The condo is beautiful and spacious but very dirty. Dust was on everything, sand was on entire floor and under the rugs, shards of glass were on one of the bedroom floors, drops of something brown were scattered throughout the living room floor. However, we still enjoyed our stay!

We had fun exploring the area and enjoyed the pool, hot tub and beach location. The one downside was all our windows were covered with plastic for painting. Not cool

The view from the unit is gorgeous. The unit itself, however is lacking in many areas. Kitchen is not stocked with utensils as stated in listing. Most of the pots don’t have lids. The dishes and pans were dirty. We stayed in same unit in 2020 and the lack of upkeep is very visible. Chair at high barstool area is missing arm. Kitchen table chairs are all very worn and feel as though you may fall through the middle. All of the decor was full of dust.The guest bathroom door drags the ground. One of the guest bedroom doors is almost off the hinges. The remotes for the lights/fan in bedrooms are missing, So you aren’t able to keep fan on with light off.The tv for remotes in bedrooms are also missing. The unit was not clean and looks like bare minimum is done when cleaning takes place. The carpet in living room was full of crumbs. Under couches were gross( only know this after looking for remotes). Guest Bathroom vent fan in ceiling is completely full of dust. The bathtub was definitely not cleaned prior to arrival. The unit is not stocked with any extra blankets for the fold out couch beds. Beds were all sandy.

Location was great! One of our favorites. However i gave it a lower score because of the lack of clealiness of the condo. It was SO DUSTY. I don't know who is being paid to clean this unit but their work definitely needs to be checked up on. The rug in the living room and under the couches was just gross, crumbs, dirt, dust, etc. Don't get me started on under the beds. The amount of dust on the bathroom vent fans, and the fans stored in the closets was just uncalled for. Door to the guest bedroom was off the hinges. Couldn't find the remote to the ceiling fan in that same guest room so you couldn't leave the ceiling fan on and light off. The other guest room had no remote for the tv. The chair at the bar height table has an arm broken off of it. The stains on the comforters, sheets, pillows was also gross. Just replace them if they are stained! I understand that most of these issues are minor, however, when you pay what it cost to stay here a week, i really expected better. And it should be better for that price. These are all easy fixes the owner/rental manager should do better on.

Condo was nice but not clean, saw a cockroach in the kitchen, spiderwebs beside the bedside table in master bedroom with bugs/spiders in, and needs general maintenance. The hall bath door almost off hinges. The master bath shower was nice but had no safety handles anywhere. We ask in the office for a shower chair (as we had an amputee in our party) but couldn't get one, had to buy one! I don't know if they couldn't or wouldn't provide one. They provided very cheap armbands and expect you to keep them for your entire stay or you weren't allowed access to pool and beach areas! Upgrade your armbands! Mostly a nice stay.

The condo would be nice if it were cleaner. Under the beds were filthy. Supposedly it had clean sheets but in one of the beds we found a vape pen. If the sheets had been clean then I don’t think we would have found that. 2 of the 3 mattresses were very uncomfortable. Base boards were very nasty and I had to clean the bathtub because it obviously had not been cleaned.the kitchen is not stocked well. The condo grounds were nice and the pool area was very nice. We enjoyed the area because it wasn’t as crowded. We just wished the condo had been cleaner and we would have given it a better rating.

I would not recommend this rental for families with babies or toddlers or anyone with Asthma. There were no pillow cases for the fold beds and only one blanket. We bought pillow cases and a blanket. We donated the pillow cases to the condo. We ran into a lady on the elevator who said she works for the same company that manages these rentals but at a different location. She said she was going to complain about who dirty their condo was. Everyone who talked to that was renting said their condo were dirty and lacking supplies. Bring toilet paper and trash bags. I saw what I think was the cleaning crew. They were an older couple with a mop and a few bags of linens. That’s it. No cleaning solutions. Just a mop. So that explained a lot. This particular condo has many faux flower arrangements and all have an inch of dust on them. My suggestion to the owners would be to book the condo and see for yourselves. Then take the faux arrangements and other items collecting dust out of the condo. None of it is being cleaned so it’s just making the space more disgusting. The showers smell of mold. We bought shower mats to stand on. You know it’s bad when your teenage boys wear there beach shoes in the shower for fear of catching something. So yes the view is beautiful. So my advice is spend your time out on the balcony and bring some cleaning supplies. Thankfully we didn’t have any babies with us on this vacation. We will not stay here again. Also, there is an additional charge for car parking passes and $300 charge for dogs. This is in addition to all the add on fees for cleaning and stuff. By the time it was all said and done we paid about $3400 for a week with two families, totaling eight people. They initially sent the wrong email for confirmation too. So now we know what kind of a place this is and next year we are staying somewhere else.

( it would be nice to have a table that seats more people and not glass). We saw a table in 107 that would seat 8 comfortably. (Just fyi)- [ ] We scrubbed the washing machine dispenser, it was covered with black mold. It may need bleach and I didn’t check the rubber ring inside, but I know my home front loader is easy to have mold in the ring. We left the door open and tray out to air out.- [ ] Back bedrooms could benefit from mirrors so people can do hair or makeup while someone is in bath. The room connected to bath could use new knobs on the nightstand because the brackets that did have a handle are hard to grip and open.- [ ] Bathrooms could benefit with a place to hang multiple towels. (Having more towels would also help for larger parties)- [ ] Floors under all furniture could use a dusting/ mopping.

