This is perfect for a family vacation. The unit is well-appointed, clean, and adjacent to both a private pool and beach. It is also within a very short walking distance (5 minutes) to "town." Best of all, Yolanda (who has worked as the private chef and housekeeper for this unit for over 20 years) provides scrumptious meals and keeps everything sparkling clean. We are still exploring a way to put her in our suitcase and bring her home with us! I highly recommend the unit for anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious vacation in a wonderful Mexican paradise.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is beachfront, close to town, and gives you access to several beach clubs. Yolanda made great food and kept the house really nice. The CATB made all the reservations we needed and Brian provided a nice welcome packet upon accepting the booking. Thanks!

My wife and I joined another couple in Punta Mita, two of us celebrating our 40th bdays. Had a blast at the Penthouse. Yolanda was great, the concierge team was helpful, the location is perfect and the premier access makes the trip that much more enjoyable. I actually thought the place was nicer than the photos, could use an update on the marketing! Brian, thanks for sharing your home away from home with us, we'll be back.

This was an amazing vacation! The condo was perfect for our family. We spent a lot of time on the balcony lounging on the sofas and having breakfast. Yolanda is a wonderful cook. We had the friends staying in other properties and we by far had the best food! The concierge team was responsive and helpful. We felt well taken care of! We can't wait to return to Punta Mita.

PH3-1 is an incredible unit! It's very clean and spacious. Very appreciative of being able to have groceries stocked prior to our arrival. Brian (the owner) was very responsive with email prior to our trip to answer questions & the concierge team was fabulous. The pictures online don't do it justice. Yolanda's cooking was incredible and such a treat, as was Nelly who cleaned our unit each day. We put our two toddlers in the bunk bed room. FYI, no window treatments in it, but the concierge team was able to put up black trash bags to block sunlight for sleeping/naps right away when we checked in. There is a smell of cleaning products in the bunkbed room. Bunkbed room is the only room w/o AC, but the portable fan in the room helped a bunch. We would love to return to this unit, highly rec it!! Also, it's a perfect location to town. Very safe as there is security monitoring the beachfront day/night. Beach clubs were all a 5-10 min golf cart ride. Truly, this is an incredible place to stay.

This condo has everything you could want for an elevated Mexico getaway. : Beautiful space & view : Perfect location to walk into town : Yolanda housekeeping & cooking : Personal concierge : Stocked fridge upon arrival : Golf cart, bikes, Bluetooth speaker Overall, we were very happy with our stay. We had everything we needed - and more - and JJ our concierge was very attentive and happy to help with anything we needed. He set-up a driver for a daytrip to Sayulita, helped make recommendations for dining and communicated with Yolanda. This condo complex makes it feel like you have your own personal space. It's super quiet and we loved that it was within walking distance to town. The town offers a nice mixture of "high/low" - you can get everything from 5-star sushi to street tacos. Everything else in the area is just a golf cart ride away & you do have access to all the beach clubs, which our group enjoyed exploring! We also loved the Beach Club for pickleball - it was beautiful! We plan on coming back with our kids and family - it'd be great for a family getaway. And as others have mentioned - the 4th "bedroom" is really a cleaning/storage area with a bunk bed. Would consider putting kids in there, but definitely not adults. Note: the condo complex has pretty strict (sometimes over-the-top) rules, but I guess it keeps things every peaceful and safe.

This property is perfect for families, like ours, who want to be close to all the best amenities that Punta Mita has to offer. This condos is absolutely beautiful, with a great team, that will help make your stay relaxing and unforgettable!

This was the perfect family vacation for us. The condo is gorgeous and spacious and spotless, Yolanda the cook was amazing, the owner and the concierge were responsive and took care of everything, and the pool and beach were virtually empty (even Christmas week!), which made it feel very safe. It was so great being able to walk everywhere and take the golf cart; easy to walk to restaurants and to meet snorkeling boats or fishing boats; a quick golf cart ride to the golf courses and beach clubs with water gear to rent and food and drink service on the beach. And of course, it was heaven to just sit out on that balcony with a glass of wine and listen the waves and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. We will definitely return, and if you need a getaway during the pandemic, this one should be high on your list!

