This was our second year staying at the condo and it's absolutely amazing! You can walk to the pool and then extremeley easy access to the beach!

The condo was clean and just like the pictures. We had a wonderful stay it was beautiful inside the grounds and pool were beautiful and so was the beach and ocean. Had everything we could need there.

The week our family stayed at the condo we had an amazing time! The hosts are super easy to work with and you are so close to the pool and beach. We will definitely book with them again for next years trip!

Loved the pool and back porch. Had a little trouble working the dish washer. Might want to leave directions for that.WiFi didn't work the whole time. Kept going on and off. Beach access was great . I don't know if you get a lot of older people staying, if you do you might want to let them know there are a few stairs steps to enter. We managed to get my mom in but it was very difficult for her. Not complaining, just letting you know obstacles that we encountered. We enjoyed ourselves very much

The condo was clean and in very good condition, decorated really cute (they even had Easter decor out). It is steps from the ocean and a very nice neighborhood.

Beautiful property and location. We had a tough time figuring out the TV setup, but we aren't really tech savy. Also the furniture could use some updating as far as comfort. We would come back in a heart beat. We loved the ground floor and the patio. Bert and Lisa were great to work with. Overall rating - Excellant

The property was great. There were only 2 of us but would have been perfect for 2 couples. Had everything we could possible need only steps from the beach. Easy access to St. Augustine without all the traffic and noise. The hosts were great. Even mailed me a shirt that I left behind.
We enjoyed the oyster bar which was just across the street. A real local sort of place.
We would definitely stay there again.

We use VRBO quite often for our short vacations. This rental is the best because of the cleanliness, accuracy to advertisement, location and property upkeep. The only negative is no bar soap was provided as in other places we’ve stayed. I know it is not required and luckily I did bring it but our guest did not. I recommend this place for a relaxing and beautiful vacation.

Spent 4 days at the condo. Great time with a good friend. Very clean, easy check in and out. Pool and landscaping were awesome. Would definitely stay again!

It was amazing!! Great location, close to downtown, and surrounding areas. The beach was not overcrowded and the water was so warm. We could not see the beach but we sure could hear the waves while sitting on the covered patio!! The condo was clean and cozy and the beds were very comfy. I would definitely recommend and return.

The Condo was clean and the location good. I would just recommend that the owners supply more amenities, just a few extra supplies would have made the place alot more inviting. We only had 3 placemats for 4 guests. 2 wine glasses. Just 2 medium sized towels each for bathing for the week. We had 2 big men with us. There were no end tables or lamps. No rug in the family room, (I nearly broke my neck slipping on the tiles) or either bedroom making the place look a bit cold. Over the years we have stayed in many, many Condos on the beach that were always well furnished with plenty of towels, extra sheets, blankets, placemats, glasses etc All those amenities which help to make for a more comfortable stay.

Bert and Lisa’s property was extremely comfortable, east access to the beach, pool, and St. Augustine! We enjoyed walking to the beach, taking a dip in the pool and grabbing dinner and ice cream right down the street! Great communication and will definitely stay here again!

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights in the condo. The home was clean with clear communications with the owners. The home was clean and well cared for by the owners. Additional great aspects about this stay would be the location of the condo. In the mornings we as a family were able to walk the beach for sunrise without having to think of a full beach day set-up. If there were any food items that were forgotten or and desires to just stay in for the night, Publix was just 2 miles down the road.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay for a family of four and will plan to use this location in the future.

This is the 3rd year we have stayed at Island South, but our 1st time staying in this unit. This unit is the nicest and best equipped of the three. We like staying here because the beach is not crowded and there is so much to do in St. Augustine. There are a lot of good restaurants, too!

A short distance from the historic district, lighthouse, ocean fishing pier and several state parks. Walking distance from many great restaurants. The condo was perfect for our needs with two preschool/elementary aged kids. Large covered ground floor back porch was great for eating meals under in all weather conditions and gave quick convenient access to both the pool and private beach access which is ramp style. Not having steps to manuver with a loaded wagon was very nice. We would stay here again when visiting the St Augustine area.

The cleanest vacation rental we’ve seen in quite a while. Close to everything. Spacious rooms - we were able to set a foldable bed for one of our kids right in the bedroom next to the queen size bed. The beach is literally steps away. Would definitely stay here again!

First thing we noticed is the condo was clean. Also, the owner responded very quickly to let us know that we could check in. The condo complex is small which we liked. Not a lot of people . You can walk to many restaurants and stores from the complex . If you want to go to downtown Saint Augustine, it’s just a short drive. Best of all the beach is a short walk and we will definitely stay here again.

What a great property. Well maintained and so many amenities. A 2-3 minute walk to the beach and most anything you need is a short walk or drive away. The owners have thought of everything. Rent this place, we will again!

The condo was very clean on arrival, especially for being on the beach! Very spacious, very short distance to the beach in comparison to other condos we’ve stayed at, pool was on a few steps away from the condo, and other condo owners were all so friendly! Our family will be returning in the future! Highly recommend!

This Property with 2Bed, 2Full Bath, FullFurnished. On the Beach, Family 5 was exactly what I needed. It was the ideal location, to bring the family for a short break. Everything was in place. All I had to do was Relax and Enjoy the Tranquility of it All. I will rebook for a future time.

We loved the location because it was close to the beach, pool, restaurants & right off of highway A1A. The owners were very attentive to just a few issues that needed resolving which they did in a short time. We thank Lisa & Bert for great accommodations for us.
