Just the right size for 8 of us.

Everything about the house was great. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone. Had everything you needed, great pool and walking distance to the beach.

Enjoyed the house, nice decor, the owners have stocked it well inside and out. They provide really good beach chairs and it's a short walk to the beach. The pool is a nice alternative when you've had enough beach. Beware that the master bedroom is on the 3rd floor, and it's a hike up those stairs, glad we brough light luggage.

We stayed here in July 2023 and had a wonderful time! Plenty of room for two families. The home was clean and well equipped. Parking, access to beach, and proximity to things to do were all excellent. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful time and the house was great! Tons of room for the whole family. Having a private pool is a must for us so it was awesome to be able to hang at the pool after enjoying the day on the beach. Or if some didn't want to go to the beach, they'd stay back at the house and lounge in the pool. The beach entry so close to the house makes it very convenient to get to and from. Walking over after dinner to watch the sunsets were breathtaking. Waking up, taking our coffee for morning walks on the beach are just as amazing. We had one day where the dolphins were very close to shore and hung out for hours. It was so cool to watch them! The house is conveniently located and we were able to walk to many places nearby. However, the front road is slightly busier than I prefer but not too bad. Our family really enjoyed themselves and had a great time. Paul and Josh were great and easy to communicate with. We appreciate you and thank you for allowing us to stay at your property. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the week and we made many memories that will last a lifetime!

We loved staying here! The space was great for our multi- generational family. College kids stayed on bunks/roll out on second floor. Parents (we- fifty-somethings) stayed in the bedroom on second floor. One couple with a five month old stayed in the queen bedroom, and the second couple with an 8 month old stayed in the king bedroom, both on the third floor. The people staying on the third floor do have to walk through the lounge/bunk/roll-out bed section of the second floor to get to the first floor, but the college kids wore ear plugs at night and slept as late into the morning as they needed. If you are used to sleeping in a super dark room, I would recommend bringing a sleeping mask because most beach homes do have lots of natural light. On the main floor, we had everything we needed for cooking and dining. The walk to the beach is not bad at all, but if you have new babies you will want a stroller or carrier to get them there. The wagon and beach chairs are a plus. Being more of a residential neighborhood, we thoroughly enjoyed having our spot on an UNcrowded beach. The private pool area was convenient and especially appreciated by the new parents with babies. We would definitely stay here again!

This house is amazing! So clean, bright, spacious, and fun. Kitchen is big with everything you need even a bar on each side for all the kids to sit while you cook breakfast. Pool is great for the kids. They have all kinds of toys out there even a beach wagon. The beach is so close. Really short walk. The bedrooms are big. Beds are comfy. Second living room with bunks is great for the teens to have their space. Three balconies to escape to. Large dining table for large family. Paul and Josh are great hosts. They answer questions immediately. Everyone had room to spread out. Love love love this house. Do yourself a favor and rent it.

Overall great stay, neighborhood to congested and the main rd fairly noisy.

We had a great week with friends. Beautiful house and Had plenty of room for the 6 of us (3 couples). The walk to beach was very short. The only issue we had was no key to unlock the back gate to rinse the sand off before entering, but we managed, so not a big deal. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was great for our vacation. The house was located close to the beach. It was super windy the last 2 days so we stayed around the pool! The owners were super quick in responding and answered any questions I had. We would stay there again.

This is a really nice property. The private pool is nice, but we couldn’t use it because it was just too cold. There was also a lot of road noise but probably due to it being spring break, but the property itself is lovely.

Very nice home. In an excellent location to everything from ocean, grocery stores and a variety of restaurants. The owners thought of everything for the house utensil, pots, extra towels, and linens. They even had a first aid kit, card table and a wagon with lawn chairs to take to the ocean. If and when we go back to Florida I would likely stay here.

The house was amazing. It worked so well for our family of 5, including 3 college kids. Loved the open kitchen area, and it had everything we needed to cook with. The pool area was so nice and right off of the living room. With the beach only a very short walk, very short, it was perfect to go see the sun rise and set . The owners were so easy to communicate with and always prompt in responding. We can’t wait to go back in a couple years

Very nice home. Loved the proximity to the beach, just a short walk away. The location was close to everything. We didn't love the location off of a main road the first two days due to a motorcycle event, it was extremely loud into the night, but once that was over, it was quieter and a nice location. The homeowners provide everything you could need and the kids loved the pool.

Beautiful house big enough for the entire family to spread out and have their own space. All the bedrooms were nice with comfortable beds. There were plenty of extra sheets and blankets for the 2 pull out beds. Loved the short walk to the beach. Kitchen was completely stocked with every size of pots and pans and every cooking utensil you could need, which was great because we cooked all week. The grill was in good condition. We used it twice with no issues. Pool was wonderful for the kids with nice sitting area to watch them. Close to restaurants and activities. Gas station and Ice dispenser directly across the street, but the freezer actually made enough ice for our day cooler to the beach each day, which was very convenient. The owners have thought of everything to make sure your vacation is perfect! We have no complaints at all and would definitely stay here again!

House is great and just steps from the beach. Quiet area of Thomas Drive and had all the amenities that we needed. Plenty of of dishes, cookware, silverware, spices and anything else we could have needed. Beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon available. Owners were easy to communicate with and answered any questions that we had. Overall, our family enjoyed the house and would stay here again!

Everything was just great for our stay. Plenty of room for us to spread out. We love this end of the beach. St Andrews St Park was the favorite place that we visited.

The house was clean and so much room for everyone. We all had our own floor and the grands had the bunk beds. We loved our stay!

We enjoyed having a personal pool. We also liked how close to the beach it was. The amenities at the house were nice and it was a beautiful house. This is our second time staying here and will definitely come back.

Paul & Josh were quick to communicate with us and answer any questions we had. House was clean and set up was great. We had an uostairs toilet issue and then had plumber come very next day to fix the leak. There were many spices left for guest use in cabinet. We would rent from Paul & Josh in the future!

This beach house is amazing! Very spacious, short walk to the beach, every amenity you can think of is there, great location to shopping, restaurants etc. The owners are very easy to communicate with and quick to respond if you need anything. Will definitely recommend to anyone I know going to PCB. If we ever visit PCB again, we will definitely be back!

This place was perfect for us! It was so clean and spacious. It was 3 minute walk to the beach, even for our preschool age kids. The pictures don’t do it justice. The kitchen is much larger than what I expected from the pictures. The host was helpful and wonderful. If we come to PCB again, we’d gladly stay here a second time.

The house is very well kept and conveniently located to both the beach and activities. We were very pleased to find that the beach was uncrowded and beautiful. The beach wagon, chairs, and towels were appreciated by the adults and the beach toys were appreciated by the kids. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in PCB.

We enjoyed staying in this property. I have been coming to PCB for over 25 years and this is one of the best we have stayed at. The home had everything you need for your stay. We will be returning.