This property was perfect in every way. Our family enjoyed every moment. The location was ideal for us, the unit was spectacular and chef Yolanda served delicious food. We will be back! Thank you for a great stay. :)

Amazing views, the photos are completely accurate. The staff was super helpful we had a sick child and a doctor came right to the unit. Very safe, clean and beautiful.

We loved our stay at Penthouse 3-1 in Punta Mita! The condo itself looks even better than it does in the pictures. It is well appointed and very spacious with high ceilings and gorgeous views. We really enjoyed the community of Punta Mita and had a great time cruising around in the golf cart and exploring the resort. We loved the Kupuri Beach Club for the service, atmosphere and a great beach for body surfing, swimming and jumping waves. It was great to have a pool dedicated to building 3 right at the condo; however, the beach in front of the condo was a bit too rocky for swimming even with water shoes. The location was super convenient to the little town and we enjoyed awesome meals at Si Señor and Tuna Blanca. It was wonderful having Yolanda cook for us. She was very accommodating to my daughter’s diet sensitivities. Only negative feedback was our grocery bill was huge and she made probably quadruple the amount of food we could eat. A good problem to have, I guess! All the walking/jogging trails helped burn off some of the extra calories. As far as activities, the concierge service was superb and arranged surf lessons, jet skiing and massages for us. Wish we had a few more days! Thank you, Brian!

Our trip couldn't have been any better from start to finish. It was gorgeous and so much fun. The beaches were awesome and the pool was quiet and perfect. The chef and staff were wonderful. Obviously I can't say enough good things about our vacation! Thanks!

Top Shelf service and accomodations. Comes with a 6 seater golf cart, and a gourmet chef. We were able to design our own breakfast and lunches. We also hired a gourmet chef to cook us dinner one night. Unit comes with access to all of the beach clubs, and for those nights when you wish to dine in the city.....the gate is conveniently located adjacent to the property. all of the restaurants are walking distance. The unit is very spacious and comfortable. We would most definately stay in this unit again.

Everything was perfecto!

The views of the ocean from this penthouse were fabulous. Location was outstanding with four beach clubs to access and walk to town. Always felt safe inside this gated community. Concierge was very helpful scheduling activities. The cook was fantastic - best guacamole we ever had. Can’t wait to go back again.

The condo is comfortable and quiet with great views and an excellent staff. The location is great with easy access to town and all of the surrounding beaches and amenities. The owner and management company were very easy to work with and provided a hassle-free experience with everything as promised. Our family is looking forward to staying here again.

What a wonderful place to stay. It was easy to access from the hotel using the concierge service. The drivers we used during the week were great and the concierge service got everything set up for us. I would use them for sure! Now the facility - incredible. Views were outstanding! Location was so great - close to the village of Punta de Mita and easy to access the rest of the Punta Mita resort. Yolanda was awesome and kept it clean, made great food and was very polite. The resort is amazing with so many different options of places to visit, eat and hang out. Golf courses are excellent with some challenging holes and some with incredible views of the ocean. So much fun! Overall, we absolutely loved it and will be on our list for another visit!

We loved the condo, the beach, and the use of a golf cart to explore the beautiful ground's multiple beach clubs! The large open deck over the ocean was a wonderful setting for leisurely meals, lazy mornings, and lively card games late into the evening. Yolanda is a spectacular cook and the concierge was exceptionally helpful!

Perfect vacation for our family! Any activity you can imagine. We zip lined, fished, golfed and soaked up the sun. Enjoyed great food in Punta Mita each night after a home made breakfast every morning with our cook Yolanda! Can't wait to come back.

Property was beautiful, spacious, well appointed. The concerige and Yolanda were great. Beach clubs and access to activities were first class. Being close to town was also a bonus to be able to explore and dine off the property. I would recommend this property for any group or family looking for a great getaway.

The Punta Mita Penthouse is perfection. The 3 main bedrooms all have an en-suite bathroom. The view of the ocean from the large porch is stunning. Last but not least...Yolanda is an amazing cook:) Her Mexican dishes plus homemade guacamole were fabulous.
