I could hear the highway.

There was a lot of confusion surrounding the booking. I take credit for some of that for booking the wrong date. However, the hotel had a very difficult time finding the booking, names, etc. When the person checked in, they kind of just let him stand there and didn't really say much to him. They were quiet while he just kind of waited. The same thing happened when I called on the phone. A bit of an odd experience. I wasn't sure if the person didn't really know how to do certain things or what was really happening. I even received a phone call from someone from their personal phone because their phone lines were down. I was appreciative that they followed up but they were still having difficulty with the booking.com process.

The room was big and comfortable. It was in a convenient location.

There was chewing gum stuck near the bed. There was an old previously wet washcloth in the bathtub. A housekeeper knocked when there was a no disturb sign on the door.

There was a power failure and all systems were down.

No power equals , no air conditioning - lead to an uncomfortable night

5 minutes to Main Street where shops & restaurants are..Very clean. Great breakfast!

We were told that housekeeping services would not be provided unless we requested them. We requested them in the morning one day, went out for the day, and when we returned after dinner, no housekeeping had been provided.

Clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was convenient.

The breakfast could have had a little different variety each day. The fruit was bruised. Wish there had been a jacuzzi
