Great place to stay within a short free golf cart ride to the main resort area and access to almost all of the amenities. Great value for the money. Host was super responsive to questions and allowed us late check out, which was super helpful before our flight.

We had a great stay at Jose’s condo. The access to the Vidanta could not have been easier. Everyone was very friendly and helpful throughout the week. The pool is massive and lots of room to enjoy the sunshine and surroundings. Great place to stay.

The property is as advertised. Clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the Vidanta resort, especially the beach, restaurants and gym. The pool at the condo is well kept and we relaxed there on days when we’re too lazy to go to the beach. Weekly housekeeping was a pleasant surprise. The staff at the building were incredible. Any issue was quickly resolved and they were available 15 hrs a day to drive us by cart to Vidanta or to the street where it was a short walk to the Marina. We spent many hours on the veranda overlooking the pool and golf course since the wide sliding doors open up the entire wall. We had the most amazing views of fireworks on Christmas and New Years. We made good use of the washer and dryer (byo detergent). Highlights: on Tuesdays take the water taxi from the Marina to Paradise Village for the flea market/street fair. Porto Bello had an amazing New Years meal event. Tuna steak at El Barracuda, anything at Eddie’s Place. Those are at the Marina. At Vidanta we frequented Tramonto’s, but everything is good. Tacos and burgers and buckets of beer on the beach were the best. The building is in a very safe gated area. The only downside is there was no where that you could get a cup of coffee without having transportation or walking a distance. Coffeemaker was a nice one so bring your own coffee. The veranda is the best place to be in the morning anyway.

I highly recommend José’s place! The condo itself is wonderful with two generously sized bedrooms and bathrooms with a large living/dining/kitchen area and a balcony. The true perk of this place is all the amenities. You can access the large pools at the base of the building, golfing in the resort, and the pools and beaches in the Grand Mayan and other properties. The value is fantastic. José is kind, communicative, and gave very clear instructions on check in and how to access the various benefits in the resort. The building is very secure and staffed by the most wonderful concierge staff. They were so friendly, helpful, and attentive during our stay. You won’t regret booking with José!

We had complete access to VIdanta amenities with the added bonus of returning to our quiet condo and pool. The pool is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff at the properties were fantastic. We will be back next year.

We love the property location and Exclusivity, Perfect for a family with children or a couple looking for a romantic getaway. Property is equipped with a private pool that spans the Length of both condominium buildings. And if that wasn’t enough you also for a small fee have access to Vidantas Grand Myan Lazy river and water slide along with other pools located at the Grand Myan . There is a golf cart that will transport you to the Vidanta amenities. Also on Vidanta there are various restaurants and boardwalks that insure to keep your day full of activities. At the condo itself they have concierge’s located in the lobby that will provide Do you have any information you need. Staying at this condo my family Enjoyed our stay the condo is very spacious and well appointed. Also our condo manager was very accommodating and available for all our questions and requests we will definitely be returning for another vacation here in the near future.

I was concerned that it was going to be complicated to meet up with our friends who were staying at the Vidanta Grand Luxxe; but it couldn’t have been easier to meet up with them at the Grand Mayan Pools! The Seibal concierges: Ivan, Hugo and Jorge were so professional and had the best predisposition to help always. The condo itself was very comfortable, spacious and beautifully appointed with all the amenities we needed and then some. Lastly, communicating with Jose was a breeze as he provided answers promptly. He is polite, and extremely accommodating. We highly reccomend this property!

The property is beautiful, the location is amazingly close to Vidanta where we spent most days at their water park. The furniture in the condo is exquisitely beautiful! The bedding, from the actual beds to the pillows sheets and comforters were AMAZING! We recently bought a super expensive Sleep Number Bed and I slept way more comfy in this bed! I can’t wait to return!

We really enjoyed our stay is safe and José is a great host. We only had trouble scheduling cleaning but next time we Can do it ahead of our arrival because the ladies get booked fast. Is a nice property

This was our second time at this condo because of the location and easy access to the resort without paying resort prices. 2 bedrooms with separate bathrooms easily accommodates 4 adults or family. One of our favorite morning activities was watching the golfers while enjoying a cup of coffee. We also tried out our golf skills on two of the three well-maintained courses. The concierges/shuttle drivers were wonderful! Getting COVID tested was a painless process at the resort and appointments made by using the Vidanta app. The testing center was the only place that took cash so be ready to use your credit card for all purchases on the resort.

This property was in a great area with all the whistles and bells the owner was great responded to all needs was a great trip will definitely be going back Greg

We had a wonderful stay at Jose's condo in the Seibal building in Nuevo Vallarta. It is in a gated area with access to the facilities (including golf) at Vidanta, a large resort within walking distance of the condo. If you don't care for the 10 minute walk the building offers a golf cart shuttle to get you there. We found the whole area very safe and, as usual, the local residents and workers very friendly. The concierge staff are excellent and very helpful (thank you Hugo and Ivan!). The pool is massive and you NEVER feel packed in as at some resortsThe condo itself is very nicely furnished and beautifully decorated with some lovely art. The kitchen is well supplied and including use of a grill (BBQ). Unlike some units in the building this one has an oven as well. The linens and towels are of very good quality and cleaning was included twice a week. Jose was very quick to respond to a couple of requests and even came by personally to deliver. He even gave us updates on how busy the airport was when he knew we were trying to change our return due to the corona virus situation.

Excellent experience in this nice condo! It is spacious and well furnished. The access to Vidanta resort was really great for us. Jose’ was an excellent owner who was available 24/7 and would respond instantly with any questions we had. We really enjoyed our stay at your condo with it's tremendous views, great furniture and well-stocked kitchen. The kitchen had all the pots and pans you would need, as well as coffee maker, toaster and blender...plus the most important thing....storage containers for our leftovers!The master bedroom was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The second bedroom had a double bed (a queen bed or 2 singles would have been preferred for our kids) but still very functional. The 2 bathrooms were very nice as well. We really enjoyed the large dining table for our meals and playing card games with everyone!The water cooler was also an added bonus! When the jug was empty, you can purchase a new jug from the concierge for 40 pesos (instead of having to go to the store to replace)!We had a tremendous time and want to thank you for renting your condo to us. We made some wonderful memories and plan to return another time. Also, thanks for leaving a bottle of champagne in the fridge! We toasted on New Year's with that!Visitors should note that you can access almost all parts of the Vidanta property when renting this condo, but it's a bit of work getting to and from the property. There is a shuttle service to take people back and forth, and getting to the Vidanta property is very easy (ask the concierge)... but if you don't have cell service in Mexico, the Vidanta staff will not call the shuttle for you to return to the condo. As a result, we walked across the golf course to return home (which was quite easy to do).

We stayed for the month of November and had family visit . We really enjoyed the access to Myan , golfing , walking , pool. The condo is very spacious and well equipped. We will be back . Randy & June
