Short walking distance from the bus terminal and main sights of town. Free laundry including a dryer was an added plus. Good coffee machine in the common kitchen area. The room is well equipped with a great air conditioner.

The mattress is on the firmer side. The bathroom floor gets completely wet during showers and can be slippery (use the slippers provided ). It seems like a common design for new bathrooms in Korea to not separate the shower from the rest.

The hotel and the room are really clean and neat with all the required amenities. The room has good soundproofing and air conditional is provided and it also came with a heated bed which is a good bonus during cold weather. The location is about 6-7 minutes walk from Gyeongju bus terminal and walkable distances to most attractions.

it was extremely clean. minimalist but that accentuated the cleanliness. Room had minimal furniture but all you needed. Wet room as bathroom , but floor dried really quickly. Sliders (flip flop) provided if needed to use bathroom before floor dry. lovely clean kitchen area to use with microwave. freshly ground coffee 24/7. Mr Lee was so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again 😊

We had a comfortable stay and thought it was good value. Convenient location near express bus stop and main central area. Hotel owner is friendly. Clean communal kitchen and free washing machine/ dryer.
