Everything was great except there was no AC and I could not find where that was disclosed anywhere. I found out from the owner when they came to help with an unrelated issue. Other than that it was a great place, good amount of space and only steps away from the beach!

Great house with a nice ocean view. Beds were very comfy. Owner of the house gave us restaurant suggestions. Rumfish and Spasso were really good places to eat. Ventura is a charming town.

We celebrated my husband's 40th birthday with a group of friends. The location is perfect, steps away from the beach. There was enough room for our group of 12, made of of 8 adults and 4 kids ages 5-8. The house has everything you need for a beach weekend. We would love to stay again!

All of our guests loved your spacious home for a limited, multigenerational gathering of friends and family, age-range--76 to 7! All the amenities were greatly appreciated, and we liked the nice artwork on the walls. Loved the view from the windows and balconies, and the short walk to the beach. Our favorite outing: An e-ticket boat ride to Santa Cruz Island, including hiking and snorkeling. We will highly recommend your home to our friends.

The house was terrific! Great location, new and modern, and close to the beach which was never really crowded. The outdoor shower was definitely a plus for feet and the grandkids who were full of sand. Furnishings were great, everything was comfortable, parking for five cars (there’s no other parking close by) and it even has an elevator. Owners and property manager were great to deal with. Would definitely recommend.

I very much enjoyed our stay. The house is great. It has everything you need, was clean and spacious and of course it steps from the beach. There is ample parking, too. The neighborhood feels quiet and safe. The beach is lovely. The house is quiet large so you don’t feel cramped at all. The elevator made it a breeze to bring up our bags. My 3 year old loved it, too. I would definitely rent again.

House was great. Has everything you need, was extremely clean. Beds were great. Loved the big kitchen. Short walk to beach. Plenty of options to eat near by, groceries close. Would highly recommend.

This house was superb! Everything was lovely and so great for a family vacation. We did the channel Islands and this was a perfect place to stay. The only regret we have is that we couldn’t enjoy the house more since we were gone most days. I highly recommend it!

We had a moms weekend away here and it was a great stay! The house is so clean and well appointed. You can tell a lot of thought and care goes into making sure guests are comfortable and enjoy their time here. When we were first arriving, there was a bit of a delay between when we called the property manager to let him know we were 30 min away and when he got back to us, but it was not that big of a deal. We'd love to stay again some other time!

I stayed with five friends for four nights and really enjoyed the property. It was clean, the host was flexible with check in and out times, and it was the most well-stocked kitchen I've ever seen in a vacation home.

I’m so excited to come and instead I get a brain aneurysm I spent three weeks in the ICU again and I’m currently in Baldwin Gardens and I’ve been here for a week plus. Reunion anniversary and my friend Ellen and her husband are here to visit on your way to Joshua tree. I hope they didn’t have too much fun without me ha ha.

Beautiful home! We had a great time in Ventura while running the Ventura marathon. The house was the perfect homebase. Comfortable, beautiful, clean, and lovely. We were thrilled with our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was great, plenty of room for us all to gather in the living room and kitchen. We had a short walk to the beach and we were in walking distance to the grocery store and restaurants. This is lovely house!

Our family stayed here for a week at Christmas. Home is spacious & has open kitchen and great room for everyone to hang out & eat together. Kitchen had everything we needed for big & elaborate home-cooked meals. We had 2 young children in our group, who slept in a cozy little room off the master suite that may not be pictured. Some of the neighbors are anti vacation rental, so your group needs to be quiet, respectful, & mindful not to disturb the neighbors. This place is not for loud partying! Suzanne provided good communication & the facility manager Ignacio met us on arrival to show us around. No problems. Thanks, Suzanne!

This property was perfect. We wanted to be near the beach, cook at home, everyone sleep in a bed and a big table for meal time/board games! We had it all!! The manager showed us around and answered all our questions. The owner answered all our questions we had before coming to the property so e would be prepared. Thank you to both of you!!

Husband is in a power wheelchair so having an elevator that he could get to all levels was great! Only issue he had was slight elevation at out door thresholds but we managed fine with the help their assistant. Great views great surrounding areas. The elevator could use a mirror for backing out in his chair. Beautiful kitchen to have multiple people cooking at the same time. It is very difficult to find accessible homes to rent so we are very thankful this property was available. Just had an amazing experience here. Thank you for letting us stay in this beautiful home.

This was the perfect set up for our family bonding/beach trip. Everything we needed was provided.....sand toys, chairs, umbrellas, and plenty of towels. The living space/kitchen where meals could be prepared without missing family conversation was wonderful! We rolled our eyes and laughed at the elevator when we rented this place 9 months ago, but it turned out to be Providential as my husband hip deteriorated to the point of needing a replacement. It was a lifesaver! Not to mention the convenience of getting ice chests and suitcases to the upper floors. The best surprise for me was the upstairs shower with a view of the ocean! Ha. This was an absolutely stunning home in a wonderful location. Our host carefully thought through the needs of their guests and left plenty of beach-faring supplies as well as other household essentials (towels, pillows, blankets, body soap and hair product). The home is a short walk away from the beach and is within striking distance of local restaurants and nightlife.

This house was perfect for our family; three couples, Grandma and three granddaughters. The "great" room, which consists of the kitchen, dining room and family room, was big enough for all to hang out socially and privately. The kitchen was so well-stocked and equipped, and all the appliances were very efficient. My mother and sister-in-laws cooked constantly. The weather was on the hot and humid side; the windows had to be opened all day and night. The two fans were badly needed for the bedrooms on the first floor. Everyone loved the fact that the beach was only five houses away. Suzanne, the home owner, thought of everything!! (Honestly, everything!) One thing that is needed is a new mattress for the master bdrm; it's very worn-out in the middle. But in short, we think that this house is now our forever-family-reunion home.

This is the second time we've stayed here and it was still incredible.

Our family flew in from MA and stayed with us for our wedding week (we got married in Camarillo) and there is something to keep any age entertained (6 kids ranging from 3 yo to 10 yo). The house is in the perfect location with easy beach access. The house itself is fantastic, and so are Suzanne and Susie. We were greeted by Susie upon arrival, who gave us a very detailed tour of the home, which was great! The elevator was a huge plus too for our suitcases and groceries etc. I would highly recommend it! Thank you for providing us with such a great stay. We had a blast!

Our group was so comfortable here and really enjoyed our stay. The beach is steps away, there were thoughtful items left for our use like beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, etc. The kitchen is fabulous, the bedrooms are all comfortable but you'll have to Ro-Sham_Bo for the amazing master bedroom upstairs! :)
