Great size with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Comfortable and warm with fire and heat pump. Lovely outdoor table to sit at. Excellent fridge space with two fridges available.
Nothing really. We cooked at the house for the weekend so a few larger serving dishes or salad bowls would have been great. But generally well stocked kitchen with cooking oil etc.

It said three bathrooms but there were were 2 with one separate toilet.

bbq area out in the open, nothing to clean bbq, needs more tea towels and paper towels with a large group

Older house, clean comfortable beds.
Very steep staircase not great for little children. Dishwasher not cleaning dishes, my husband spent sometime cleaning the filters. 4 rolls of toilet paper in the entire house for 3 days ,6 adults and 4 children, insufficient. Badly damaged trampoline. Gas bottle empty for the bbq

Looks like pictures nice place. Was perfect for what we needed it for :) can see nice views of lake also
No tea towels or cloths or oven mits
Some beds were uncomfortable to sleep on

It was very comfortable for 7 people. Size was great. Kitchen was well stocked and made our stay amazing as we eat out. We had a huge storm and the property staff were around first thing to clean up and make sure everything was in order. The staff when I picked up the key and stopped it off are lovely.
BBQ and windows could do with a clean. BBQ does work as we used most night but we had to scrape it clean. Some windows have bird remains on the windows.

it was very spacious and warm. The fact there are two bathrooms made it much nice for our big family staying.

Location was ideal, house was great, beds for all, very well stocked with all that you could need, warm & homely. Loved being able to have the fire going at night, . Walking distance to the lake, beautiful views in each direction- absolutely perfect
Toaster worked on & off, kitchen light flickered, main bedroom door handle needed attention- just small maintenance issues- did not effect the quality of our stay.

Great house and bbq area and view of lake and mountain even from a distance away. The kitchen
When gas bottle was found empty, I advised hose and it was refilled within the hour. Also advised of faulty can opener, missing pot lids and a leak in ceiling from shower so that this could be attended to. I was advised that they would straight away source new items and fix the leak so that the next booking would not have the same issue. I felt they were doing a great job
The master bed could have been the top room with the view instead of the kids room, but that's just being fussy.
