This condo was nicely renovated and owned/operated by great people! The process was entirely easy, parking was an absolute breeze.
The property itself is meh but that's not on the owners of this condo. This listing is easily 5/5 stars!

Had a very quiet and relaxing time.

We stayed at the unit for 3 nights including New Year's.
Communication with owner was very professional and our request to provide fresh bed-sheets was quickly arranged for.
The unit presented clean and details like a
small X-Mas Tree, stockings and a bottle of red wine made us feel welcome and were appreciated.
From the small balcony we enjoyed the view to the bay as well as both the morning and afternoon sun.
The kitchen was pretty much complete, the queen size bed rather comfortable.....but:
even taking into account seasonal demand the absolute high premium rent made us feel we overpaid for a unit, which is not as large as advertised (at least by 100 sqft) and whose built-outs (kitchen, bathroom) are not of the age and quality the photos make you believe.
Luckily the location was ideal for where we had to go in the Tampa area.
Evaluating pros and cons we give it a 3 out of 5

I was on a work trip at the convention center, about a 15 minutes Uber away. I wanted a place to get away each night and enjoy the bay. This was a perfect spot. Whether I was sitting on the balcony enjoying the views or sitting in the Adirondack chairs by the fire. It was perfect. It was also clean and very easy to access.

The location in The View of the condo was just as advertised the owner really impressed me by having a bottle of wine sitting out on the table waiting for my wife and I loved it

This place is exactly what is listed. Small but comfortable. Kitchen fully equipped. The view was perfect. Patio chairs and table allowed me to enjoy it even more. Overall I would stay here again. Location was great, room was comfortable and close to the pool (bonus points ) and the space was clean.

As we turned the corner into the property, we didn't know what to expect. We where pleasantly pleased in the quaint accommodations. The view of the bay was awesome, the amenities kept us on property when we was not being tourists. We had toddlers and they enjoyed the pool, French fries, sand volleyball court. Thankfully kitchen saved us emensely, great price, great view, great heated pool....awesome french fries....

The parking was easy, and provisions in the unit were perfect.
I was disappointed that there was no possible way to walk along a shore line. This is the only reason I will not give it a 5 star.

The property itself is nice. It’s clean and updated. Great to have a kitchen. The view is great! The bedroom is a little stuffy, needs better air flow. Maybe add a ceiling fan. The resort is a little run down and doesn’t offer too much. The beach and pool are just ok. The resort is quiet and mostly clean. Location is convenient to the airport and several restaurants. A bit of a drive to Clearwater and Clearwater beach.

The view is great! However for the price I think they could have included a pizza cutter, glass baking dish, hot pads, new cushions for the balcony chairs, and no tongs for the kitchen. I think the owners need to remove the mold from the bathroom. We were paying a premium price for the week we stayed and I feel we did not get what we paid for.

We really enjoyed our stay! Perfect waterfront location. We took full advantage of the grill the last two nights we stayed. Would definitely stay here again. Midway between downtown and Clearwater.

My dughter and i had an amazingly great long weekend at the condo! Great location with short drive to beach or Disney, wonderful pool and outdoor amenities ! Condo was clean and communication was wonderful!

Wonderful Memorial Day Weekend
The property was beautiful and in a wonderful location. The unit we rented was exactly as described. Perfectly clean and comfortable with a wonderful view of the water. We would definitely visit again. The pool and bar area were fun and relaxing along with the beach and BBQ area. Just a few minutes from the airport. The property manager provided all the information we needed and answered every question we had. A wonderful relaxing weekend all around.

Relaxing & fun with a gorgeous view
I will definitely consider renting this condo again. The entire process was stress-free and so smooth. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and provided all the basic necessities and some. The view from our room was Incredible. The bar/restaurant at the pool area had delicious drinks And food. The best part of our mini vacation was that we had everything we needed on site and didn’t have to go Anywhere. In the evening, maintenance lights the fire pits. It’s a perfect getaway whether you’re a couple or a family.

Sailport Waterfront Suites
We had a great time. The apartment was nice and we were provided with everything we needed. Wifi and the heated pool were great. The sunsets here were amazing. We also liked the little restaurant on site - the food and the cocktails were very good. I highly recommend this place for families with children.

Close to airport but quiet. Easy access to no side of the bay
Nice tidy little condo. Starting to look a little tired around the edges, but it had been well cleaned and we felt very safe there. Reached out to owner twice in advance of stay to ask about early check in but never received a response. Fortunately we didn’t have any problems so there was no reason to contact them during our stay. It all worked out - the condo has plenty of dishes, kitchen accessories, etc for cooking (we only used for breakfast). The view of the bay from the lanai is as pictured. You are right on the sea wall and there is abundant wildlife for viewing. The community fire pit in the evening is enjoyable. You can walk to Rusty Pelican restaurant (very good) and Bahama Breeze, very popular restaurant and bar is right across the Hiway - a 3 or 4 minute drive.

Great Place - great location!
This was a great location for what we needed. Christine was a great host. Communication and information was perfect. There is a really nice pool area with a little bar near it. The night we stayed there was live music. It was a good experience overall and I would stay here again.

Small but water view is nice
I traveled with my husband and my 18 & 20 year old daughters. The condo would fit 2 adults and 2 children, but it was very tight with 4 adults. I couldn’t figure out how to work the couch bed and there were no directions. Also, there weren’t any blankets and pillows for it even though I requested them since another reviewer mentioned the same issue. The location is central to many things within a 20-30 minute drive, but it does require a car as there are few things close by. The listing says there is a washer and dryer, but they are not in the condo itself. Perhaps they were in the condo community, but I did not find them. This being said the water view and sunset were nice.

Anniversary Getaway
The location was a great location & close to the gulf and airport. It was easy to get around. Beautiful condo & view of water from condo. Was a little noisy though at night even though there was a curfew. Also not any pillows or blankets for the couch bed in living room.

Bayview
We came in late Thursday and everything was nicely set up! We didn’t notice until the next day the air was not working well. We called the property rental and she answered and came out immediately!! Very well recommended close to lots of different things! The view of the bay was amazing!!