Process for renting and check in was smooth. Costs $20 to park two vehicles. Elevators smell nice. We were impressed with how spacious this unit was. The beds and living room furniture were very comfortable. The dining room and bar chairs were not so much - they are have no bottom support so you sink into the chairs. Sitting on pillows helps but you should have to. The place is very nicely decorated with a beach theme. Regarding cleanliness, I noticed immediately the floor was dirty because our feet were dirty anytime we were in the condo barefoot. If there were supplies for cleaning I’d have mopped the floor myself…but I really should t have to upon arrival. We planned for a couple dinners in the condo and eating out for the others. The kitchen doesn’t have anything to bake in like a casserole dish or cookie sheet. Bring your own wine opener if wine is your thing. We loved sitting outside for morning coffee and lunch. The wrap around balcony is awesome. The hot tub jets shut off at 9:30pm (a little early for our taste). Posted hours we saw were until 11pm. Pool is huge and heated. Overall we love Treasure Island and would rent this property again but probably bring some swifter wet wipes for the floor. The

The location was great too, with restaurants and shops within walking distance. Definitely check out Patches Pub only 3 blocks away with great food, cheap prices and live entertainment every night. The condo does need more outdoor furniture. There were no regular chairs, only loungers and high top table and chairs. I can’t say enough curtains, curtains, curtains! They need to get curtains because you can’t watch tv anytime of day without glare. You can’t stand in the kitchen around 4-5p without the sun glaring in and blinding you. Curtains would solve the biggest problem this condo has. It definitely needs to be thoroughly cleaned. The ceiling fans had dust overhanging the blades, the corners of the rooms had dirt in them, some of the tables had so much dust we wrote in them for the next renters. I would rent again because for the views, the size of the condo and the location, we were very happy with it.

Pros: We stayed here the week of Thanksgiving and being right on the beach cannot be beat. The view from the balcony is incredible. We saw lots of shark, stingray and dolphins! Cons: It definitely could use a good deep cleaning. There was grime in the showers. All the baseboards were grimy as well. Several broken chairs and lights that didn’t work. The kitchen is not well stocked at all especially for a property this size. There were multiple pillows with no pillowcases. The whole place needs some paint as the walls have lots of stains. I would’ve expected a lot more for the price we paid.

Professional and easy rental experience. Looking forward to many more trips to Treasure Island unit 1901.

The Condo was pretty clean but there were a few crumbs of food left in the microwave and some hair in the shower. That being said I would definitely stay here again - the view was amazing! My only other recommendation would be if the owner could put curtains in the living room because during the afternoon sun it's so bright you can't see the TV. Schooner's was fun and just a short walk away - I highly recommend the Voodoo Punch! Dat Cajun Place was amazing for Sunday Brunch - Highly recommend the Scrambler with the Sausage Gravy and the Mimosa and Bloody Mary was good and cheap. We were able to watch dolphins, Manatees, Sharks, Sting Rays, Turtles, and Jelly Fish from our Balcony - BEST BALCONY EVER!! At night, we would go to the front and watch the traffic and enjoy the night lights.

Also, with the amount of extra fees for cleaning and such which totaled almost $1000, outside of basic tidying up and loading the dish washer, the renter should not be expected to strip the beds/pillows upon departure. There was someone directly near us smoking a lot of Marijuana which wafted directly onto our balcony facing the ocean and into our condo the entire week. Normally I wouldn’t complain about this but my two grand babies being there, it was an issue. I did call down to the manager of the complex who said it shouldn’t be a problem or be wafting into our space but regardless, they can’t say anything to anyone bc it “could be” medical marijuana and there are laws. He did say if the unit smells once we leave the property owners could charge us but that’s up to them regardless that I reported the issue. So, in short the complex management or the property management really care about issues or renter happiness. There was an empty bottle with a cigar in it on the balcony as well as the table on the balcony looked like it had never been wiped down. There were sticky rings all over it. The kitchen pans are horrible. They are very scratched and unusable. We had to buy pans. The rollaway mattress has mold on the bottom of the mattress. The sliding glass door lock doesn’t work. Under every piece of furniture, including the beds, is filthy, we had a baby, who’s crawling, with us, so we were very aware of this. The door track in the 2nd bathroom was VERY moldy and my daughter in law had to clean it before bathing the kids. Same thing with the master. I was taking a shower, and dropped the handheld shower wand, and mold kept coming and coming from the shower door. I called Emerald Coast Destinations and spoke to Sara about getting more towels in the room. We had 8 people and 8 towels, which became a problem, she told me she would put in a request. After no response, 30 hours later, I called and left a voicemail of which I got no response from. We purchased towels. The kitchen table chairs have zero support. The only thing holding you on the chair is the material. There are no window or sliding glass door coverings in the family room/dining room (in case you have anyone sleeping on the rollout couch). I want anyone renting a condo at Treasure Island to know, this is a beautiful resort with great elevators and amenities and these issues are simply with room 1901. This condo desperately needs a new cleaning crew!

Enjoyed the property. Updated floors. The chairs in the dining room have very little padding left and very uncomfortable when sitting, so they should be updated as well.
