Not much only the shower was good.

The way you got into the property, the blinds were down you can not access the entry door, you need to push the blinds out of the way and then find the things to roll them up, or if you want to get dress/change you have to pull down the blinds every time. The key was hard to open the sliding door and the door was very heavy to slide. The other door that leads into the hall way should not be lock, what if you cant access the sliding door to get out in case of fire. Also in case of anything to get out you need to fight the blinds to get out. No microwave dish to cook in. Cant cook a meal just on a dinner plate or in a breakfast bowl. Why is there no hot plate to cook on? Also in the laundry when using the dryer there is not escape for the hot air to escape making the whole place wet and dangers. The stone floor in bathroom is very cold under foot. Not happy with this place and the amount we paid for it. Should get a refund of some sort.

Good sized bed. Nice view of lake. Warm.

Seemed very small for price. Duvet dated and old-fashioned. Didn’t suit the rest of the style. No sink in kitchen.

the view of the lake and mountains was gorgeous. the room felt open and light. the short walk to shops and cafes etc was lovely. A comfortable bed.

The accommodation was very comfortable with a fantastic lake view.

The accommodation had a deluxe feel except for the cutlery, glasses and crockery. We got the impression we were expected to eat and drink out and not fully use the facilities. The early morning noise from the building site across the road was an unwelcome alarm clock, but I appreciate that this will be temporary.

Fabulous view across Lake Tepako and the mountains from two sides of the studio. Laundry facilities excellent. Walked down to restaurants in 10 minutes.

The location was great. We really appreciated the laundry facilities.

The first night was hot and the guest book implied there was a way to cool the room off, but there was no mechanical way that we could find. Either the book instructions need to be updated or the system does. We wound up opening the windows, but there are no screens on windows in New Zealand so we had to be careful about bugs entering the room.

Good location approx 5 minute walk from town. Easy to check in and out. I liked that the accommodation had a washing machine and kitchen!

We didn't like the studio at Glenview but the owners moved us to a new place which was very lovely and they were so gracious about it. We would recommend anytime!

superb all round view from room on 1st floor. good laundry facilities, spacious room and balcony to sit outside and enjoy views.

no kitchen sink which meant filling basin from bathroom but that was manageable. parking a bit tricky too.

Clean, secure, good location, quiet.

The only entrance was a glass sliding door that opened onto a blind. The other door (which would be a better entry door) did not have a key. Pillows were like pancakes.

Not suited to a summer stay - the guidebook in the suite told us to keep the windows closed due to bugs (and also that mosquitos don’t carry disease… as if) but it was very stuffy and only a small desk fan was provided for an entire room. The rental staff helpfully sourced us another fan but the owner of the property should fix this The kitchen implements were not very well thought out and not properly cleaned - there was only a tiny bin and no extra bin bags, grime left on a knife, etc

cannot thank the staff enough! I left my bag in a restaurant and didn’t realise until we were 2.5hrs away! the amazing staff went and checked the restaurant for me and kept my bag safe until we got back! such lovely staff! Room was really good, clean and had everything we needed! great location, easy to access everything in the town

What is being advertised is exactly as per all photos. Having the million dollar view really amazed us every single day during our stay! The kitchen is superb especially with the gas hob. The open concept kitchen also allow us to do cooking and talking to our friends at the same time. Pretty much plates, cooking utensils, cutleries are complete. Even has a rice cooker which we did not expect. Not to forget dish washer. The outdoor space is fantastic too. We able to have lunch busking under the sun. The barbecue set is exceptional too. Wish I had one though! TV functions well with Sky and Netflix is available. Washing and dryer is available downstairs which is sharing concept as this place has other units too. The location is close by to commercial area. Only 10min walk. Have several local cafes and few restaurants. The grocery store is Four Square only which sells standard items. Overall we really love this place and hope to bring our families here one day. Happy to return again!

Not that it’s a big deal. But since most part of the kitchen and living room is tiled, so make sure bring indoor sandals/ jandals to avoid cold feet
