We booked the house for a ladies trip in February. Proximity/walkability was fantastic. Close to shops, restaurants, the Lake! The house was big enough that we could all fit without it feeling cramped.

We came to Lake Geneva for my sister’s bachelorette party with 8 girls and had so much space! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook, and it was such a cute home. There was even a second apartment that we didn’t use, but could be perfect if someone needs a little more personal space! Thank you so much!

Place was perfect for our group of 8 (originally planned for 11). We all fit around the large kitchen table or on large sectional. Everything was clean and as we had hoped. Walking distance to shopping and dining. Samantha was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend/stay again.

Group of 10 busy moms’ getaway. Enjoyed the shared spaces. Easy walk to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and lake. Loved this location. Was perfect for our group for late night talks and morning coffee. One suggestion - room darkening shades? The bright lights of the bank next door and other street lights definitely disturbed the resting time for a bunch of us sleep-deprived women. Other than that, an overall lovely place, great communication and the space fulfilled all our needs!

The showers were disgusting. Mold all over. Floor was uneven in the house. Lots of couch and table space for big groups. But showers made us not even want to shower.

We needed room for our family to stay because we had a funeral for my husband.
They were great helping us get in early and leave a little later. Would recommend this house. It was just what we needed.

The house was great for my family consisting of myself three daughters, their spouses and five grandkids. Their were a couple of minor but I contacted the owner and he resolved very quickly. I highly recommend this house for families.

Perfect Girls Weekend
My friends and I stayed at this for a bachelorette party weekend. There were 8 of us and we all slept comfortably and had plenty of space. Samantha was so wonderful to work with. She texted and emailed me prior of the trip with all of the information. She was also so quick to respond when I texted her while we were staying there. The house was perfectly clean and organized, and contained all of the amenities listed. Check- in and check-out was very easy because the owners left a detailed checklist and directions for use. The location of this house is just a few minute walk into downtown, you can literally walk everywhere! This house would be our first choice when we return to Lake Geneva!

We enjoyed the property, the location and all the Lake Geneva area had to offer. We would suggest the instructions for the property be simplified and updated with correct wifi information. We would definately stay here again.

Friends Getaway
The location of the house was perfect for walking to the shops and restaurants. Samantha was very quick to respond when we had questions. The only negatives were the beds/pillows were not very comfortable and the street light/Chase bank sign were so bright that the bedrooms were lit up at night. Room darkening curtains would be very helpful. I do recommend staying here.

My daughters bachelorette party!
This rental was amazing! The home was beautiful, in the perfect location, large and it was able to accommodate a group of 15 women for my daughters bachelorette party. The owner was super kind and very easy to work with! Everyone that stayed for the weekend was impressed and loved the home! We are looking forward to renting again! Thank you Tony for taking such great care of this sweet home and I look forward to renting from you again in the summer months next time ;)

Great house and location
Clean house as listed, walkable distance to the beach and restaurants. House accommodate my big family without any issues. WiFi was super slow. Outside porch area had lots of spiderwebs needed some cleaning Other than that We enjoyed our stay here. Will return if possible.

Golf trip getaway
This booking was very seemless, and the owner Tony was very helpful in our requests. The place was perfect for my group, it was very close to everything downtown, and the golf courses were a hop skip and a jump away. This place is in the center of everything. We will definitely stay at the house again when we come back!!!

Perfect location for a bachelorette party. We walked everywhere. Plenty of beds for everyone. Lots of space to hang out comfortably. Kitchen worked out perfectly for us to have brunch for all the guests.

Lake Geneva-Nautical Inn Rental House
My family and I had a great experience (we stayed over a weekend , Fri-Sun). The property was really nice and clean with cute decor. The 9 of us (7 adults and 2 kids) were comfortable and had plenty of space. The owner Tony was very nice and accommodating with easy and clear communication. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be renting again!

Fantastic Stay
This place is great! We were looking for a place big enough to accommodate our group size and that is close to the bars and restaurants. Tony's place was perfect! We were able to hang out outside at the large patio table, play bags, and grill out no problem. We were able to easily walk everywhere we wanted to go. Tony was great and made sure we had everything we needed. His expectations when checking in/out are easy to follow and totally reasonable. We will definitely be back and reccomend this house for any group gatherings!

Look No Further than this House!
As an avid Lake Geneva visitor, this house is absolutely the perfect location. It's a simple walk (3 blocks) to the water and restaurants and it gives you enough privacy that you don't feel like you are dealing with all of the big crowds on Main street and Wrigley Drive. The outside backyard was great, plenty of seating and we used the grill every night. Fantastic owner!!! Forget about staying at the hotels in LG they are worn down and not worth it.

Quick Family Get Away
This property was an excellent location and great value for us to get away and enjoy some extended family quality time... a short walk to downtown and the lake, a quick ride to neighboring lakes if you are seeking more quiet, and the ability to grill out and eat outside in the common area made this a great experience. The owner, Tony S. was super responsive and accommodating. We could not have asked for more.

Fourth of July Lake Geneva stay
Property was great. Location was walking distance to downtown Lake Geneva and to the lake/beach. House was large enough to accommodate 7 adults & 6 children. Property was clean, ample supplies.
Owner was great to work with! Super landlord. Very understanding & clear about expectations.

Gnarly Nautical Lake Geneva Experience
This property is awesome and worked incredibly well for a couple of families with age ranges from 4 to 21. The apartment worked very well for the older boys to stay in and be isolated when they wanted to go. Tony was an incredible and accommodating host, very communicative and easy to work with. The yellow house with the shade in the afternoon on the patio setting was nice. We will definitely be back soon! Thanks Tony!

Purple Weekend Getaway with the Girls in the Yellow House
This quaint yellow house was everything we wanted and needed for our "purple" weekend getaway. The house was spacious, clean, and had much character. The large common area w/dining room and kitchen we fully enjoyed. With 14 of us girlfriends, we each shared comfy bedrooms and enough bathrooms for all. The separate apartment also offered additional privacy for a few. Thank you Tony for being so gracious and accommodating with answering my many questions. It was a joy to stay at your beautiful house. I look forward to the next visit.
