These Kansans enjoyed yet another trip to the gorgeous Gulf and PCB. Condo owner was very responsive and provided all the information we needed in a timely fashion. Condo is very eclectic and probably has the best a/c in any condo we’ve rented. We kept it at 70° and it felt like an igloo and never struggled. My only suggestion would be to upgrade to keyless entry as a vast majority of other places use. It’s cumbersome to keep up with physical keys while traveling back and forth from the beach etc. Other than that, no complaints!

Nice, well maintained property. Eclectic decor in the condo, which we enjoyed. Plenty of towels for us. We utilized the beach chair and umbrella service nearly every day. The guys were accommodating of requests for changes. We learned that this was bike week in Panama City beach. It was incredible to see and hear the many bikers rumble through town. We enjoyed a rib dinner one night at Pineapple Willy’s just a few minutes east on a pier at the beach. Food was good, service quick / attentive and atmosphere fun.

Excellent unit, property & host. Both the den & bedroom have balcony access to beautiful ocean view. Stunning pool with palm trees & waterfalls. We hope to rent this unit again in the future.

The property was just as listed and shown. It is truly unique and wonderful! It had everything we needed and such a beautiful view. The home was super clean and the property manager was so easy to communicate with. This is a great location. We never had to wait for an elevator and the pools were wonderful. We would definitely love to come back!

We loved our stay. Our only suggestion would be to have a visitor guide in the unit. We spent 2 days trying to figure out the lay of the land. Other than that it was a five star experience.

This condo was beautiful! very centrally located to shops, food, and fun! the manager is quick to respond and help you in any way needed. the pools are amazing. everything was just fantastic and my daughter and niece had an absolute blast swimming and hot tubbing - we even bought them little snorkels lol. the view is gorgeous as well. all around an amazing property and would definitely stay again!

Gorgeous View! Sit on the balcony and listen to the waves! We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is very eclectic with interesting decor (not all as pictured) but it was very clean and we were very comfortable. Be sure to visit Uncle Ernie’s for a great dinner and walk over to Pineapple Willies for great ribs!

The property was exactly like we expected. Surprisingly quiet. We got to see dolphins swim the shore from the balcony as well as the amazing view of the sunset. Didn't want to leave. Highly recommend!

The condo was amazing .. very clean.. we got to meet the owner, nicest man. He gave us all the great places to eat. Nothing can top the view of the ocean. Dolphins almost everyday. We would highly recommend this condo and plan on going back!

My husband and I and our two kids stayed here. We loved it! Our kids slept on the pull out couch and loved the “sleepover” feel of it. The tub/shower combo was very nice! And the master bed was very comfy. Both tvs had Netflix on it which was nice for winding down at night.
The pool area was the best we’ve ever experienced! Plenty of swimming area, a snack and drink shack. (It’s kinda pricey but well worth it.) We got something everyday!
This condo is literally steps from Walmart if you like to walk or just right across the street if you want to drive. We walked to a lot of stores, attractions and dinner places.

Had a great time with the family and really gave us time to relax on the beach. Would highly recommend to a family of four or smaller. Check in and out was a breeze and looking forward to returning very soon!!!

Two weeks wasn’t enough! We love this resort & it was our 2nd time staying here. Both times we were in the same condo on the 9th floor. Such beautiful sunsets! We will be back someday!!

Everything we needed.
Just as pictured. Loved the location and the beach was amazing. Friendly people everywhere. We felt so at home that it was hard to leave. We sure miss the king bed! Bedding was very comfortable. Hopefully we can visit again. Sparkles in the flooring were an added touch!

This place was amazing. It was very clean, perfect location. The pool was clean and nice. The view and the balconies were absolutely the best. FYI only appliances in kitchen. No salt, pepper, coffee or filters luckily there is a Walmart within five minutes or a short walk. For how nice the condo was this was not an issue just a good FYI

Great place
We loved the condo! Loved the balcony.. and the chaise lounge on the balcony. The bathtub was huge! Pools were nice and hot tubs. Main pool wasn’t heated. brrr… took awhile to get the beach chairs in the morning that came with the condo, usually couldn’t get in them until
10:30, and then you were on top of each other. Would be a great amenity I am sure , if it wasn’t so busy, but if you are an early beach goer like me take your own chair as well. The condo itself though is very nice as is the gated community. The cons, it was pretty noisy of night and some riff raft. Police were always visible though. Could smell pot ALOT of the time. Again, nothing to do with the condo itself. If you want to be in the spring break mix this is in it. If you want something more quiet you might want work stay farther west on the beach. Again, this is preference! The condo was very nice!

Spectacular views, and beyond our expectations
Our stay at the condo was beyond our expectations. The unit was clean, well stocked and welcoming. The instructions on how to get to the condo and how to access the condo and amenities were clear and concise. The Condo's location was great and the ocean views from the large balcony, living room and bedroom were spectacular. The pools were beautiful and well maintained with plenty of sun loungers and beach chairs on the beach. Enjoyed having the pool bar close by.

Everything from checking in to checking out was A breeze. Hosts were very attentive to our needs and condo was beautiful and well stocked with Everything you need. The views were breath taking. First time staying somewhere where the a/c actually worked great. You won't be disappointed!

Thanksgiving Getaway
Everything was fantastic except the unit above us was so loud we had trouble sleeping. Security did approach the unit, but it continued for 2 weeks. I am convinced this was an isolated event.
Besides that we had a wonderful time. Didn’t rain once, 74-75 degrees, unit was clean, great mattress. Kitchen was fully furnished. Great unit. Balcony in amazing. Unit has an Italian theme.
We come to PCB 3 or 4 times per year at Long Beach. We know good units from not so good. This is a good unit.

Great view of the gulf
Furniture & mattress were comfortable but the rest of the decor was dated. Enormous balcony that we couldn’t use because it was too hot outside. Property itself is nice as is the pool.

Love this place!
This is the best place to stay on the beach! The close proximity to Pineapple Willy’s is also a plus! I highly recommend the property manager. The ease of communication and access to the property cannot be overstated. Completely stress free.
