed in 2 bedroom on property and we had a great time

Very cute place in a nice neighborhood. It was immaculately clean and cozy. Fair price as well. Close to downtown Paso. Enjoyed the quiet here. We cooked one nite and had all that we needed for our 3 day weekend. Would definitely recommend fixing/adjusting shower pressure! (Way to low). Also would suggest a few small blankets be made available for sitting on couch to watch TV. Overall had an enjoyable visit!

The treetop cottage is the cutest property I have stayed at in Paso Robles as I've taken many trips there. It has the best view imaginable, has every amenity that a full apartment has - it is seriously like a home away from home. I didn't want to leave after my 2-day stay of wine tasting, shopping, dining, visiting the unique bars (Speakeasy, tiki bar). I rate this property as the best of the best!!!

Great location, close to downtown Paso Robles. Views were amazing

My wife & I stayed here for three nights while visiting Paso Robles to relax. This place was great!! Very nicely appointed, a great view of the rolling hills and the local nature (birds and deer). We went to a concert at Vina Robles Amphitheater, and it was less than a ten minute drive. Another quick drive to downtown Paso Robles and the restaurants there. Could not recommend this place more for a single traveler or for a couple. The owners were really easy to communicate with, the checkin process was simple. They have a great place here!!!!

No details were forgotten or overlooked for an enjoyable experience! From the location, the balcony, the set up, this cottage was so well thought out, I just loved it so much! It was very clean and efficient with technology! It's exactly like the pictures but so much better once your there! I will absolutely look to book again and only this place when I come back!

We've stayed at the lodge with friends and loved it this time we were alone and stayed at the cottage just as lovely as the lodge We will definitely be back!!

Inviting and comforting, clean, excellent temperature controls, beautiful view from balcony, perfect location to access downtown and local wineries. Loved this place and would certainly return. Minor issues initially reaching property contact and with the property itself but nothing that would keep this from being a 5-star experience next time.

Had a great weekend at Treetop Cottage. Love the deck, views and location to downtown and wine country. Will definitely return soon!

This property was perfect in everyway. Perfect size, amenities, location and comfort. It was clean and communication with Craig was so easy and quick. We will definitely be rebooking for our next stay in Paso!

Beautiful little cottage with private entrance. Great view, and it is renovated beautifully. Can't wait to stay there again. It's centrally located to downtown, wineries, and the amphitheater where we saw a concert. 5 stars!!! Owner was very available if I would have needed him.

The cottage matched the description and pictures perfectly. The cottage was clean and inviting. The view off of the back porch/deck was wonderful (esp in morning while it was still a little cool w/a cup of coffee). It's close to downtown, but a little too far to walk in the heat that Paso was having. Cottage was, for practical purposes central to many wineries around the region and it was easy to get out to roads leading to them. Although Paso is a nice little town, if you want more arts & crafts, and other shops, take a short drive (~30min) out Cal-46 to Cal-1 north to Cambria. First it was like 40-45 degrees cooler making it a nice break from the heat. Second, get off on Main and there are plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the Cottage, and highly recommend staying there.

We enjoyed the view and the clean and comfortable cottage. The living area had nice chairs and a comfortable couch. The kitchen had all we needed (we didn't cook, but looked like there adequate pots and pans) Very convenient to downtown. The bathroom was large for the 2 of us, with adequate towels and wash cloths. The only thing was the bed was very firm, too firm for my aging body. A nice topper would be helpful. And the bedroom lighting for reading is awful. A lamp in the bedroom on each side of the bed would be far better than the tiny dim lights in the ceiling.

Great place to explore Paso Robles from.

Idyllic place for a stay in Paso. Private, sink-in-comfortable and sooo convenient. Well appointed zen-like space where you feel suspended in the trees overlooking Paso. Very responsive owners. We’ll be back!

Craig and Jeanne made the check in super easy and they are exceptional hosts . Cottage was as advertised but with a lot of personal touches to make it feel homey .The view , ambiance and peacefulness were better than we imagined . Great place for us to relax, enjoy some solitude and recharge . Centrally located to all the great wineries in Paso and very close to downtown. Walk able for some , short Uber drive for us. Almost perfect with the one exception was shower pressure not exactly what we like but not a deal breaker by any stretch. We will be back !

Loved the property especially the deck!

What sold me on the property were the views! Wow wow wow! I was not disappointed! Beautiful views, with equally quaint and cute touches inside the cottage. The best part is waking up with those views from your bedroom upon waking. The cottage has everything you would need for your stay and is extremely close to everything in town. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here, as I will be back very soon to explore more of what Paso Robles has to offer. :)
