We had a wonderful stay in this house for the second time now – it was roomy, impeccably clean and had everything we needed. We were able to rent linens at a very reasonable cost, and the drop off and pick up service was easy. The location is fantastic and ideal for biking or walking to the beach if you’re not carrying too much. We walked to the bay (right down the road) every morning and evening and enjoyed incredible sunset views. Tennis courts and town were close by and easy to walk to. Loved the porch, ping pong table, and the book selection! We used to rent in Bay Head only 5 minutes closer to beach for nearly double the price! This is a hidden gem right on the border, known to repeat tenants and local Bay Header families. Our last stay during winter was just as relaxing, with the cozy fireplace and reliable internet service for our work from home days.

The location is great - we really love the area. We went for walks every day, went paddle boarding on Twilight Lake, bought delicious treats from Muellers. Our plan was to go to the beach every day, but an (unprecedented) 5 day stretch of west winds and flies made that impossible. We found other fun things to do, including a walk at Allaire park and playing in the yard. The front porch was great for relaxing and reading.
We hope to visit again!

Great Vacation House!
We stayed for a week with our toddler and dog and definitely recommend this house. Our vacation was during Covid and the owner took extra steps to make sure the house was clean and safe, which we appreciated.
The location is great - we really love the area. We went for walks every day, went paddle boarding on Twilight Lake, bought delicious treats from Muellers. Our plan was to go to the beach every day, but an (unprecedented) 5 day stretch of west winds and flies made that impossible. We found other fun things to do, including a walk at Allaire park and playing in the yard. The front porch was great for relaxing and reading.

The only glitch we experienced was that shortly before the rental we were advised due to Co-vid linens were not going to be supplied. So I packed all sheets and towels but did not realize that meant blankets as well. But my 2 sons came a couple of days later and brought all bedding. My sons enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage. It is a bit of a walk to the beach but it is a beautiful walk. My kids and husband drove and could always find parking. A key feature is the included beach badges. On July 4, there were lines for day passes!

Best Bay Head house we've rented
We LOVE this house and its location, and it’s very reasonable for Bay Head. This is our first winter stay, and the fireplace was great. Clean and Cozy home located near beautiful Bay Head Beach and Down Town Point Pleasant Beach and Jenkinson's Boardwalk. Fully furnished, had everything we could possibly need. We very much enjoyed our time and highly recommend the property!

Clean & Convenient
My 3 sisters and I, including two kids, enjoyed our stay immensely in Bayhead. The house was open, clean, with plenty of space for our family of 6-8 at a given time. It is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood which was great for the kids, yet close enough to downtown to enjoy the additional activities as well. The beach was beautiful with a private feeling to it, and again if you are looking for more livelihood then Point Pleasant is just five minutes away. Both the home and location are conveniently located where you can get the best of both worlds of peace/quiet and fun! Owners were accommodating and lovely during the entire process. Overall we highly recommend it!

We spent an enjoyable week at the Jersey shore in this cozy little home, located in a very quiet neighborhood; only a15 minute walk from Bay Head beach. The house is small and best suited for a young family of four. We were five adults and we were a little cramped, especially since there was only 1 full bathroom. An outdoor shower was helpful after returning from the beach. The kitchen is well-equipped and there were a lot of games to occupy the evenings. The TV had a very limited number of stations. The owners were very responsive to a broken faucet and contacted a repairman quickly. They were very accommodating for our small dog and returned our security deposit promptly.

Lovely home bundled into equally lovely town.
My sisters and I, including two young children, enjoyed our stay immensely in Bayhead. The house was open, clean, and conveniently located off Bridge Ave where you were far enough to enjoy peace and quiet yet close enough to the cute downtown area. The beach was pristine with a private feeling to it, but again a short 5 minute drive away to take advantage of the bustles and fun of Point Pleasant. The owner was also very kind and accommodating through the entire process. Overall this worked out perfectly for our family for both the kids and adults, and we highly recommend this home!

Great location!!!
This was the first time we ever rented a beach house. What a wonderful, time was had by all. My kids and grandkids enjoyed the beach, the yard and the fun stuff in the garage!! It was so close to everything and the neighbors were so friendly!! We can't wait to go again. The house is adorable. My boys liked the outdoor shower, especially. Oh yeah, and the weather was fantastic!! Thank you so much!!!

Comfortable, clean and great neighborhood.
We had family in for the New Year holiday and almost booked two hotel rooms until we got word of this house from locals. It was perfect - clean, comfortable, great fireplace, very pleasantly decorated and had everything we needed. For a summer house, it was still stocked with comforters for winter stays. We entertained our family of 15 and had plenty of space on the first floor. The neighborhood is great. We walked to the Mount Street beach each morning, felt like we were in Bayhead but paid very reasonable rate compared to Bayhead rentals we inquired about.

Great Place to Stay
This was the perfect spot for my family's Bay Head vacation. It was clean and safe with comfortable beds and great water pressure. Everything we needed to enjoy our week at the beach was available at the house. I don't know if the front porch always has a breeze, but it did while we were there!
The owner also provided exceptional customer service including quick responses to our questions and clear rental expectations. My family would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for Our Family
The house was great! It had everything we needed. Traveling with small children is difficult because of the amount of gear you have to pack, the extras like the pack and play and the baby gate saved us. Our son loved all the games and all the goodies in the garage. The location was perfect so close to everything and very easy to get to. We were at the Boardwalk every day. Hope to be back again soon!

Wonderful Shore House -- Great for Kids.
We really loved every minute of our stay here -- the house is well decorated, clean, comfortable, and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped, as were the linens and there were lots of special touches, like the beach chairs and mats in the garage, the collection of board games (great for the kids winding down at end of the day) and the books upstairs (which my kids loved picking from for a bedtime story). My two were excited to share the room with the twin trundle bed -- like a special sleepover! There's a great seafood place across the street and we enjoyed walks to the beach, to the bay, and to a very nearby park. Looking forward to our next stay! .

Comfortable, Convenient, Clean Shore House
We had a great stay at this house! Although it's 2 BR, the 2nd BR is so large & well laid out, it was like having an extra BR. Extra benefit was not having to bring our own linens (since we flew in from out of state). The house was clean, spacious, and had pretty much everything we needed for a week at the shore. We especially liked having a real dining room with a large table where we could host family & friends for a meal inside (since it was in the high 90s when we were there). And it was nice to be so close to good fishing & crabbing sites in addition to the beach. Thanks!

The price was right!
Plenty of room for a family to move around. The 1 1/2 bath was ideal but the biggest plus was the outdoor shower with hot water. We came in from Florida for an 80th birthday party and settled in nicely. The extra items in the garage, ie bikes, chairs etc. allowed us to travel from another state and not worry about extras. We rode everywhere throughout town - Muellers Bakery, family members renting nearby, and the beach for our morning walks. However, the garbage issue was a hassle, (recycables picked up every other week) and trucks will not pick up bags not in receptacles. All in all a wonderful vactation spot.

Beautiful home
My family loves this house. We are on our third stay! It is friendly, clean and well-maintained. It's a nice walk along lanes and paths to the Bay Head beach. It's also a quick cute walk to the town of Bay Head. Highly recommended!

Very Comfortable for 5
We had 2 couples and one 8 year old in the house and it was very comfortable for our group. A larger group of friends came over for dinner one night and the front porch easily accomodated everyone. Loved walking down to watch the boats in the canal and shopping at Colie sails.
