The lovely porch with summer breezes were perfect for relaxing, chatting and cocktails. The location is 2 blocks to a swimmable beach with life guards and walking distance to restaurants, including playa bowls and an ice cream shop across the street. The house was clean and well stocked with cook and bar ware. The outdoor shower is a big plus! Truly all you need for a wonderful vacation. We enjoyed it so much, we plan to return next year.!

We really like staying here, but there are a lot of stairs. It's something to be aware of. Also there are no bedspreads on the beds, And no washing machines.

This is a great location and accommodates extended family. we love the multiple porches, you can move with the sun and wind. The owners are easy to deal with and accessible.

House was lovely as was the location. House had plenty of room with lots of updates throughout. Weather didn’t cooperate but we still had a fantastic time. Walking distance to all great shops and restaurants as well as the beach. Owners Bill and Allison very great to work with as well!

Where to begin?!?! From the responsiveness and consideration of the owners, to the great location in the heart of town (not too busy in late September) to the cleanliness and comfort of the house, 432 Lake is a wonderful place to stay in Bay Head. So much room to spread out, a GREAT kitchen to hang out while you're preparing meals, a HUGE dining/living area, and SO MUCH room upstairs. We miss it already and can't wait to go back!

this house was super clean, beautiful, comfortable, welcoming and we found everything we needed and more. It is actually even better than the pictures in the website showed. we will come back for sure!!!

We had a wonderful vacation at this property. The home was beautiful but most importantly it was extremely clean. Close to the beach and town for shopping and eating.

The house was amazing! I have been going to Bay Head for the past 45 years (since I was a small child) so I am very familiar with the town and the beaches. This house is ideal for several reasons....It has an amazing porch that gets a breeze no matter the time of day or direction of wind, plus since it is so deep and covered, you can also sit and watch a thunderstorm and not get wet! It is perfectly located right in the heart of town and close to the beach. everything is literally across the street. While the corner itself can be a bit busy, the house is amazingly sound-proofed so when you are inside, you have no idea how busy it is outside. And when I say busy, while there is traffic, it is polite and slowing moving, and a lot of pedestrian traffic, it is not route 35! The interior of the house is wonderful, a nice open layout on the downstairs, a great kitchen, dining room for eating or playing games, comfortable and clean sofas for lounging and the overall decor is my favorite, simple, open, clean and beachy. Everything is new and bright.The upstairs is really nice as well, all the bedrooms are comfortable and there are plenty of bathrooms. Again, everything seems new, clean and bright.I highly recommend this property for anyone and everyone, we will be sure to come again!

This is our 5th year renting for a week at this comfortable, thoughtfully furnished and spotlessly clean house in Bay Head. We are 2 families with teen age children and there is space for all of us, including spending time on the house’s wrap porch which is the best in town! Walk to restaurants, boutique shopping, and great coffee and only 2 blocks to the beach. And the owners are wonderful!

We just love staying in this beautiful house in Bay Head NJ. 2 blocks from the beach, inviting porch, spacious clean house, lovely owners and a great beach on the Jersey shore. We come back to this house year after year and it’s always a great stay.

Location was perfect. Laundry service was great - no issues. Bedroom furniture could use some updating. Overall a great place.

This is a beautiful house my family loves The kitchen is fully stocked as we all enjoy cooking The location is perfect for a short walk to the beach. My favorite spot was sitting on the porch and enjoying the sights and sounds of bay head An added perk was complimentary laundry service free Pick up and delivery my husband would drop off the laundry in the morning (for faster service ) and was delivered. Back in the afternoon For us it has everything to be the perfect vacation spot Elena and John Santoro

The home is clean and updated. First floor living space was great for family dinners and games. Bedrooms provided plenty of options for our group. Porches are deeply relaxing. Convenient access to the beach as well as biking, tennis, crabbing, fishing, etc. No laundry machine, but the included pick up and drop service worked just as nicely. Allison is a pleasure to work with. Thanks again!

We recently stayed at this awesome rental for a week for our daughters wedding in Bay Head. It was simply perfect—-the location, the amenities, the well appointed house and the ease of booking and communicating with owners Bill and Allison. The house is clean, well stocked with sheets, linens, beach passes and beach chairs. It is comfy, yet practical and well cared for. Whatever your needs are in renting in Bay Head, you will very happy and experience a wonderful week at the beach in renting this house. Simply the best !!!

Perfect week in this beautiful comfy beach house. No need to get in the car as everything is in walking distance, -restaurants, shops and Mullers bakery for yummy treats. Sit back, relax and enjoy people watching on the porch rocking chairs.

This is our 15th summer in Bay Head and 4th year renting this comfortable, clean and well located house. We are 2 families each with 2 teenagers — the house has plenty of room for all, a well appointed kitchen, 2 blocks to one of the best beaches on the Jersey shore and a great porch to enjoy evening drinks and ocean breezes. Owners are great and very responsive. We are already looking forward to coming back for next year’s beach vacation!

Wrap around porch complete with rocking chairs is a nice place to spend the evenings. Nearly fully equipped with AC, a grill and beach furniture, etc. The owners are very pleasant and helpful. The only issue with this house is there is no washer/dryer. The owners offer a laundry service which we did not use. We had access to another house down the block and ended up using their washer/dryer. A week at the beach with children is a long time to go with no real option in this regard and will likely preclude us from choosing this rental option again, however we still would recommend this house as a very good vacation option.
