An awesome experience from beginning to end!. Lori & Seleni, with obvious forethought were invaluable in anticipating and planning for any possible glitches & making things flow as smoothly as possible. Staying at Oceanairre #1 was truly the ‘icing on the cake’ for my San Pedro adventure The Vrbo ad photos honestly reflected the attributes of this condo. Inside it was clean, spacious, somewhat elegant but warm & comfortable. The location was perfect for me. Whether it was French Toast (made with fresh, shredded coconut) in the morning or Shrimp Quesadillas in the afternoon, excellent places to eat were within walking distance or a short ride away. It was gratifying to just decide what to do & where to go then to rely on Lori & Seleni to book the excursion with a trustworthy professional. Their care doesn’t stop there. Scheduled for a group snorkeling excursion I was given a time to meet at the dock in front of the condo. A miscommunication occurred & I wasn’t picked up. I didn’t even have to call. As I was walking back from the dock, staff asked what happened, immediately called Lori & within an hour, Seleni contacted me. She had talked with the company responsible for the excursion. Along with their apology, they agreed to provide me with a private excursion of the same event at a time most convenient to me, with no charge. A guide picked me up at the dock two hours later & gave me a private snorkeling tour of the Barrier Reef. I came back with underwater photos & lifetime memories. So much to do! Whether it was a ‘Sunset Cruise’, a snorkeling trip or a trip to the Mayan Ruins, every day was a new adventure. I have to say I loved zipping around in my golf cart. Without the constraints of windows & doors it reminded me of going ‘jeeping’ in my younger days. I hope to return to San Pedro & stay at Oceanairre in the years to come. There’s still so much more I’d like to do & see! .

This is a nice condo for up to 6 people on the beach. It is about 15 minutes out of town and golf cart rental is essential. If you love quiet and get away from it all- this is a good spot to just relax , great support from organizers and Diego on site .

Suite was very large and clean. We were surprised with a new king bed and that the pool was quite deep. Reefers Bar was right beside it and they offered great evening entertainment. The girls at a Oceanaire went above and beyond by picking us up at the airport with our cart rental even though we weren’t staying with them until a few days after our arrival. They even booked our covid tests and had someone come right to our room to avoid any hassles. We highly recommend this place.

Laid back close to everything! Couldn’t have ask for any better.

Communication was great. On time and clear answers. The check in process was super easy and the info we needed was provided. Lots of help was available if needed. We had a great two weeks! Wish it had been longer. The condo was lovely and clean. We loved the location which was just a bit north of town and very peaceful even with being next door to Pacos. Actually being next door to Pacos was handy on on occasion! It was well appointed with most everything we needed. We do go out to eat but also like to cook and other than a few items we would normally have at home we managed just fine. We have friends that are down the same time each year and we had them for dinner a few times with no issue. There is also a bbq that we used twice (briquettes). We also donated a few extra wine glasses and steak knives to the unit! Lol. We spent a lot of time on the front porch area and having the ability to open the gate and go down a few steps to walk the beach or swim in the pool was super convenient. Also enjoyed the steady breeze that kept things cooler. The only real concern was the bed size. Currently there are two double beds and we are used to a king at home so found that a bit tight. Heard a rumour that that may be being fixed though and that would be terrific. Especially as we plan to come back next year if we can get in! The wifi worked amazing and the tv provided all the channels you could want. There were also movies and books etc to watch and read if you were so inclined. I would absolutely recommend this place if visiting Belize! Laurie & Karen

Our family of four really enjoyed our winter get-away to San Pedro. The condo was great! We loved waking to the warm ocean breeze every day, having access to the ocean and a pool just a few short steps from the front door. the management staff was excellent - so responsive with our various questions throughout our stay! Favorite excursions included the full-day sail to Hol Chan and Shark Ray alley, trips to Secret Beach, and our adventure to Lamanai Mayan ruins. A great place to end 2019 and bring in 2020.

This was a very nice property (better than advertised). The condo unit is north of downtown San Pedro situated on a nice stretch of beach with a well maintained pool and grounds. The condo was clean, efficient and comfortable. Several good eating options are close by and the town easily accessed via golf cart. I can't say enough about the care and service provided by Seleni of Costa Norte Management she was available and helpful throughout our stay.

Everything was done for us my property management. It was like being in a hotel. The property is fabulous and there’s a tiki bar right outside our back door! I hope to book with them again on my next trip to Belize!

