the breakfast needs to be ungraded. offer some danish, and a simple waffle maker.

Convenient location, it was near many restaurants and convenience places. The bed was fairly comfortable and the hardwood floors were very nice.
The smoking policy was a little lax, as getting into the lobby where the rooms were you're inundated with smokers by the door, and the heavy smell of smoke in the lobby / hallway going to the rooms.

The bed was comfortable.
It was not overly clean and there were some damages that should be repaired. The parking is in the back of the building down an alley. The building is old and needs updating.

Property was convenient, very quiet. Laminate flooring, comfortable bed, appeared and smelled clean.
Very little parking compared to number of rooms. Old tv and remote-find one channel and stay there. Door between rooms did not have lock we could secure, deadbolt key lock.

Everything was walking distance. There was complimentary breakfast.
The front desk attendant was very rude. She almost didn't let us check in because I had a passport with me and not a drivers license.

room was small,strands of hair on the bed, TV remote didn’t work, no maintenance person available to fix the TV problem, grounds around the facility were an “eyesore”, objectionable odor in the office area and the room.

Staff and cleanliness
The location is behind a restaurant, very awkward parking. And also the price was too high. Especially on the weekends they raise their prices.

The shower was decent and the bed was ok.
Broken desk chair which the staff knew about, burned out light bulb (I asked for and received a replacement) but, rank smell of cigar smoke and a dirty toilet seat (I kid you not!). Breakfast was very basic.
