We had very loud neighbors and the decks were covered so we couldn't sunbath at the house. Enjoyed being close to the beach. We didn't have a ramp however our neighbor on the side of us allowed me to use theirs.

We love this house. It is perfect for our friends and family during spring break. Location is ideal, beach access is fantastic, and house is exactly as described (except the exterior paint color). This is the 2nd year in a row we have stayed at this house. Highly recommend.

Pros: Was a wonderful destination for family get together. Beach very relaxing Well stocked kitchen and linens. Con: Difficulty contacting host, two different ones posted but don’t reply or may take days/weeks for reply. One time one got back to us. Ice maker at bar doesn’t work Light under microwave burned out and jetted tub shoots out black crud.

We had a lovely stay at this property directly on the beach that was clean, comfortable and equipped with every amenity to make our visit enjoyable and relaxing.

Pricey but very nice

The house is very functional and perfect for large groups. The kitchen is well stocked with just about anything you could need to prepare meals. Located on the beach, you’re just steps away from the gulf. The location is close enough to shopping areas to get groceries and venture out to enjoy the nightlife Gulf Shores has to offer but far enough away from the traffic and noise to feel somewhat secluded.

The location of the home is great, close to everything and walk out the door on to the beach. We have been to Gulf Shores many times and this home was the best one to date. More than enough room for everyone. Will be staying here again in the future.

We enjoyed the property and were able to see dolphins jumping every day.

Perfect size for our family. It was great!!

The water and ice maker did not work, but we were able to use some ice from the bar and of course buy some. The furniture was a little broke down. Overall it was a nice place and we enjoyed our stay.

Nice location, extremely well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. Be advised there are no beach chairs.

Our stay was very excellent with the walk to beach perfect for your kids (not to far). Kitchen had everything you need to prepare your meals. Only thing would update picture of house (have changed the outside color).

House is in great location between. Lagoon and the beach. Plenty of room for the eleven of us. Beach views were top notch. Property could use a little TLC, nothing replacing some lightbulbs and minor maintenance couldn’t fix. Note the small bunk room’s built in beds were a little cramped for one of our older Teen boys so you might want to consider that in your calculations. Overall pleasant stay.

The property is located on the beach, steps from the gulf. The location was great and we enjoyed watching sunrises and sunsets on the decks and balconies. The house was clean and there was plenty of room for all 14 of us. We very much appreciated the ice maker. Things to take that the kitchen did not have: large pot for seafood boil, corkscrew, sharp knives, steak knives, crab crackers, kitchen towels and wash cloths We only had to call maintenance one time due to a drafty window and not being able to sleep in that particular room because it was so cold. Maintenance arrived quickly and temporarily fixed the issue. They were very kind and respectful. A few things to keep in mind- there were smoke detectors but they didn’t seem to work. We burned some bacon and it was pretty smokey but none of the smoke detectors went off. It appeared some had been removed. We also found out all the windows were sealed shut. Some of the bedrooms had no other way out, had there been a fire. That was a little unnerving. The beach is very narrow. There were 14 of us and we had to put our chairs in a single row to have enough room without blocking the entire beach area behind the house. There is work being done to restore the beaches, There were a lot of shallow sand bars and the shelling was great.

Home was fine, beach was almost non existent. Apparently had washed away. One complaint was tv in main living area was very small and we had to go to Walmart to purchase a 55 inch to enjoy for the week. Also for 15+ people, seating in main area was limited. All in all we had a great week!

Plenty of space to gather and to spread out when needing your space! Well stocked Kitchen, plenty of towels. The walk over the sand dune could be a bit challenging!

Really enjoyed the stay here. The location was great. Definitely recommend this place. The owner was also nice.

House was plenty big enough for everyone to spread out and do their own thing. If we weren't on the beach, we were on the balconies. Loved it and will return again. One week seems like one weekend. Already planning next years trip. House itself was clean. No complaints. Only thing I would suggest is maybe reworking the outside shower. It didn't spray very well, but we bought a sprayer and put on the hose and it all worked just fine.

Great stay at Costa Verde! Lots of bedroom space, large kitchen, comfortable living area and deck with an outstanding view. Steps away from the beach! Couple of notations: Dishwasher soap dispenser is broken so dishes do not wash well. Must scrape completely before placing them in the DW. Bring additional bars of soap, DW detergent, garbage bags, and paper towels. There are no spices or oils, but plenty of plates, cups, glasses, and cookware. Enjoy!

The house was very nice with plenty of room.

The house was nice and big enough for 8 adults and 2 kids . The only problem we had was the bathroom in room A . The way the shower was built , the water floods the bathroom floor , probably could be fixed easily. Also the charcoal grill was pretty small for a big family . I would suggest a bigger propane grill. This was our first time to Gulf Shores so we had no idea how little of a beach we would have . There literally wasn’t one . But with all that said we had a great time! Thanks for your hospitality ❤️

This house fit all of our group perfectly and was right on the beach. We also loved how close it was to everything. Would definitely pick this house again!

We have stayed at this property for 4 years in a row now. It accommodates all our needs. There is plenty of space for dinner prep and planning, hanging out with the grandbabies and enjoying the ocean. I would highly recommend.

Everything was just perfect. The one small maintenance issue was resolved quickly! We have booked for 2023! Counting the days til we return!

We loved the house and enjoyed every minute of our vacay. House was as described...very clean, cozy and had everything you needed. It made us feel like we were home. The house was close to the beach. The beach had a lot of seaweed on it but it could have been just the time of year....wish the city would have raked it up at the end of the day. You had enough room between the water and the dunes to set up a 10 x 10 canopy. Very quiet and serene. We did see some dolphins swimming out in the water. If your looking for a wonderful place to recharge this house is it!!!! We are looking forward to our stay here next year. Thank you for opening your home to us.

Beautiful home, lovely beach and lots of fun things to do in Gulf Shores.

We had a wonderful stay for our spring break vacation. The house is a very short (maybe 100-150 ft) walk through the backyard to the official beach area, although someone with mobility restrictions may have trouble with the sandy path. The house was well set up for 2 families and was clean and comfortable. There is a public beach access path right next to the house so there are people walking back and forth along the side and back of the home. Overall I think this house was a great choice.
