This is a beautiful property with awesome oceanfront views! Nice big balcony with great furniture! Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms! This unit is also on the end which mskes it very quiet! And this is the best equipped kitchen we have had in the 5 years we have been to the Gulf Coast! I would suggest replacing the stove and microwave though. Oven cooks the bottom of foods too well. We moved the rack to the second slot. Everything woked in the condo except the stand fans from the closets. I would also say that furniture and rugs need a deep cleaning. It was perfect for our family of 6 adults, 6 year old, 9 year old, and 7 month old! And they loved the bigger slide and lazy river.

Will not stay here again. Major Miscommunication. Not happy with the amount of money I spent and was treated this way.

Beautiful condo. It was very spacious and nice. Hallways are quiet, and the access to the beach was perfect. Definitely want to go back.

Beautiful views, great layout, lacking nothing. Easy checkin, parking, easy departure. Proximity to grocery stores and great restaurants within 3 miles, including great spot for a drink right across the street. Already planning return visit.

Had to drive an hour out of the way to get the “key” from property manager. The “key” was just an access code that they could have texted or called me with. Furniture and decor is definitely old and cushions are dirty and flat from years of use. A few amenities were closed due to Covid and they were not stated as closed in the listing. Oh, and parking is $30 per car

Could be that we normally stay at Tresha Wade's places at Tourquoise but just not up to par with almost identical pricing. The furniture in the living area needs major updating. The laundry (washer and dryer) for the size of the unit isn't adequate. Neither icemaker worked and that is a big big deal. They never got the one working in the refrigerator didn't seem to concerned about it either. There was no broom took two days to get one. The bedrooms were extremely hot even with the air running constantly. The mattresses were fabulous though I will give them that. I will never understand why any of these places stock 100 wine and drinking glasses. It would be a better use to maybe stock more mixing bowls and storage containers. No one in their right mind uses that many glasses. And lastly the furniture on the patio while loods good on line is completely covered in mildew. The cushions look like they have never been cleaned and definitely never replaced.

This place is amazing! Right on the beach and the best lazy river around!

We enjoyed our trip. Management was easy to contact, condo was spacious and nice. A little windy from the balcony which nearly rendered it unusable but that’s more season than anything.

Condo was great, view was amazing. Property manager was great to communicate with. The elevators are awful and getting up and down them can take 30 minutes at times but otherwise everything was awesome

We had a great time at the condo. Wonderfully decorated, clean, and great atmosphere all together.

Would recommend not leaving beach chairs in designated area by pool. Two brand new beach chairs and two umbrellas were stolen.

Our family had a wonderful time at Orange Beach even though Hurricane Michael threatened to interrupt our stay. Everyone one was so helpful in the office (Katie, Michelle, and Jonathan) and the guys who moved the outside furniture in the unit before the weather got bad. Beautiful unit with everything to make our stay wonderful!

Property was spacious, clean, and beautiful. Roomy for our party of nine. Loved the eastern view for sunrises every morning. Kitchen was large and prevented us from stepping on each other as we prepared food. Patio furniture was comfortable allowing a late morning nap with breezes. Beds and pillows were wonderful for a great nights sleep. The only problem encountered was a need for brighter light bulbs. We will be back!

Enjoyed this week’s getaway stay. Condo was big and spacious and decor was just as pretty as the pictures indicated. Well-equipped kitchen-lived having the separate ice maker-clean indicators light came on our last day’s stay-just wanted you to know so that it can be cleaned before next guests arrive. Our family has been coming to PWII for 3 years-love the condos and facilities-thanks for a great stay!

The condo was very spacious for our family, clean and comfortable. The bedrooms offered comfortable beds, spacious closets and clean bathrooms for all. Great views of the gulf. The downside for Phoenix West ll is the extremely long waits for the elevators, no matter the time of day. In addition, we did not like that there was a cost to sit on one half of the beach. Those visitors that did not want to pay, choose the non fee based side, which was extremely crowded. This information should be disclosed in the condo review regarding amenities.

We have a family reunion at Orange Beach every summer. This particular condo was one of the nicest ones we have stayed in! Very well stocked with kitchen supplies. My dad wished that there was a Keurig, but everything else was fantastic!

This condo was very well appointed, nicely set up with all bedrooms having a beach view. The balcony had very comfortable furniture and nice dining table for all of us to eat outside comfortably. The corner unit has a nice breeze for outdoor sitting. With four teenagers, me and my husband, each bedroom having a bathroom was terrific plus a powder bath for family that just came for a visit. I would highly recommend.

Very, very nice. The nicest we've ever stayed in at the beach! The condo was fabulous and the ammenities of the Phoenix West II were phenominal! The lazy river was awesome and the kids (and adults) loved it!