What a wonderful vacation spot! Beautiful condo with an incredible view. Property manager was available at our every whim. Lots of fabulous restaurants just a golf-cart's ride away. We weren't ready to come home!

This is our second time to stay at Oceanaire. We first stayed in 2016 and just recently in June of 2019. Keith (owner) and his management crew were just as hospitable and accommodating as our first visit. The condo is located on the north side of the island in a great location. It is far enough away from San Pedro to give you peace and quite but close enough to local restaurants and bars. The condo is spacious, clean and conveniently located on the first floor with a beautiful view of the ocean. You can walk right off your patio and enjoy the beautiful pool and lounge chairs with no effort. There are only 2 units with condos so you never felt crowded or overrun with other vacationers. Lori and Seleni (management company) made sure we had everything we needed before and after our arrival. One of our favorites places to stay! Highly recommend!

The condo was very clean and the owners and management went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed to have a great time on Ambergris Caye.

This was a delightful condo. We really appreciated the staff, who were all very helpful. We loved being outside of town, but close enough to get in easily.

The Oceanaire team is phenomenal. On the Tropic Air flight over to the island from Belize City our son discovered his wallet was missing. However, after landing and connecting up with Ana we learned that airport security had reached out to Lori's team and the wallet was on the next flight over to the Island. It nearly beat us to the condo! We can't say enough about Lori, Ana, Pablo, and Diego....the property's "A" team. The flights to and from the island were scheduled, the golf cart was waiting across the street when we arrived. They arranged a half-day fishing trip for the boys along with a day trip to Sharon Matola's Belize zoo and the ruins at Xunantunich. The condo was perfect. The location couldn't be better with only a short trip to town but with that said there were many places to eat within walking distance on the beach. And of course I couldn't forget Paco's bar, just a few steps from the front door. The cold Belikans were always waiting and the bicycle boy early in the morning kept us supplied with breakfast burritos and tamales. What a week, we'll be back!

We had a wonderful experience in San Pedro. The accommodations were great--everything we needed was in the condo! The property staff were excellent with details (they even lifted the bike seat for me and cut a coconut open for us)!

My husband and I traveled with our 2 sons. We stayed in condo #1. It was a very nice unit with easy access to the pool and beach. The ocean view from the porch and pool couldn't be beat. Lori and Anna were so helpful with any questions or needs we had. They helped us with traveling to and from the airport, cart rentals, and setting up our excursions on the houseboat, Seas d Day. Diego kept the grounds and pool immaculate, and he also helped us with getting bikes when we wanted them. The location of Oceanaire made it easy to get around San Pedro. A few places we especially enjoyed included Secret Beach, The Truck Stop, and The Palapa Bar. We'd definitely go back and would recommend it to anyone.

Just got home from a wonderful week in Belize. This condo was perfect for our family group. It was very clean and had everything we could need-including beach towels. Ana (their in-country rep) was extremely helpful and was always just a text or phone call away to answer any questions or book any activities. Diego -their on-site guy was very kind and always there to take kayaks out to the dock, get bikes out or answer questions. The condo is far enough from San Pedro that you don’t have the noise and constant traffic, but close enough that it’s no big deal to drive your golf cart into town to shop or eat. Be aware that you have to pay a toll to cross the little bridge when you go to town (5$ Blz per round trip). Also be aware that Paco’s bar is right next door. It can get a little loud on occasion, but was never a problem. We loved Belize, loved the condo and would highly recommend it! Happy traveling!

This was our first time to Belize and we are so glad we picked Oceanaire! The entire place was spotless. The staff did an amazing job up-keeping the grounds and they were always friendly. The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed - dishwasher, laundry, a/c! We also had access to kayaks and were able to kayak out to the reef and snorkel. I highly recommend staying here, you'll be so glad you did.

This is a really nice property run by real professionals. Lori was the contact in the states and did a great job of communication and keeping us up to date on contacts. Ana was the on site contact and she was there to meet us at the ferry dock and show us to the property and explained everything in detail. She was there whenever we needed anything and she even helped us get to the airport when we were leaving, a real jewel. Thanks again Ana. On site Diego was the go to person, helping with kayaks, bikes or anything else we needed. Great guy to have around. The unit is very well equipped and spotless. It is only feet from the beach and has a pool which was great for trying our snorkeling equipment. There are two places to eat just a very short distance away. This is truly an excellent place and I would definitely stay there again. It is 2.5 miles from San Pedro so renting a golf cart is a must. But golf carts are part of the fun of the island.
