Great location, beautiful area.

Everything was wonderful. Reta took great care of us and provided everything we needed to be comfortable at the lodge. Would come again in the future.

Stayed with a few friends for a 4 night stay. Enjoyed how close it was to everything in town. The stream running just outside this unit was relaxing at night.

The managers were wonderful and very friendly. They even had breakfast and snacks available. Unfortunately we had to abruptly leave after one night due to a death in the family but will be back again soon.

Had no idea it was so close to the hill. The hot tub was awesome. Walking distance to everything I’ll definitely be back

The Manitou lodge is in a great location, less than a 5 minute walk to the gondola. The property manager was quick to respond. Communal kitchen was great. Breakfast was not included, when we were told it was. The bed is a full, not a queen. The room is much smaller than listed (~500 sqft). Most of all, beware of the pullout! It is absolutely not suitable for use. I felt terrible for my friend who was unable to sleep all weekend. We would stay here again but are disappointed in the inaccurate listing.

The property location was fanastic- right next to a babbling brook and just a few minutes walk from the gondola. The trailhead for bridal veil falls ran right by the property. I would definitely stay here again.

Fun, western decor with comfortable bed. It was great going to sleep to the sound of the river. We were mostly out and about during our stay but we did enjoy wine and cheese on the outdoor patio. Common areas were nice and the hot tub was very clean.

Close to Downtown but generally quiet location-

Just a block from the gondola and pinned in between the river and mountain.

Great location. Nice to have a kitchen and seating area available as the room was a bit smaller than expected. Clean and comfortable though. Hopefully the hot tub will be open next time!

Loved the location of the property. It is so close to everything. Easy access to grocery store and restaurants for take out. The shared kitchen space was easy to use and had plenty of supplies to make small meals during stay. The couch/sofa bed and mattress in the loft are due for an upgrade. Not the most comfortable but did fine for our stay. Would stay again. Thanks you for the rental. We had a great time!

Steps to the ski lifts, restaurants, and everything you need to enjoy your stay in Telluride. Check in was easy and convenient. Would definitely stay again!

The property has a good location, short distance to gondola. check in and our process was good. The hair dryer didn't work, smelled like it was burning,

Overall it was a good stay. The creek running by the window outside was terrific. The group kitchen area was great. The only challenge was the parking, but we made it work

The room was clean and the location couldn’t have been better. The check-in process was a huge pain because we didn’t get into town until 7:30. (I was asked what time we would get to town and told them 8pm) The check-in office was closed and we weren’t given any check-in instructions. Another guest had to help us. After leaving a message on the emergency line (that was the only option) we did get amazing help from the overnight staff.

Beautiful property. Very clean, right on the river, and very quaint. The only issue we had was parking. Prior tenants didn’t leave parking pass and we had to pay to park. No biggie. Highly recommend!

Place was cozy for 4 people ... better pillows would be appreciated. Overall great location and happy with the property location for the money

This spot was amazing! Located right on the Bear Creek Trail, and as the name implies, the creek! We could hear the water from our place, which was so relaxing. The hot-tub looks out over the creek, as well. Super close to everything you need. We parked our car when we got there and didn't need it until we left!

The Manitou Lodge puts everything in Telluride within easy walking distance. Hiking trails start right outside the door. Other, more challenging trails start within a five minute walk to the other side of town. The two people who prepare breakfast, Frank and Joan, do excellent work. Management responds with alacrity to any special request. I gave the Lodge four stars instead of five because we were under the impression that we had our own kitchen when we had to share a kitchen with four other rooms.

Just stayed here overnight on our family road trip! Front office staff was friendly (needed to pick up parking pass)! I’m sure like most places in Telluride, you are within walking distance of everything so that was good! I have to say that finding close parking to the lodge was a major challenge due to all the area construction - that was the only downside! Enjoyed staying right near the stream and walking trail! Our room was rustic - fit 3 of us okay - I can’t imagine much more than that. We were surprised to learn that they offered free continental breakfast in Our own breakfast room in our building which was fantastic - small room but really a great variety of breakfast foods to start the day off right! Thank-you!

This unit is in a great location near the Gondola and Main street. The old wood building allows you to hear people talking in the other units. The wood floor and stairs creek and you can hear every foot step of your neighbors. We never got any sleep because you can hear every step of many guests walking and talking to their unit or talking next door to this unit at all times of the night. The shower is modern but tiny. Expect to pay for parking because all spots allowed by this service were taken for the 4 days we were there. People are too stupid and inconsiderate to park close to the car next to them thus taking up two spaces. During our stay 3 more cars could have fit in the allotted block if people had more common sense and consideration.

I loved that it was right next to the creek and very close to shops and restaurants in Telluride.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great...within a few blocks of everything yet still very peaceful since it's right next to the river. We were happily surprised that the bed is a Tempur-Pedic. The staff at Alpine Lodging was great! I highly recommend this lodge!

This was a great pick for lodging for my husband and I! Convenient to park, unload and leave the car parked the whole time. Easy walking to everything. Being right off the creek was a treat, we had our windows open every night. We didn't make use of the shared kitchen but caught some good smells coming from it so I assume it would be great. We would definitely rent this again for a future trip!

Finding parking was difficult but not a deal breaker
