location for those who wanted to visit hospital. It is beside of Sankara netralya..!!!

as per fare it is not justified. fare is higher side.

I made the booking through booking.com and the stage is very supportive. If you are visiting the location for eye related services this place is for you. Pros. 1. Clean 2. Private space 3. Kitchen 4. Next to Famous Shankar Netralaya 5. 24/7 electricity 6. Large rooms Cons. Not as such. I am very happy with this place.

Sankar nethralaya is right next door and that's a big advantage if you are there for medical reasons. Wifi and android tv are good. Water was available in the toilet round the clock and a geyser was provided for hot water. The rooms are on the ground floor and this would be a big help for people with impaired mobility. The area seemed safe with a police checkpoint at the end of the road and getting auto or taxi was very easy.

The place seemed as if it had not been cleaned in a long while. There were layers of dust on the table and the chair. The kitchen sink in the corner was extremely dirty. The buckets in the toilet had cobwebs. By evening the room was teeming with mosquitoes. It's not a professional setup and there are no staff available round the clock. You have to call the Manager for everything. There were no supermarkets or shops within walking distance and the nearest one was a 15 minutes walk. They don't provide drinking water in the room. The nearest eatery is the hospital canteen or couple of pushcarts on the street. The place would be depressing if you have to spend extended time there.

Electrician's room entry without permission/information

The property is in a good location and it has easy access to from the main road. Shankara Nethralaya JKCN branch is next to the property and Apollo hospital and Shankara Nethralaya main branch is within walking distance from the property. I stayed there for more than a week and my stays at the property was a pleasant one.

I don't find any problem in the property but yes if you want to dine out in a restaurant then one has to go little far as there are no restaurant near by.
