This is a beautiful home in a lovely location. We were there over Christmas and the owners had put up a tree and Christmas lights for us. The grounds are so lovely that we wished we could spend time there in the summer around the great fire pit.

House was clean, bigger than it looks, with lots of beds. Beds were comfortable and the linens and towels were high quality. Kitchen had all the essentials. Backyard has a great space for entertaining.

Lovely home in the country with accommodations that met our needs for family gathering that included age ranges between 98 and 1 year. AC worked perfectly during hot and humid summer days. Early morning and evening patio time were the best.

The property is well maintained. Was informed by the owner to clean the grill thoroughly else we will incur the cleaning fee. We kept it in a better shape than what we received. After the checkout, we received a bill for many items including broken clock, damaged patio cover, moving furniture (coffee table was moved little bit), turning of the gas fireplace which we thought was a fire hazard. Negotiated with the owner for the final settlement, but the bill was very high and felt like we received bill for damages that were not true. Please take a video/pic proof before you check-in and check-out.

Excellent property for large groups

This was the perfect location for our weekend away. The house had everything we needed and was very close to lots of shopping and restaurants.

Owner advertised this house as pet-friendly. Owner notified us two weeks before our stay that she changed her mind and was not allowing dogs. We had to wash all dishes before we used them. The house had plenty of room for everyone.

Pros: Lovely setting for an outdoor event with rose bushes in full bloom. Far enough away from the City, and rural enough for us to spy 2 wandering deer in the backyard. Plenty indoor space to accommodate 9 adults with room for more. This VRBO is the hosts' main home, so many closets are locked throughout. The entire refrigerator was empty, so space available for our goods. Do not forget the basics, like salt, foil and olive oil. There is a shared cabinet, but no guarantees. for a party of 45 people, we rented 24 chairs from Sammy's Rentals. We supplied our own disposable silverware, plates and glasses for the party. We also used platters and serving bowls from the house. The 14-person table was ideal for the buffet and handy for our family after the party. Cons: I upstairs toilet sticking, slow to flush At times, shower water not hot enough Hosts were quick to respond and accessible to remedy issues. Thank you, Sue & Gerry!

This is a great property both inside and outside. The owner was very welcoming and met us upon arrival. He showed us everything throughout the house and pointed all of the amenities the property has to offer. The yard is spacious with ample seating areas, a fire pit and an outdoor kitchen.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is beautiful inside and out, with sturdy and comfortable furniture throughout, a perfect and well-equipped kitchen, a wonderful dining table that can seat more than 12 comfortably, 4 gorgeous bathrooms, and very comfortable bedrooms. Downstairs there are two bedrooms, each with a "Jack and Jill" bathroom that can be accessed via the main part of the house. Upstairs there are three bedrooms - one with two queen beds and bathroom, one with two queen beds, and one with two twin beds plus three comfortable twin-size cots (and very little natural light - perfect for our friend who prefers very dark bedrooms). There is also one full hall bathroom upstairs. There was a photo of a bunk bed that wasn't in the house - it might have been removed after the photo was posted. The outside is also wonderful, with a beautiful outside kitchen area with string lights, plenty of seating, and a separate firepit area that was very comfortable. And there was an amazing amount of firewood for the firepit! There's also plenty of room in the driveway - you could probably park 8 cars there without double-parking anybody. We hope to book this wonderful house again, maybe next summer. Loved it!!

The owners came to greet us and give us any suggestions about local places and instructions about the house. Our group loved the small details that made this house unique (i.e. heating lamp by the shower, backyard fire pit and more!) We would recommend this house and we'll be back!

Although most of our group had to cancel due to covid, those that visited had a lovely stay. Great communication with Sue, very accommodating! Lots of space to spread out and have a family gathering.

We loved our stay! The house was totally well stocked and clean, the wooded backdrop and patio were perfect for dinners, and yet we were close enough to Starbucks and grocery stores and wineries! Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed staying at this house. The owner was friendly and gave us a tour of the property upon arrival. We enjoyed the large backyard for our family barbecue. The hosts were available to message back and forth with us throughout our stay.

This is a beautiful home set up to entertain a large number of people with a beautiful large outdoor patio area. The large indoor table was great for us when it was rainy & our family could congregate inside to play cards & visit. There are plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms. The property feels like you are in the country, but you are only a block away from grocery stores and coffee shops and anything you may need. It was so convenient as far as location to get to our wedding venue & all the events we had lined up. The owner was wonderful and so accommodating. She made sure we had everything we needed and made checking in & out very easy. I would highly recommend this property.

The property is beautiful, inside and out. The beds are comfortable, huge kitchen table, amazing recliners, and stunning patio (rose bushes and beautiful trees) with built-in grill and fire pit. There is an immense, verdent yard and our daughter enjoyed running around outside every day. Excellent location in Warrenton, very close to the grocery store. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We had a question regarding the thermostat and they came by immediately to show us how to use it. The house is very clean and has plenty of room. The house is very clean and more than enough space for a large group but there are only 2 bathrooms so you will need some planning lol. One more bathroom would be perfect. The host is very attentive. Thanks you.

This was an amazing property, the owner was very welcoming and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. The owner was also very flexible with our check-out time because we had just come back from a late wedding. We had just had a horrible experience with a previous booking that we could not stay at the property and actually edged my family not to ever use Vrbo again. I am still of that believe to not use Vrbo unless it is the same renter I used this time. He exceeded all my expectations and the property was just amazing for what we wanted. Thank you Sir for the courtesy and actually treating customers with some respect and honesty.

My group and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sue's home in Warrenton. The location is close to a grocery store if you ever need to run out and grab some things, and is also very close to nearby wineries and attractions. We had cooler weather and utilized the firepit both nights during our stay -- the owners stocked up the house with so much wood readily available for our use which was SO nice. A couple quick notes - if you're traveling to the house for the first time after dark, just know that the driveway is split with the next door neighbor so our whole group ended up going down the wrong driveway first as the numbers were hard to see in the dark. Additionally, the oven is a little sensitive (we had a couple items burn easily) so keep an eye on what you're cooking ;). Overall, everything is pretty perfect and we would recommend to others!

It has the best yard ever for little ones! They loved running and playing and we had a bbq in the outdoor kitchen! It was magical!!

We had over 20 guys all staying here and had an absolute blast. Patio and outdoor kitchen were KILLER. Definitely coming back.

We had a group of 10 adults and 2 kids and it was a perfect place for all of us to stay while we were in town for a friends wedding. I would definitely recommend it.

Warmly welcomed. Enough space for 16 people. House has most of the amenities needed. Owner responded speedily when we couldn’t put the TV on. We found the evenings and nights Cold especially upstairs- not sure if heating was working properly. Great venue for a summer event
