In the cabinet under the kitchen sink, there was a mousetrap WITH MOUSE. Large flies in the house, after killing four of them. The house is divided into two parts: a house and an appartement share the front door of house.

Accommodation was comfortable clean and had an amazing view of the lake.

The view from this place is amazing. My dad isn't very mobile so he was so happy to be able to enjoy the beautiful scenery from the comfort of the very cushy couches. I love the small touches like a mirror splash back so you can still enjoy the scenery when cooking. It was colder than usual when we stayed (verified by the locals, I checked) so we enjoyed the warmth of the house so you know you will be toasty in the wnter months. There is a path up and over the back paddock. When you get to the top there is a bench with 360 degree views. Stunning. There is also a path down to town which can pass the famous church and lovely foot bridge.

Not that I had an issue but if it is really raining or snowing there is no undercover parking as the owner uses the garage for storage (something to consider, but a good ice scrapper may go a long way in winter). Another thing to note AND it was not an issue at all, was that there is an "apartment" and a "house". You cannot see and barely see the other property. It was just something I didn't know and worried me to start with so this should put your mind at ease.

Perfect family house (2 families of 4) - literally had everything you needed. Bunk beds added extra excitement for the girls.

While I appreciate the house is probably cleaned by a contractor, there should be more attention to detail in regards to cleanliness. There was mold on the base of the showers and a lot or marks on the walls. House needs a good in depth clean to be honest, not just a wipe over

potentially more activities to make the house more entertaining to stay in such as a pool table, card games, cardboard games etc. more family related activities

Would be helpful to have oil so we could use the BBQ. Not worth buying oil if only there for a few days a d eating out a bit as well

The view and the cleanliness

Great location with fabulous views. House very spacious with everything one needs. We loved the fire especially when snowing. Very comfortable. Keen to use again next year.

An electric blanket didn’t work on one side otherwise a great place to stay.
