Very enjoyable time. Had family that rented in building 2 that was decorated much nicer and felt warmer, but ours was lovely.

We love Punta Mita, but had never stayed in Hacienda de Mita. Lori's condo is perfect. She was so helpful getting us situated and her home is gorgeous. Great views, ample space to chill, stocked kitchen. We loved the beach clubs and our kids we so happy to ride in the golf cart. Will 100% return.

We loved the location of this property, the view of the bay from the terrace and master bedroom is spectacular as is the easy access to town from the Hacienda de Mita gate. The unit is spacious and if you have ever stayed in HDM you know exactly what the layout is. The decor is sparse, as though someone just moved in or out and furniture is basic. Beds are comfortable and linens are fine. We had no problems with anything during the stay except requesting that the many light bulbs that were burnt out were replaced and it was completed within hours. The concierge service was excellent!

Lori’s beautiful Hacienda de Mita condo was the perfect place to spend the holidays! The view from the ground floor unit is gorgeous and it was so nice to just stroll out to the pool- which we had all to ourselves for the week!! We enjoyed playing tennis and pickle ball everyday and working out at the gym. The beach clubs were beautiful and the town of Punta Mita has wonderful restaurants along with the great food at the resort restaurants. Everyone in our family had an amazing time and came back rested, relaxed and rejuvenated from the incredible week!! Thanks Lori, we can’t wait to go back!!

Spent a week in Lori's condo with my family over February break. Awesome. Spotlessly clean, ideally located, super helpful staff... I would not hesitate to return.

My family enjoyed a fabulous vacation as this beautiful condo. Our 5 year old grandson could not have had a better time! We loved having the "fancy" large golf carts to get around going o the beach club daily, hitting golf balls at the driving range, and going to restaurants in the complex. We also loved the very short walk through the gate into the town to try all the local restaurants. We especially like Si Senor and Blue Shrimp. The accommodations in the house are amazing--great bedding, towels, dishes and utensils. The house itself is stunning with lovely furniture but also casual enough not to feel comfortable. We loved access to the Beach Club and enjoyed meals and drinks right on the beach. The owners are easy to work with and very accommodating. We arranged for massages on our large patio and it was heavenly. Our little guy got the flu when we there and there is a doctor within walking distance in the town that took amazing care of him and was available 24 hours. The grounds are stunning and kept up beautifully. All in all it was an incredible vacation for 3 generations of folks!

Our group of 6 stayed for 2 nights and had an amazing time. The pictures do not do this place justice...it's huge and really well done -- Wolf Range for cooking was one of our favorites. The proximity to town was great as we went out several times to get groceries. We ate at Tuna Blanca in town on Saturday night -- amazing meal with some of the best service we've had at any restaurant. It's also close to several beach clubs including the St. Regis. Drinks on the beach and bars at night at the Four Seasons were the highlight of the trip. There's also surfing and paddle boards at the Hacienda de Mita beach club about 100 feet from the condo. Lori was extremely responsive during the time leading up to our reservation. She made it very easy. Lori handed us over to the concierge, which took great care of us during our stay. I would recommend this place to family, friends, anyone. I will definitely return...hopefully soon!

I stayed with five girlfriends in this condo at the end of January. It was perfect from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The condo was even more gorgeous than pictured, and pristine. The views of the pool and water just beyond our doors was unbeatable. Our concierge arrived within minutes of our arrival, where our groceries had already been put away for us. She walked us through all of the amenities (and there are a lot!), confirmed our restaurant reservations and a whale-watching excursion. There is access to 3 beach clubs (we liked the St. Regis the best for the day and the Residents' Beach club best for sunset). There is free shuttle service within the gates, or a golf cart to get around (it wasn't working for our stay but was being fixed as we left so shouldn't be an issue for any other renters). The owners were easy to rent from, and answered all of our questions before and throughout the stay. We would definitely recommend the restaurants they helped us choose (Sufi, Si Señor) and the whale-watching trip (through Drifting Seas, our favorite part of the trip). Overall, we could not have been happier with our stay, and have already begun planning our next trip there! If I could give it 10 stars, I would.

I can't recommend the condo enough. As described by others, the owner was extremely easy to work with and was extremely fast in responding to any issues that we had while we were there. The condo is even nicer than the description and the location is absolutely perfect. Close to town, tennis and the beach, I can't think of anywhere we would rather be within Punta Mita. Plus, even though the condo shares a pool with other units, we were the only ones to use it the entire time we were there. The only negative we had was with the use of the concierge service. We didn't require much of them since we booked almost all of our own dinner reservations and tennis times, but what we did get help with, we felt was not worth it. We had asked them to pre-stock the condo with breakfast items for the week (eggs, cereal, etc) and lunch items for about 4 days (hamburger meat, chicken breasts and salad items). Maybe this was own fault for not stopping at the Mega grocery on the way to Punta Mita but our bill was enormous (over $500!!!). Live and learn I guess, but definitely be careful if you use this service for your stay. Overall, we will definitely look to use this condo again if we are back in Punta Mita and have nothing but positives about the unit and location.

We absolutely treasured our stay at your oh so beautiful home. You are very fortunate to have such a great place to get away to! The rain here where we live..... I just want to thank you so much for allowing my family to reside there. We made so many memories. The boys LOVED the golf cart! and your bedding and your wifi and your pool and and and!!! The list could go on for days!

Recommended by a friend I trust, we made our first venture into Mexico proper in 35 years. Hacienda Mita is a terrific unit. It's website offers photos that make the property look too good to be true. It more than lives up to the pictures. Our flight was met by Jose, a driver arranged for us by Rosina, the local property manager. He wrangled our luggage and waited while we shopped at the local Mega grocery, getting provisions for the week. (Tip: you do not need as much as you think in the off season- restaurants are close, friendly, delicious, and inexpensive) Jose delivered us and our stuff right into the unit, where Rosina was was waiting to greet us and explain all the amenities in and around the property. Rosina is a treasure. Friendly, fun, vivacious, professional. An expert on the area. Circumstances led us here in the off season, having been forced to cancel a February visit. It worked out so well for us. Our couples children are all grown and we've experienced many vacations. While there are a ton of activities close by, we never left the gated community. We loved the private beach club and the folks working there. They greeted us by name from second day, arranging our favorite lounge chairs, bringing water and drinks, serving us lunch and dinner. The massages were well priced and quite nice. We swam, walked the beach, napped, noshed, and all-in-all vegged out. We heard from them about the crowds "in season." The most people we saw in six days was 12. Total. Everywhere. Awesome. We live in a resort style home in PHX and we walked into the unit and it felt like home. We've stayed in a lot of very nice places around the world, but I can truly say, for rest and relaxation, for quality and convenience, for luxury and security, this place has it all. I cannot recommend a place any higher and we will definitely be back!

We just spent an amazing week and excited to share our experience. Our friends were getting married at the Four Seasons and we decided to make this a family trip and looked into a condo to share with two other couples We found this condo and loved our decision. It was so nice to have 3 huge bedrooms and a bunk room for the older kids. This condo is spacious, has A+ amenities and the 30' sliding glass doors open to a large outdoor sitting area with the infinity pool just steps away -- It was like having our own private pool with amazing views of surfers. The use of the golf cart made it very easy to get around -- we made daily trips to the Beach Club, dinner at the Four Seasons, golf, etc. The condo is located inside the gates of Punta Mita, but I highly recommend venturing outside the gate to old town Punta Mita for very good, authentic mexican beachfront restaurants (Si Senior, Café Como No?, and The Dorado were our favorites). Old town is a cool fishing village with a beginner/intermediate surf break and there was never a question of safety - day or night.
